The Messiah is Here – Parts 4 and 5

By Karma Singh | Harmony Energy Consultants

Editor’s comment: Karma Singh’s ongoing Messiah series continues with these three videos, which are meant to empower you in general and in particular during these difficult times.

Here is Part 4:

Conditioned, as we are, to believe that we must pay for everything that we need to live, our focus lies outside of ourselves, upon that which we “need” to do to justify our existence. The belief is, of course, not true but it does get in the way of recognizing and accepting much of what does belong to us as our right of birth. One of these is known as the Golden Flower, The Flower of the Sun, Apollo’s Shield and a variety of other names across the planet. It is very gentle and very powerful: If you try to take it, it will go away. If you let it be, it will enter you and enhance your whole being experience.

Here is Part 5:

Much of human activity is coloured and contorted by fear. But what is fear? Karma Singh defines it as the only thing that a human being can experience which has no existence whatsoever; it is nothing other than a hole in your own energy fields. Nothing can enter this hole other than you, yourself. The moment you enter, the hole ceases to exist.

There is, however, a much practiced habit of looking away from fear; of trying to justify it. This is something that we have been most deliberately taught over many centuries in order to keep us subjugated. A hero is one who has overcome this conditioning and uncovered his/her power hidden behind it.

Here is Part 5A:

And, finally, here is part 5A, which contains a transmission which can reportedly help to address the “fear” mentioned in Part 5:

Robert O’Leary, JD BARA, has had an abiding interest in alternative health products & modalities since the early 1970’s & he has seen how they have made people go from lacking health to vibrant health. 10 Empowered Ways to Take Charge of Your Life

Even though you might feel limited and not in control of your life because of the current lockdown, there ARE things you can do now to feel more empowered and you have the perfect opportunity to plan for when the lockdown is lifted.

We all want to feel like we’re in charge of our lives, having everything together. The unfortunate truth is that many of us struggle to take charge of our lives and feel like we’re lacking some control. This happens even more when we get around those who seem to have control of their lives with everything they need at their fingertips.

Never fear; here’s a guide to help you get control and take charge of your life. In this article, you’ll learn ten ways to help you get in control, be in charge of your own life and become truly empowered.

1) Commit to making time for yourself

It’s crucial to make time in your week to devote to self-care. The busier you get, the harder it seems to be to make time for yourself and, unfortunately, that’s when you need it most. Make time to take care of your personal needs, whatever they may be. After all, if you’re not at your best how can you expect to do your best work. Taking charge of your schedule and your personal health is an important first step to take control of your life.

2) Do what you want, despite convention

A big part of taking charge of your life is putting an end to the bad habit of letting others have a say in what you do. Don’t disregard good advice but ultimately live a life that is yours.

3) Get organized

This step may seem a little different and trivial compared to the others but getting organized is an important part of taking control of your life. Being organized can help to lessen your stress and anxiety, keep you in command of your schedule, and make your life easier overall.

4) Remember the power of “no”

While it’s important to be open to new experiences and opportunities, it’s more important to know your limitations. You can’t do everything, and no one can expect you to. You have to prioritize and say no to some things to keep your sanity. The decision of what to say no to should be left entirely up to you, allowing you to take charge of your life.

5) Be open to new opportunities

It’s easy to let saying no get out of hand and become closed off to new opportunities, experiences, and adventures. If a new opportunity comes your way, weigh it out. Consider the following: is it good for you; is it something you want to do or a stepping stone to something you want? If you answered yes to either of those questions, don’t let the opportunity slip through your fingers.

6) Make a goal list

Making a goal list is a good way to take charge of your future. It’s most effective when you organize your goals into multiple, reachable goal lists. This will help ensure you actually achieve your goals rather than just making the list and setting it aside. Be sure to measure your progress as you go, so you know where you stand.

7) Make “By the time I’m [age]” lists

Slightly different than the generic goal list we mentioned above, the “By the time I’m…” list is for things you want to have or have achieved by that age.

For example, common “By the time I’m 30” lists include things like getting married, getting set up in a career, and starting a family, while common things found on “By the time I’m 65” lists are retirement, moving to the beach, and traveling more frequently. These lists can help you keep track of what you want and ensure that you’re getting the most out of your life and taking charge of it.

8) Strive to empower and be empowered by others

One way to truly take charge of your life and ensure you’re headed in the right direction is to both be an example to others and learn things from others. It’s important to learn from those around you and allow them to inspire and empower you. It’s also important to strive to empower others and to be the best example you can be.

9) Stop Settling

If you’ve been wasting your time settling for things you don’t really want, you’ll wind up wasting your life on adequacy. While in certain cases, settling is excusable or even acceptable, you can’t settle for everything in your life. A big part of taking charge of your life is getting rid of or turning down things you either don’t want or are detrimental to you.

