Open Your Heart Chakra with These TPQs

Video Source: chakraboosters

We’re now on week four of our series on Transformational Power Questions. In this video, I show you how to open your heart chakra with TPQs. Be ready to welcome in more love, compassion, gratitude, and forgiveness.

Why Affirmations Can Be Bad for You

If you’ve been following this series, you can skip this section… but if you’re brand new to TPQs, read on…

You may be wondering why I’m suggesting you do TPQs instead of affirmations. Here’s why. Often, affirmations create a backlash in your inner world. They activate your subconscious mind and the voice inside of you that objects to things that aren’t currently accurate.

So one affirmation like “I’m rich” can elicit several subconscious negative responses like “No you’re not” or “have you seen your bank account balance?” and so on. Overall, it’s more negative than positive, since one affirmation creates far more negative responses.

If you want to better understand why affirmations can be counter-productive, check out this blog post.

3 Steps to Create a Transformational Power Question (TPQ)

  1. Decide what you want to change and create a traditional affirmation. For example, if you want more money, you create the affirmation, “I’m wealthy.”
  2. Put a “why” in the front of it and make it a question. “Why am I so wealthy?”
  3. Make it progressive (increasing over time). “Why am I getting wealthier every day?”

To understand in more detail how to create TPQs, check out the first video in this series (on the root chakra) here.

Heart Chakra Transformational Power Questions

This week, I’m sharing 15 different TPQs that boost your heart chakra. Watch the video above and repeat after me to improve five key solar plexus chakra areas of your life. These are:

Pick your favorite TPQ and put it on several sticky notes around your personal space. Read the question every time you see it and watch your powerful subconscious mind work for you, rather than against you. The more you read your TPQ, the more change you’ll see. It’s all about actually DOING it — especially with the solar plexus chakra!

Have a confident, courageous, and self-honoring week, Beautiful Soul!

The #1 Myth That Blocks Your Heart Chakra

Video Source: chakraboosters

Hello Beautiful Soul. This week we’re going to look at the #1 myth that blocks your heart chakra.

The #1 Myths for the Lower Chakras

First though, if you haven’t seen the other videos in this series, they’re here:

ROOT CHAKRA MYTH

SACRAL CHAKRA MYTH

SOLAR PLEXUS MYTH

So what is the big myth that blocks your heart chakra?

I want you to guess. What kind of commonly accepted cultural beliefs do YOU think to block your heart chakra?

AND I want you to watch the video above, so I’m not going to state the belief in this post. Instead, I’m simply going to jump right to the three TRUE things that will help you bust through the myth.

It might be fun to read the three things below and then guess what the #1 myth about the heart chakra is…

3 Things That Will Help You Debunk the #1 Heart Chakra Myth

  1. PRACTICE SELF-LOVE – You can’t give something you don’t have. So it’s essential that you focus on filling up your own love cup if you want to give love freely and unconditionally. Think about it. If you want to give others orange juice, you have to HAVE some orange juice to give them. When we don’t give genuine unconditional love to ourselves first, we’re typically too needy or depleted to give it to anyone else. Fill your love cup up yourself and serve others from the overflow.
  2. STRENGTHEN YOUR SOLAR PLEXUS AND THROAT CHAKRAS – Chakra balancing is a literal term. What it means is that in order to balance your chakras, they need to be of relatively the same strength. Of course, they are always fluctuating to some degree, but I’m talking about their overall “set” points here. And they need to be somewhat the same. Since the lower chakras are pulsating polarities, people erroneously think that toning down neighboring chakras will make a chakra stronger. Nope. It might make it relatively stronger, but then theirs no balance, so it’s not sustainable. For instance, the solar plexus is all about taking care of self first. If you putting everyone before yourself, you supposedly “strengthen” the heart chakra. But the truth is, your self-care (solar plexus) and care of others (heart) need to be in somewhat of the same proportion for them to last. If I only take care of others, I’ll be depleted — and probably bitter too. The chakras need to expand together. So self-love is not the opposite of loving others, but the gateway to genuinely loving others.
  3. Compassion CAN Say “NO” – Most of us confuse being compassionate with being enmeshed. We tend to toggle between two extremes. On the one hand, we feel deep compassion for another but can’t say “no” to them. And on the other hand, we can say “no” to them, but can’t feel compassion at the same time. True compassion and the healthy boundary of saying “no” are not opposites. They’re healthy partners. And when you can practice them together, you are the embodiment of a courageous type of love that can change the world. Check out the example of this I give in the video above.