10) Love and accept yourself

The only way in which you’ll ever take charge of your life is if you accept yourself for who you are, accept what you want in life, and treat yourself with love and kindness. Accept and appreciate the things you want in life, because if you don’t, who will.

Limitless Intentions for Empowered Manifestation

There are different schools of thought about how we should set the goals and intentions we want to manifest. One school of thought says we should define our intention to the smallest detail, another says we should make it more general so we don’t limit the scale of the manifestation.

I was pondering this point before teaching a workshop on Empowered Manifestation and was blessed with another of those Divine downloads that have given me the information I need to teach about how manifestation really works.

Having spent over 20 years in IT, I know that one of the biggest problems in developing computer systems is when the users try to dictate the solution instead of letting the experts (analysts, designers and programmers) work it out for them. They either get something that just doesn’t work or they get far less than they could have had.

It’s the same with manifestation.

Instead of describing the solution down to the smallest detail let the expert (God/Source/Divine) know your requirements and work out the best solution for you.

For example, I wanted  a truck to pull a travel trailer that would take us on a tour to deliver my Empower Your  Life: Achieve Your Dreams workshop and started out with the intention of having a white Dodge Ram 1500 pickup truck. What I really wanted was a pickup truck with space for my dogs in the back and the capability to tow a travel trailer of 8,500 lbs in a mountainous area, with the best fuel efficiency. The truck I manifested was a black Ford F150 that matched my requirements perfectly and if I’d stuck to the idea of the Dodge Ram truck I’d have found it fell far short of what I needed.

Specifying requirements allows the Universe (the ultimate architect) to design and deliver the best solution without limiting it. You usually get much more when you leave the solution to the expert… in this case God/Source/Divine/Universe, and a generous one at that! My truck turned out to be far better than expected with lots of added benefits I hadn’t thought of.

One of the key factors in empowered manifestation is that your intentions should be aligned with purpose – your life purpose and soul mission. In fact, every desire and intention should have a purpose – and defining the purpose is what gives the Universe the space to create the perfect outcome for you.

It’s the why!

Why do I want this house?

I want to be able to accommodate my family when they come to visit, have dinner parties for up to 10 people, have views of the mountains, a creek or river running through the property of 100 acres or more, to accommodate 10 horses or more, with a barn, indoor and outdoor arena and access to national forest land for trail riding.

That’s very different from saying I want Paradise Ranch in Durango, Colorado. The Universe may have a far better plan in store for you that you haven’t even dreamed of.

Robert Schuller said “make your dreams big enough for God to fit into”, in other words, don’t limit the scope of your goals and intentions. “A Course In Miracles” states “there is no order of difficulty in miracles”, in other words manifesting a big intention is just the same process as manifesting a small intention. Have faith, think big and you can move mountains.

Who Is The Number One Person Holding You Back?

Do you feel stuck in any area of your life? Do you feel that regardless of how hard you try, things never seem to change? Have you had this one dream in your life that somehow always escapes your grasp? Do you believe that you are capable of something more but you feel mediocre? You feel like you’re another face in the crowd and not living up to your fullest potential?

Well, if any of these questions apply to you, welcome to the club. All of us at some point, feel these things. And unfortunately, we get stuck because we do not face one of the harshest realities we can ever become aware of. What is this reality I’m talking about? I’m talking about the person that’s holding you back. That’s right. There is a person in this world who is preventing you from being completely happy, fulfilled, effective, and powerful.

This person constantly gets in the way when it comes to any form of success in your life. It doesn’t matter whether it’s your relationships, finances, education, or your career. This person is there right when you’re just about to have a milestone. This individual drags you back, holds you down, and keeps you miserable and frustrated.

Do you want to know who that person is?

That person is you, yes YOU.

The only person in this world who can force you to live a life of mediocrity, struggle, frustration, and fear spells his or her name this way: Y-O-U. There’s nobody else to blame.

It is not the abuse you had as a child. Nor is it the traumatic experience you had in school. The boss that made you feel like an idiot. It’s not him. Your mother who nags you or puts you down. It’s not her either. It’s definitely not your partner. It’s you. Because you have to understand that nobody can make you feel small, powerless, weak, and mediocre without your permission. The world will not have an effect on you if you don’t let it in.

The world is not going to force you to feel powerless if you don’t interpret its feedback in that way. It all goes back to you. A lot of people are uncomfortable with this reality and that’s why they come up with excuse after excuse to get out from this thinking. Here’s the thing. You need to step up and realize that you are giving yourself all these excuses to avoid putting in the work to reach grand success. Until you do that, you will only feel small.

You will continue to struggle when it comes to paying the rent. You will continue to have one miscommunication after another with your loved ones. You will often find yourself misunderstood in the process. That is why you have to step up. You have to slay that dragon of self-deception and all those internal illusions that you have chosen to believe in all these years. This is the real story of your life. Because nobody can hold you back without your permission.

5 Ways to Take Back Your Power With Awareness

Awareness is one of the most powerful tools you can use to Take Back Your Power. Today we’re going to look at 5 ways to regain control and create the life you want to live.

Our lives have got so busy these days – running as fast as we can just to stay in the same place. We need a way to slow things down so that we control our circumstances instead of finding ourselves in situations we don’t want and don’t like.

Start by taking some time to take a deep breath, slow everything down, calm yourself and relax so you can get a proper perspective on life. Raise your head and look around. Become an acute observer.

Awareness is important on many levels, from the general to the specific, awareness outside yourself and within yourself, awareness of people and situations, awareness of your emotions, feelings and sensations, awareness of the messages that are being transmitted to you, awareness that everyone has their own perspective and that there is no such thing as absolute truth.

Taking Back Your Power means making conscious choices to take action in a way that creates a positive outcome. Each level of awareness adds power to your choices.

So, here are the 5 ways you can use awareness to make you a more powerful person:

1. Awareness of Yourself.

Get to know the real you. Review your life experience and list your strengths, skills and talents. Then be honest with yourself about your weaknesses – we all have them!

Your life is shaped by your belief system, which is the product of your upbringing, social influences, education and life experience. Make a list of your beliefs, especially those that influence your behavior. Try and identify any negative beliefs about yourself as it is your limiting beliefs that stop you from achieving your goal and limit your potential.

Being empowered means you have confidence in yourself, appreciate your strengths and accept your weaknesses. Do these exercises at home by yourself and really spend some time discovering who you really are and how you can improve yourself.

2. Awareness of Your Feelings

Pay attention to your feelings and emotions and observe them with detachment. If you feel angry, annoyed, upset or experience any other negative emotions, acknowledge the emotion, and ask yourself why you feel that way. Think about what you need to do to resolve the situation that has caused you to feel that way. This enables you to make decisions and take effective action while being in control of your emotions, rather than your emotions controlling you, and that means you achieve the outcome you want.

Being aware of your feelings also enables you to tap into your intuition – how you feel about something is an indication of whether something is right for you or not. As you start to pay attention to your intuition and trust it, you’ll find you’ll become more intuitive just by using it – as you would with any skill.

 3. Awareness of Other People

Observe the people around you – your spouse or partner, your friends and family – how do they make you feel? Are your relationships positive, supportive, and bring you joy, or are they negative, destructive and drain you of energy? The people around you can have a profound effect on your energy and your attitude to life, the level of your ambitions and your ability to achieve them. Surround yourself with positive, supportive people. Be selective about who you befriend – quality is better than quantity – and nurture relationships with people who have a positive attitude to life as well as similar interests.

How do you respond to other people? Do you have a short temper and find it difficult to control your anger? Do you give your power away by reacting emotionally and losing your cool? Do you give support to others or do you constantly try to undermine other people and prove you’re better than they are? Ask yourself why you feel that way and if it hides an underlying insecurity and lack of self-confidence. Be honest with yourself and make a commitment to tackling those underlying issues and investing in the right relationships that are mutually supportive.

 4. Awareness of Your Situation

Where are you now and where do you want to be? Are you satisfied with your level of achievement? Are you lacking direction? What aspects of your life would you like to improve? Spend some time writing down your goals and dreams and describe them in detail.

Do you take responsibility for your current situation or do you blame other people or circumstances? Victims blame their environment, the state of the economy, anything or anyone but themselves for their circumstances. Victors take full responsibility for their circumstances and take action to change what they aren’t satisfied with.

5. Awareness of Your Environment

“No man is an island” – a quote from John Donne’s poetry, meaning that no-one acts in isolation unaffected by their environment. We are working within society, our culture, our immediate family, friends and relatives, and the political and economic system. We need to be aware of the conditions we are working in so that we can take advantage of opportunities and take appropriate action to avoid being affected by adverse conditions. This is a very different approach from that of the victim we mentioned above. There are numerous stories of people who become very successful during recessions and depressions, for example. Compare that to those who focus on the problems rather than looking for opportunities.

Awareness of your environment means you can take positive action based on conscious choices. Ignoring conditions because they are negative makes you powerless to act and prevent them from harming you or causing problems for you. If you turn your back on a train speeding towards you it will run you down – face it and you can see it coming and move out of its way. Being aware of what is happening in the world around you gives you the power to act – knowledge is power, applied knowledge makes you powerful and provides the means to achieve your dreams.