If you’ve read this far without watching the video, do you have an idea of what you think the #1 myth of the heart chakra is?

Okay, it’s time to tell you…

The #1 myth that blocks your heart is: Being “nice” opens your heart chakra.

Nope. Not true.

Watch the video above to see why. And then, if you feel inspired, commit to at least one of the three things I outlined above. It’ll help you break through the false idea that aiming to be nice (rather than just naturally and effortlessly expressing true compassion) will open your heart chakra.

Have a week full of love, Beautiful Soul.

Heal Your Heart Chakra Inner Child (with Powerful Meditation)

Are you ready to meet your four-year-old inner child and heal your heart chakra? Watch this video and create some sacred space to do the meditation at 7:11.

If you haven’t yet seen my previous videos in this series, you can access them here:

HEAL YOUR ROOT CHAKRA INNER CHILD

HEAL YOUR SACRAL CHAKRA INNER CHILD

HEAL YOUR SOLAR PLEXUS CHAKRA INNER CHILD

Our foundational energies are set down in the first seven years of our life. In each of the first seven years of our lives, we energetically develop our root chakra (foundation) plus one of our other chakras.

Our energy literally spirals up our body and initiates a chakra for each of the first seven years. There is a specific human need that we experience each year from the womb to seven. When these needs get met, the corresponding chakra tends to have an open set point. And if a chakra need doesn’t get met, that particular chakra tends to have a more closed set point.

If you want to learn more about your energetic development and the Chakra Life Cycles that affected you, read my book, Your Roadmap to Life Mastery: Discover the 7-Year Cycles That Shape Your Life.

In the video above, we’re healing your four-year-old heart chakra, inner child. This is the part of you that wants to love and be loved.

The “Chemistry” of Your Heart and Solar Plexus Chakras

Your heart chakra is the opposite of your solar plexus chakra. The solar plexus chakra likes to think, analyze, control, take action and focus on the differences between self and others. But the heart chakra likes to make love, feel, surrender, connect and focus on the similarities between self and others.

Basically, the solar plexus chakra is about staying independent, autonomous, and true to yourself. And the heart chakra is about bonding and being interdependent. It’s the part of you that focuses on your need for touch, connection, and heart-felt belonging.

These two chakras create the classic “opposites attract” chemistry that allows us to experience individuation and deep connection.

Basic Need of the Heart Chakra

The heart chakra (and your inner four-year-old) have a basic need to give and receive love.

What was it like when you were four? Was your environment loving? And peaceful? Did your caregivers love you? Did they engage in verbal and physical affection? Did model love for you?

Your heart chakra is the middle (balancing) energy center in your field. For this reason, it takes an exalted position. And that’s why LOVE is so important to us humans. It’s our relaxed, balance point.

In other words, it’s our essence.

There’s a great meditation in the video above that will connect you with your four-year-old inner child (at 7:11). But please don’t skip over the intro because there’s lots of great guidance there for loving yourself more. And THAT may be the most important foundation for all “self-help” or transformational work/play. We are our own first source of approval and love.

I hope you enjoy the meditation. I love inner child healing. I think it’s never too late to go within and be a loving caregiver of the child within. It literally changes everything. Especially when it’s your heart chakra, inner child!

May you have a week where you expand your capacity to both GIVE and RECEIVE love!

Let’s Play and Heal: What H-Words Open Your Heart Chakra?

Welcome to the fourth video of this fun series where we look at words that heal each chakra that starts with the same letter the chakra does. We’re on the heart chakra now, so we’re going to play with H-words.

If you haven’t seen the other videos of this series, you can enjoy them here:

10 R-Words to Boost and Heal Your Root Chakra

7 S-Words to Boost and Heal Your Sacral Chakra

7 S-Words to Boost and Heal Your Solar Plexus Chakra

The heart chakra is the green center chakra in our energy field. Its element is air and it’s all about unconditional love, compassion, kindness, equilibrium, healing, and connection.

Can you think of some words that start with H that open and heal your heart?

It’s our most essential embodied chakra as it represents our balance point and our essence. That’s why LOVE is so fundamental to our human experience.

Who doesn’t want to expand into more love, acceptance, and peace???