Letting Go is the Way to Empowerment

Believe it or not, there’s a lot of power in letting go and moving on – it’s the key to empowerment. I know it doesn’t necessarily feel like it. When something doesn’t work out the way we want it to, we tend to focus on what has happened in the past – what went wrong.

You may be thinking that if you were to keep dwelling on what happened, maybe you will be able to figure it out. Maybe with enough contemplation, things would fall into place and you would see the rhyme and reason for the negative things that happened in the past.

Well, let me ask you a question. I bet this is not the first time you’ve thought this way. In fact, this is probably the thousandth or hundred thousandth time you’ve entertained that idea. What happened with the previous days when you thought this way? How about the day before that?

The truth is, focusing on the past is not going to help you one bit unless you look for the lessons and learn from your experiences. Life can be pretty challenging – but it’s the challenges that create growth and development!

If you are completely honest with yourself, you would understand that even though seemingly bad things happened in the past, your life is not a complete disaster. In fact, often the biggest challenges result in our biggest leaps forward and looking for the gift in every experience is the key to evolving into a higher version of yourself.

Sure, you may be frustrated in certain areas of your life. Welcome to the club. Nobody’s immune to this. This is part of the package deal of life.

You have to understand that despite your frustration, and disappointment with certain areas of your life, there are areas where you achieve great results. You just need to have a clear map of your life. If you did, then you would quickly realize that it’s not completely bleak. It’s not all black with no bright spots.

In fact, if your life is just like most other people’s lives, there will be lots of dark parts, but there will also be bright spots here and there. Discover these. Understand that these areas of light are areas of achievement in your life. Isn’t that a cause for celebration? Isn’t that something to feel good about?

Focus on these, learn the lesson from the challenges and let go. Focus on the fact that you have been successful in your life. Given enough time, the areas of achievement in your life will grow. Believe me, success will not increase if you don’t focus on your gifts, talents, and achievements. As the old saying goes, “Where your focus goes, energy flows.”

How can you master your life or take full ownership of your life if a lot of your mental attention is sucked up by the things that you haven’t achieved?

Focus on your areas of competency, and choose to celebrate the positive things going on in your life. This is your key to empowerment. The more you focus on celebrating your achievements, the more competent and self-confident you become.

This enables you to increase your level of success and become a more empowered person.

Focus on your triumphs and let go of self-judgment and investing time, attention, and emotional energy on things that didn’t work out the way you wanted. Just absorb the lesson and move on.

How to Empower Your Life and Change the World

Empower your life change the world

The ‘Empowerment’ word pops up all over the place these days and is used in all sorts of different contexts. I’ll explain my definition of conscious empowerment and show you how you can enjoy happiness and fulfillment, make a difference and change the world by living an empowered life.

But first, let’s look at why empowerment is so important today.

The world is in a mess – with wars, poverty, financial meltdown, environmental catastrophes and it seems like everything is falling apart.

It is falling apart! For a very good reason. You have to break down what isn’t working in order to make space for something new.

YOU have a part to play in the regeneration of our planet and of our society, and a very important part at that. So read on and find out how you can empower your life to make a difference and make the world a better place…

What Is Empowerment?

Personal empowerment involves being true to yourself, fulfilling your purpose, reaching your potential, and making a difference, which creates positive change in the world.

Our day to day challenges and the problems the world is facing can seem overwhelming at times and I guess that many people find it hard to believe that they can do anything to make a difference.

That’s not true. Change happens one person at a time and YOU are a powerful change agent.

“No man is an island” ~ John Donne

We live in an intricate world of complex interdependencies and everything we do has an impact on others and on the world around us. Empower your life in the four key areas of life and you will make a huge difference not only to yourself, but to others too, and to the world.

1.     Empower Your Self

Empowering your Self enables you to think, feel and act powerfully, with focused intention, in every area of your life.

This subject could fill a book on its own, so I’m just going to focus on some key points and practical tips that you can use on a daily basis to improve your life and make a difference to others and the world.

You may have heard this story before, but it’s worth repeating here as it’s an ideal example of the positive impact of empowered action.

Once upon a time, there was an old man who used to go to the ocean to do his writing. He had a habit of walking on the beach every morning before he began his work.

Early one morning, he was walking along the shore after a big storm had passed and found the vast beach littered with starfish as far as the eye could see, stretching in both directions.

Off in the distance, the old man noticed a small boy approaching. As the boy walked, he paused every so often and as he grew closer, the man could see that he was occasionally bending down to pick up an object and throw it into the sea.