So. I’m going to give you all the H-Words I came up with here, but I hope you’ll still watch the video. I shot it on Playa Bonita in Puerto Peñasco, Mexico, and some of the stuff that came through surprised me in a really good way.

In the video, I share why the heart is the healing chakra, what hugging does for you, what it really means to “serve” another and I also give you a whole new, more empowering way to look at humility.

Are you ready to play?

Here are My 7 Favorite H-Words for Opening Your Heart Chakra

  1. Help
  2. Hands
  3. Hug
  4. Heart
  5. Heal
  6. Harmonize
  7. Humility

Watch the video to find out why each word is a conduit for heart healing.

And if I missed YOUR favorite H-Word, please share it here on my Youtube Channel.

Create a lovely, loving week!

You Can Heal Your Heart Chakra with These 5 Shadow Qualities

Hello Beautiful Soul, welcome to part four of my series on the main shadow qualities of each chakra. We have now completed the lower chakras — root, sacral and solar plexus — and we are looking at the “bridge chakra,” the heart.

Just to be clear, in this series, we are shedding light on the “dark” shadow or the “negative” qualities of each chakra. So far, in the lower chakras, we have been looking at the qualities that arise when we have a LOT of the energy of the root, sacral or solar plexus.

When we get to the upper chakras, the throat, third eye and crown, we will be looking at the opposite — what qualities arise when we have very LITTLE of the energy of the throat, third eye or crown.

The heart is the “bridge” chakra in the middle, so we could look at what qualities arise when we have too little focus on our connection to others or when we have too much.

I’ve decided to do the latter – and approach the heart chakra in the same way I’ve dealt with the lower three chakras.

If you haven’t yet watched the other videos of this series, please watch the intro video here and then watch these 3 videos (especially the first one as it goes into the shadow integration healing modalities in more detail):

5 Shadow Qualities of the Root Chakra

5 Shadow Qualities of the Sacral Chakra

5 Shadow Qualities of the Solar Plexus Chakra

This week we’re looking at the shadow qualities of the heart. This chakra resides in the center of your chest and it’s green and related to the easy breezy element of air. Its’s associated with love, compassion, peace, healing, kindness and your connection to others.

It’s our middle energy center (number 4 out of 7) so when all of your chakras are strong and aligned, you naturally end up here in the balance point of our heart chakra, because your energetic essence IS love.

The heart is a popular chakra socially and spiritually, because it is the compassionate energy center that invites us to connect with and take care of others (whereas, in contrast, the solar plexus asks us to take care of self and be independent of others).

So clearly, the heart is the social chakra. But because taking care of yourself needs to precede taking care of others (if you want to properly take care of others), when the heart chakra focus of putting others first takes over our lives without the healthy solar plexus chakra interest in equally honoring ourselves, we can fall into some odd subconscious, shadow patterns.

Here are the 5 Shadow Qualities of the Heart Chakra

  1. Dependent (Gift = Our Humanity & Connections to Others)
  2. Martyr (Gift = Seeing & Valuing Our Contributions)
  3. Victim (Gift = Awareness of Our Pain & Taking Responsibility)
  4. Weak (Gift = Cultivates Connection & Compassion)
  5. Doormat (Gift = Awareness of Your Big Heart & Oneness with Others)

Remember that it’s not enough to just know this information, you need to anchor it into the cells of your body with shadow integration methods.

Work with these:

  1. Find the gift of each chakra quality. I share some here, but it can be even more powerful when you find your personal gifts. What does each shadow quality give you?
  2. Tap on each shadow quality. You can watch my video on tapping to heal your throat chakra to learn the simple and powerful EFT technique.
  3. Elicit memories of any time you’ve ever embodied each chakra shadow quality.
  4. Love yourself (as a child or adult) when you’ve embodied each quality.
  5. Take back your shadow projections. One easy way is to fill out Byron Katie’s Judge Your Neighbor Worksheet and then do the work.

The key is to go beyond knowing about shadow and embrace it with practices and participation.

I love the spiritual warrior in you!!

Love and blessings,

Vicki

Open Your Heart Chakra with This Simple Yoga Pose

Opening our heart chakra is both natural and unnatural. The pose I demonstrate here is simple. It’s part of a series of yoga poses that open each chakra.