The boy came closer still and the man called out, “Good morning!  May I ask what it is that you are doing?”

The young boy paused, looked up, and replied “Throwing starfish into the ocean. The tide has washed them up onto the beach and they can’t return to the sea by themselves,” the youth replied. “When the sun gets high, they will die, unless I throw them back into the water.”

The old man replied, “But there must be tens of thousands of starfish on this beach. I’m afraid you won’t really be able to make much of a difference.”

The boy bent down, picked up yet another starfish and threw it as far as he could into the ocean. Then he turned, smiled and said, “It made a difference to that one!”
Adapted from The Star Thrower, by Loren Eiseley (1907 – 1977)

Small acts can make a big difference!

The boy in the story didn’t focus on the limitations of his ability to help, or get discouraged by the scale of the problem. Instead he focused on taking one step at a time – one starfish at a time – and took inspired action in the present moment, believing in his power to make a difference.

If he had stood by and done nothing, it would have meant death, not life, for those starfish he saved. We may not be faced with life and death decisions every day, but our smallest actions have far-reaching consequences that we are often unaware of.

Here are the 4 steps to personal empowerment that will enable YOU to deliver far-reaching consequences of your actions to create positive outcomes and make a difference.

Live in the present moment: The boy who saved the starfish demonstrates the power of living in the present moment. What can you do in the here and now to make a difference? Whether it is choosing what to buy in the supermarket (more about that later), or saving starfish on a beach, be aware of the situation and do what feels to be the right thing now, however small that action might be. As quantum physics has proved, the smallest things have the most power.

Make conscious choices: We are making choices in every moment, often unconsciously out of habit. It might be as simple as choosing what to wear today or it might be deciding whether to start your dream business. Whatever the scale, be aware of cause and effect every time you make a choice or decision. Evaluate the situation, focus on the outcome you want, and trust your intuition.

Let go of fear: Fear is what stops us from taking action. Knowing the right thing to do and doing it are separate steps. It might be the fear of what people think, fear of making a fool of yourself, fear of not being good enough (and so on) that stops you, but these are imaginary expectations. Put them out of your mind. They are not real.

Take inspired action: Knowing what to do doesn’t get it done – you have to take action. The boy on the beach could have carried on walking, knowing that the starfish needed to be back in the ocean, but leaving it to someone else to solve the problem. We might not be able to save the environment single-handedly but we can reduce our impact by recycling our waste and saving energy.

Each person’s individual actions may seem insignificant, but if we continue to act and encourage others to do the same our combined actions add up to making a big difference.

These 4 steps represent a powerful process for empowering your Self and I strongly recommend that you use them as your model behavior in your day to day life.

2.   Empower Your Work

Whether you are a business owner, entrepreneur or an employee, you have the choice of delivering a high quality product or service… or not!

We’ve all experienced situations where we’ve dealt with people who are only interested in selling you something whether you need it or not, and with employees who show no interest in their work or in you as a customer.

What a difference when they are enthusiastic, courteous and helpful.

Doesn’t it make your day?

Being empowered at work means doing something you’re passionate about, that uses your talents and gifts and fulfills your purpose. When you love what you do you naturally focus on the quality of the product or service you are providing.

When you make the whole process of doing business with you a pleasure, as a business owner or as an employee, success will follow naturally.

3.   Empower Your Health

Empowered health means taking responsibility for your body and learning about how it works so you can take care of it properly. Most of us know more about how our cars work than about our bodies. Here are four tips for empowering your health:

Learn how your body works When you understand what your body needs to operate at optimum levels you can make empowered choices when you do your grocery shopping. Nutrition is the foundation for health so eating a healthy diet is the first step in ensuring your wellness.

Eat organic food It’s the only way to avoid GMOs (genetically modified organisms) in the USA as there is currently no labelling of food containing GMOs. Buying organic food also means the food you eat hasn’t been exposed to toxic chemicals or produced with the use of growth hormones and antibiotics.

Read the labels Ingredients such as high fructose corn syrup and hydrogenated oils have been proved to be harmful to our health, so avoid products that contain them. If the list of ingredients reads like a chemistry book, that’s a red light that says “Avoid Me”!

4.   Empower Your Lifestyle

Mother Earth is in trouble and we have to take action to reverse the environmental damage that is threatening our very existence. Here are some easy steps to take to minimize your impact on the environment and contribute to the regeneration of our planet. Conscious buying When you spend money you have power, so choosing wisely what to buy has a huge impact on the environment, not only in terms of the products themselves, but it impacts the corporations that produce these products. Use environmentally friendly cleaning products, buy organic products, buy products made from recycled materials, and choose fair trade products whenever possible. Cheap often means exploitation of the workers and unhealthy working conditions. Recycle, Recycle, Recycle!Recycle everything you can. You’ll be surprised how little garbage you’re left with, which significantly reduces the quantity going into landfills. Also, as I said above, buy products made from recycled materials to maintain the economic viability of recycling and reduce the demand for raw materials.