If you haven’t seen the previous video posts, you can watch them here:

1st Chakra Post

2nd Chakra Post

3rd Chakra Post

The important thing to realize about heart opening is that it’s totally natural for our spirit and utterly unnatural for our body. The latter is due to the fact that we have so many heart-closing daily activities in our culture. The main problem is that we sit in chairs most of the time. We even sit in one as we drive! This chair sitting tends to cause us to tuck our tailbone under and that action the rounds us and causes us to hunch our shoulders forward. Using a computer mouse at a desk or looking down and texting on a smart phone also tends to have the same effect. We roll our shoulders forward and inward.

To get the heart open, you need to reverse this chest collapsing, You need to elongate the front of your torso upward away from your waistline and then draw your shoulder blades down your back. This takes the head of your arm bones back and let’s your chest open. It causes your collar bones to “smile,” that is, to widen.

There are many more active ways you can do this heart-opening action, but here I’m sharing the most restorative version, so you’ll have no excuse not to do it (sneaky me!).

Think you’re too tired? This supine pose is perfect! You do it lying down and you simply allow gravity to help you open your heart by using either a bolster or blocks to press into the back of your chest and elevate and expand the front.

If you need a little motivation, keep this in mind: heart opening exercises give you a kick of the happy body-produced hormone oxytocin. So don’t be surprised if, a little while after you’ve done this pose, you’re smiling for no reason.

Now, if you add this back bend to the poses we’ve done so far, you have a short and simple yoga workout for your lower chakras. It is:

1st Chakra – Squat & Grounding Meditation

2nd Chakra – Cat-Cow & Stir-The-Pot

3rd Chakra – Locust & Boat Pose (with Breath of Fire)

4th Chakra – Lying over a Bolster or Blocks with Feet Together (long name= supta badha konasana

Do them sequentially and feel open and balanced.

Sending you much love,

Vicki

Do You Have a Heart Chakra Personality? Here Are 11 Signs

Video Source: chakraboosters

Welcome to our fourth personality type in this series: The Heart Chakra Personality.

The heart is the middle chakra of our energy field so it is your energetic balance point. That is why love is so important to us humans. It’s basically our essence;  our set point.

The heart chakra is green and its secondary color is pink. The element here is easy-breezy air, and the qualities are the ones an unconditionally loving mother so easily demonstrates: love, compassion, kindness, patience, peace, forgiveness and gratitude. The heart is also the energy center of healing, since the heart’s energy moves down the arms and out the hands.

Here are the signs that you have a heart chakra personality:

  1. You’re motherly and enjoy taking care of people.
  2. You’re a natural healer. Rub your hands together and see how easily and quickly you generate heat.
  3. You have extra awareness of your hands and may have elegant hand gestures.
  4. You are graceful (yes, this includes you heart chakra MEN too).
  5. You relate to animals, especially the type that get close to humans, because they are such great teachers of love and bonding.
  6. You tend to love nature.
  7. You’re open-minded.
  8. You rarely judge others.
  9. You’re generous.
  10. You’re so forgiving that it’s almost impossible to hold a grudge.
  11. You’re drawn to do charity work.

Who do you think is the iconic heart chakra person?

I have chosen Princess Diana, because she totally personified love, charity and motherhood. I decided not to pick Mother Theresa here — because she was a nun and I wanted to point to a “normal” person — someone who had a very relatable personality (still, I am aware that it’s not all that common to be an official princess).

Are you a heart chakra personality?

I’d love for you to comment below. Now that we’ve covered half of the seven chakras, you may already be getting of what kind of chakra personality type mix you are. Let me know!

And if you have any questions, leave them on my youtube channel here, and I’ll get an answer to you.

Big heart chakra love and blessings,

Vicki

Open Your Heart Chakra For More Love, Compassion and Healing

https://youtu.be/RSidKN_Q8D0

This is my fourth video blog in a 7-video series for boosting and balancing your chakras with Transformational Power Questions (TPQs). I’m dedicating a video to each chakra. Here are the other video articles so far:

Heal Your Root Chakra

Heal Your Sacral Chakra

Heal Your Solar Plexus Chakra

Check into the first (root chakra) video, if you want to learn more about TPQs.

In this segment, we’re going to balance your heart chakra so you can experience more love, compassion, forgiveness and gratitude. The heart chakra is green and it has an element of air, which makes it very easy going and light by nature. When it’s strong, you feel good, peaceful and connected to others.