Summary

Take an empowered approach in these four areas of life and you will make a difference. You’ll feel better, get better results and play your part in making the world a better place. I guarantee it!

Identifying Your Strengths And Weaknesses For Personal Growth

Have you ever taken the time to sit down and identify your strengths and weaknesses? Knowing what you excel in and where opportunities for improvement exist can put you on the path towards personal growth and can also lead to the discovery of your life purpose.

What are Strengths?

Your strengths are the things you do well and perhaps even better than most. They are where the root of your talent lies. They encompass skills and tasks that come to you naturally. For example, you may be exceptional in problem-solving or critical thinking.

Perhaps you are an excellent public speaker or fantastic storyteller. You may be a brilliant cook or party planner. We all have something that we are inherently good at as individuals that we can leverage in our personal lives or even use to build a career, a business or also enhance our relationships.

Experts encourage us to build on our strengths and parlay them into something bigger. Our strengths empower us to set and achieve goals necessary for us to succeed in life whether professionally or personally.

What are Weaknesses?

You might find it easier to list your weaknesses than your strengths, as its always easier to focus on the negative over the positive. Our weaknesses are those things that prevent us from intermittently reaching our peak performance, ultimately holding us back from sheer perfection.

They are the things we are not good at or do not hold our interest. In fact, you may find that you tend to avoid performing these tasks, taking on these duties or having the hard conversations about these topics.

How to Identify Your Strengths and Weaknesses

There are several free and paid tools on the market that can help you identify your strengths and weaknesses. A particular favorite is the Clifton Strengths Assessment which promises to help you figure out what it is you do naturally.

Free tools like VIA Strengths Survey or 41 questions can provide a degree of insight into your strengths and weaknesses. Make sure you set aside adequate time to focus on the questions so that you receive the most accurate results. (Psychology Today: Engage, Strengths, Manage Weaknesses)

Not big on tests? You can always do things the old-fashioned way and create two lists. One list will include your strengths. The other column will hold your weaknesses. Think about what it is you enjoy or do well and list those things on your strengths list. Remember not to embellish here. Think about the positive feedback you received over the years and document those items here. For those things that you dread, look to avoid, you frequently receive negative feedback from friends, family, significant others or employers and list them in your weaknesses column.

Why is It Important to Know Your Strengths and Weaknesses?

Knowing your strengths and weaknesses can guide you in identifying those situations within which you thrive or struggle. In simple terms, knowing your strengths and weaknesses help you to understand what makes you tick. Knowing these two things about yourself sets you up to make plans that allow you to define your vision, set goals, establish a plan of action, and take charge of your personal growth.

Many people wonder, where should they spend most of their time? Should they improve their weaknesses or build upon their strengths? There are several schools of thought around these two questions.

Some experts recommend that you should always focus on your strengths because it will require far less of your time to continuing building in these areas. This approach allows you to exert positive energy on the things that matter most to you.

On the other hand, focusing on your weaknesses can prove exhausting and act more as a confidence buster as you may find yourself investing a fair amount of time trying to improve upon something you are not so good at doing or being. Nonetheless, working on your weaknesses can promote personal growth.

While you may never truly master something, you are not good at doing or being, with time, you can improve the skill, raising the bar just enough to be acceptable. Also, you can learn ways to navigate those weaknesses by deploying tools and resources that get you through a tight spot or even calling in reinforcements or experts who can see you through to the other side. Remember, it’s okay to seek help from others who possess the strengths you do not.

If you have not yet invested in identifying your strengths and weaknesses, now is the time. Take advantage of the numerous tools that are available online to learn more about yourself and set a path towards personal growth.

If you would like to explore more about yourself and how your strengths and weaknesses reveal your unique purpose and learn about the tools and techniques I provide to support you on your journey, apply for a FREE Success Strategy Session here.

What We Say Subconsciously with Our Voice & Why We Like Certain Voices More than Others

By Jill Mattson | * Jill’s Wings of Light

What does our voice tell other people about how we want to be treated? Our subconscious vibes affect the way people treat us. Unconsciously others are affected by our nonverbal messages. A good portion of relationships occurs below our conscious minds.

People react to the subtle energy we send out…that we are not aware of. That is a scary thought to me. However, you can increase your consciousness, by focusing on your thoughts and feelings as you interact with people. Focus on tiny feelings that you may not even be able to put into words. What you think and feel will carry on your words.

Our voice is a bridge to others. We subconsciously and habitually tell people how we want to be treated as quickly as we introduce ourselves.

What voice do we use, when we say our name?

Let say our name several times and feel how it sounds.

These questions will help analyze our subtle messages to others:

  • Do you love your name as it comes out of your mouth? Do you even like your name? Can you say your name as if it is the most special sound in the world?
  • What are you feeling? Proud? Insecure? Suspicious? These feelings are part of your messages. They are not hidden.
  • What is the speed volume, pitch, EQ of our name? Try saying your name and changing each one of these items. Which ones sound the best?
  • What is your posture, which affects your voice?
  • Where does your name vibrate in your body? Your head? Your gut? Your nose? Try saying your name and think of a different area of your body and watch your voice change.
  • Do you change the pitch at the end of your name? Does it go up or down?
  • Do you say our name like a question, expressing uncertainty about who you are and what you want? Perhaps you sound like you need someone else’s approval, when you should approve of yourself.
  • Do you swallow our breath? Do you say our name in the front or the back of your mouth? Do you want to reach out to others or hope they come chasing after you? You should feel and think, as you want to be treated.

Your feelings carry on your voice whether or not you are aware of it. You are more responsible for how others treat us than we realize. Change your relationships with such a simple thing: your voice.

So, how do we develop our voice to provide us with targeted benefits? We can think about voices that we “like” to think about how we can use our voice to bring those desired qualities to our own voice.

If you are like me, you just “like” certain voices more than others; there is just something about them. What voices do you like? Can you pinpoint what you like about them? What makes your ears perk up and listen to them?

Now think about how the voice goes along with each person’s personality. Then, try to determine which are desirable personality traits in that person. What do those traits sound like? How is their sound different than yours? When we match these voice qualities we create the energy of this attribute. We can benefit from simply being aware of voices that we like. Let’s keep a library of them. Within our favorite voices are qualities that we desire. These attributes are a part of us that are waiting to be discovered!

For example, recall someone’s voice. Now analyze qualities with in that voice that make it attractive. For example, I like Shaun Connery’s voice. It is solid, yet gentle. I sense patience and understanding with the voice. It is slower paced than mine, with more bass tones. I sense that it is not easily swayed. I like this because I tend to be easily swayed and I want to be more sure of myself and strong. I am too quick to go along with others. I can add more bass tones and slow down the pace of my voice down. Using these adaptations in my voice allows me to shift into this stronger energy space. Others respond to me, respecting the strength I am showing.

In summary we can analyze voices for good qualities and practice these qualities or virtues by changing our voices. That is because all change does not come from exerting our will power. Sometimes it comes from a change in energy, which can be experienced, by changing our voice.

How I Overcame My Fear and How You Can Do It Too

FEAR – False Expectations Appearing Real.

If your dreams don’t scare you they are too small” ~ Sir Richard Branson

How often do you let fear stop you from achieving your goals and dreams?

One of my favorite quotes is “Danger is real, fear is a choice”. Unless you’re facing physical danger, your fear is imagined. You are imagining some future negative situation which only exists in your mind. Are you going to let your imagination get in the way of the success you want to achieve?

I find it fascinating how our deep-seated beliefs and fears have to be peeled away layer by layer. Despite having worked on my own core issues for years now and helping many clients to do the same, it’s a process, and in some cases a lifelong one.

My Fear

In early March, I decided I wanted to share information on YouTube, but I’ve had this resistance to seeing myself on video – far too critical of my little mannerisms. Aargh! So the Universe obliged and I was invited to join a video challenge. Perfect timing! (Interestingly, I’d been invited to participate several months before but it hadn’t been the right time – I wasn’t quite ready.) This time I jumped right in and had a ball!

By committing to producing a short video (only 2 minutes) every day to be shared in the private group, and getting really positive comments from the other ‘challengees’, I discovered how much I love to share knowledge and information on video. So, on May 14th I launched my video channel with my first public videos and officially overcame my fear of going public.

(Interestingly, there is an archetypal fear of visibility, especially among women, because of fear of exposure, criticism, not good enough, failing and even past-life fears of persecution and even death!)

The best way to overcome the fear is to do it in baby steps. Yes, you need to step out of your comfort zone, but you don’t have to leap off the cliff on day one!

Whatever fear is holding you back from your desired achievements, think of the smallest step you can take to move towards your goal. Start doing it in a safe environment where you’ll get encouragement and support. Usually, the fear is related to a lack of knowledge or skill, fear of failure, and fear of criticism, but the more you practice the skill, the better you become and the more confident you become. I can guarantee that if you practice, you’ll look back and wonder why you waited so long to start! I know I did!