Your hands are a conduit of your heart chakra energy, that’s why they’re so good for hugging and doing healing like massage-work, reiki, or other modalities.

Here are the Best TPQs for Boosting & Balancing Your Heart Chakra (in regular and progressive form):

1) Why am I so loving to myself and others? Why am I becoming more and more loving?

2) Why am I so compassionate? Why am I growing more compassionate all the time?

3) Why am I so forgiving? Why am I more forgiving every day?

4) Why do I feel so grateful? Why am I becoming more grateful all the time?

5) Why am I such a great natural healer? Why do keep becoming a better and better healer?

For the best results, say each statement several times every day – and feel your heart grow!

With love,

Vicki

Heal Your Heart Chakra By Singing Along to This Song

Video Source: chakraboosters

This week, I’m excited to share another healing, music video with you. This one is for the heart chakra, and since none of us can ever have too much love, I suggest you listen to it over and over until the words and images naturally flow through you and open your heart.

If you haven’t yet seen the Solar Plexus Chakra Healing Video, you can get the get up and go you need to start the new year right when you watch it here regularly.

Here are the lyrics to the Heart Chakra Healing Song (so you can sing along to the video):

Anahata (11x)

The heart is the bridge between body and soul (3x)

It makes us one

It makes us whole

It makes us one soul

The heart is the bridge between body and soul (4x)

Anahata (11x)

Anahata is the Sanskrit name of the heart chakra. It means “unstruck sound” as this is the vibratory place in our body where there is balance and peace.

It’s the chakra of love, compassion, forgiveness, gratitude and healing. So it’s the perfect song for the holidays. Listen to it often (especially before spending extended time with family) and feel your heart open and expand.

If you like this song, you’ll probably like this video where Jeff Bonilla and I discuss the making of the song. I wish we had added about how Jeff created a sort of heartbeat in the song, and that a new age reviewer compared it to “Every Breath You Take” by the Police for this reason (the heartbeat sound).

Enjoy!

xoxoxo,

Vicki

Love: Food For The Heart Chakra For Optimal Well-Being (Recipe)

Healthy diet was associated with significant falls in blood pressure, a reduction in heart rate and a fall in cholesterol levels.

Source: CureJoy

Human beings thrive on love.

We “feed” ourselves with heart symbols plastered on t-shirts, bumper stickers, books, cards, even our social media outlets. Our speech is littered with the word “love” – “I loved that movie!” “I love that song.” “I love you!” The meaning of the word “love” can be stretched out in a vast continuum — all the way from romantic love to platonic love to familial love. Without a doubt, the heart is front and center of our lives.

In fact, in Traditional Chinese Medicine, the heart is referred to as the “sovereign,” or the ruler of the body, and is claimed to house the spirit of the person. All the emphasis that has been placed on the intellect for so many years is now proving to be misplaced, as current research from the HeartMath Institute shows that the heart generates a more significant field than the brain.

In several cultures, food is used to show love. Think of all the chocolate exchanged for Valentine’s Day. Dating couples typically spend their time together eating a meal. Mothers bake for their children. The message being delivered on many levels is that if we care about someone, we share food with them, whether preparing it for them, donating it to them, serving it, or even eating with them. Our love travels through the conduit of food. Also, we may overlook love for ourselves, but it is through the act of eating that we show we value and love our bodies.

Religious traditions have used the phrase, “Your body is your temple.” Indeed, loving and caring for ourselves implies providing our bodies with quality nourishment and making healthy eating choices.

The Heart Chakra

The part of our subtle anatomy that connects to the heart is called the heart chakra (in Sanskrit, Anahata). It holds not only the heart but the lungs, breasts, shoulders, armpits, arms, wrists, and hands. The arms and hands are an extension of the heart chakra, as they provide us with the ability to reach out, receive, and give. Touch is the sense associated with the heart chakra. Additionally, the blood vessel network and circulation of blood throughout the body is connected to the heart chakra. The heart chakra is unique from the lower three chakras in that it has more of an air quality associated with it, rather than some element that is concrete and physical. Entering the heart chakra territory is like stepping into another universe – one that is vast, cosmic, and infinite. Some traditions perceive the heart chakra as the center point where body and soul, heaven and Earth, meet.