So now it’s out in the open and I’m making a commitment here.

I’ll be posting 3 videos each week – Monday is Empowerment Day, Wednesday is Manifestation Day and Friday is Practical Tools Day. I hope you’ll visit my channel and if you like what you see, please comment, like, share and subscribe. Because it’s so new I haven’t got enough subscribers yet to create a sexy link so it’s full of numbers!

I’ll be sending them out in my weekly newsletter too. You can sign up at www.thesuccessalchemist.net

So, here are the first 3 videos… they’re quite short. If you like them I’d love to have you go to YouTube and comment, like, share and subscribe to my channel. I’ve got lots more to share and I’d hate for you to miss them.

Turn Problems into Catalysts with The Power of Neutrality

What are problems anyway? How do we deal with them?? And what’s neutrality got to do with it???

The Power of Neutrality is a transformational tool that plays a crucial role in the process of manifesting desired outcomes when faced with a problem or challenging situation.

Let’s explore what problems really are and how The Power of Neutrality can turn every problem into an evolutionary catalyst that perfectly supports your soul’s and life’s purpose.

Problems, What Problems?

When people talk about their problems they often describe them as negative experiences that are a great inconvenience, if not downright catastrophes.  Google’s dictionary definition is

“a matter or situation regarded as unwelcome or harmful and needing to be dealt with and overcome”

For some people that’s exactly what they are, because that’s how they perceive them, and perception is everything.

But a problem to a mathematician or a physicist is an intellectual challenge or an enigma to be solved.

A question to be considered, solved, or answered

Instead of being unwelcome a problem can lead to an exciting process of discovery that leads to growth in our understanding, capability and knowledge.

“We are continually faced by great opportunities brilliantly disguised as insoluble problems.” Lee Iacocca

How Do We Deal With Them?

We can choose to perceive problems as negative – a source of trouble or worry to be resisted, suffered, and endured; or we can view them positively as welcome challenges and recognize them as evolutionary catalysts for our ultimate benefit and spiritual growth.

If we see problems as negative we are in ‘victim” mode. If we approach them positively we become empowered creators of our desired outcome.

Easier said than done? Not with The Power of Neutrality in your toolkit.

What is The Power of Neutrality?

The Power of Neutrality is probably the most powerful tool for developing conscious empowerment.

The definition of Neutrality is:

“Every situation is neutral. It is meaningless until we assign a value to it, which can be positive, neutral or negative.”

The concept of neutrality is not new. It is referred to by many spiritual teachers and philosophers, but its power is often understated.

The primary cause of unhappiness is never the situation but thought about it. Be aware of the thoughts you are thinking. Separate them from the situation, which is always neutral. It is as it is.” Eckhart Tolle

The Power of Neutrality is the master method for consciously creating your perception of events and situations; in other words for controlling your thoughts and emotional response.

Have you heard the story about the Zen Master and the little boy?…

The boy’s father bought him a horse for his fourteenth birthday and everyone in the village said, “Isn’t that wonderful, the boy got a horse?” and the Zen Master said, “We’ll see.”

A couple of years later the boy fell from his horse, badly breaking his leg and everyone in the village said, “How awful, he won’t be able to walk properly.”  The Zen Master said, “We’ll see.”

Then, a war broke out and all the young men had to go and fight, but this young man couldn’t because his leg was still messed up and everyone said, “How wonderful!”  The Zen Master said, “We’ll see.”

The Zen Master was demonstrating The Power of Neutrality by reserving judgment of individual situations. As Eckhart Tolle said in the earlier quote “It is what it is”, or to use a favorite of mine, “Is that so?” which represents no judgment and awareness plus acceptance of the present moment.

Let’s look at this from a slightly different perspective…

Problems are Evolutionary Catalysts

I would guess that you can remember very significant events in your past that at the time seemed like disasters, but which, with hindsight, were triggers that led to dramatic improvements in your circumstances, state of consciousness, personal or spiritual development and so on.

I know I can. I’ve experienced many evolutionary catalysts which have brought me to who and where I am today.

Specific events happened that supported my soul purpose and my life purpose, some of which appeared to be negative when judged in isolation, but which delivered important lessons or ‘course corrections’.

So, if you recognize in hindsight that everything that happens is for your ultimate benefit, why not use The Power of Neutrality to look for the benefit in the present moment, NOW, even if you don’t yet know exactly what that benefit is?

By doing so you’ll raise your vibrational frequency, engaging the power of quantum physics making you a powerful conscious creator. Your quality of life will increase dramatically and you’ll experience joy and inner peace.

What could be better than that?

Inspired Action – The Empowered