When our heart chakra beats to our optimum rhythm, it will sit comfortably and peacefully on a throne surrounded by love, feeling and discernment. Like the sacral chakra, the heart chakra works with emotions, but on a different level – it translates the raw emotions spun from the wild wheel of the sacral chakra into a tapestry of pure feeling with a basis of wisdom. It is common to think of someone with an “open heart” as being endlessly giving and self-sacrificing; however, a well-developed heart chakra implies loving discernment and detachment as the highest expression of love – this is “emotional wisdom.” Like to the solar plexus chakra, the heart chakra can easily find itself in overdrive by giving without an equal balance of receiving – women, especially mothers and caregivers, are usually in this position.

However, a healthy, balanced heart chakra can harmonize feelings and love for others without compromising the expression of feelings and love of self. Those who are truly tapped into their wellspring of love will let their emotions be their guiding principle for decision-making, or, in other words, they will “follow their heart.”

Ways to Promote a Healthy Heart Chakra:

Growing, eating, and serving food with love and gratitude

It is quite a treat to have nurturing baked into your nourishment, as it feeds the body along with the spirit. Without a doubt, love is the highest earthly vibration possible. When food marinades in love, it is saturated with a high vibration, along with making it taste sweeter and more flavorful. People who buy organically grown food claim that it tastes better than conventionally-grown food when compared side by side, even when they do not know which one is which. There certainly is an element of ‘love’ that appears to go into organic gardening that you don’t find in mass, industrial farming. When we make the selection for organic food, we are actively tapping into the energetic lineage of love that has grown into the food imparted from the sun, stars, moon, sky, farmer, harvester and grocer.

Sharing food with others

Love grows when we share it. By loving others, we never become depleted of love. In fact, quite the opposite! In much the same way, sharing meals with others feeds our heart chakra. The more we share, the more nourishment that is available to all. Try inviting others over to eat and trying new recipes – this is the perfect meal for the heart chakra. Eating in a communal setting is important for us as human beings as we are interdependent on each other. Our lives at their essence are truly about giving and receiving love. When we build walls of isolation or separation around us, we close off the heart chakra. Eating with others blossoms the heart with joy, especially when the meals are prepared and eaten together.

Food for the Heart Chakra

The three lower chakras revolve around the macronutrient universe – the root chakra grounds into protein, the sacral chakra flows with fats, and the solar plexus chakra burns carbohydrate. The heart chakra doesn’t feed on calories from these nutritional “big guns.” Instead, it loves to take in plant foods because of their complexity. Plants are some of the most tenacious life forms on the planet – they are confined to one place and are able to survive, a very similar quality to that locked within the essence of the heart chakra (“love conquers all”).

A healthy heart chakra vibrates at a frequency similar to the color green. Therefore, green foods provide the vibrational rate needed to help balance this chakra. On a nutritional level, green foods usually contain relatively high levels of plant compounds antioxidants like chlorophyll which is “king” of the plant-based antioxidants. In addition, green foods contain an essential nutrient known as folic acid. This nutrient, along with vitamin B6 and B12, is needed to lower levels of a reactive compound known as homocysteine in the blood. Studies indicate that there is a correlation between blood homocysteine levels and the incidence of heart disease. Examples include avocados, limes, lettuce, and fresh soybeans. 1. Get rid of the old.

Clear out, parcel up or throw away letters or photos from old relationships and any other clutter that’s not you anymore. It’s not that you’re pretending these things don’t exist, they just aren’t who you are anymore. You’ve moved past them, so let your home radiate that. If for some reason you can’t let go, or are slow to let go of these items, put them in a box with a lid and bless it.

2. Implement a “no shoe” zone.

Whether this it’s in your bedroom, entryway or your entire home, removing your shoes indicates you’re shifting into a new space. The more you connect to the earth with your feet, the more you are rooting down to rise up into who you want to be. Another benefit of a shoe-free zone is choosing to walk through your house with bare, vulnerable feet, rather than the protection of the soles of your shoes.

3. Create a nook of sacred space (and use it).

Whether it’s some sort of alter, your yoga mat, your meditation area or a quiet place where you’re surrounded by all your favorite things. The more you invest in your sacred space, the more it will invest in you by providing you with the insights and guidance you desire.

Don’t just create it, use it. Start with five minutes at a time of hanging out there in a seated and relaxed position, focusing on your breath.
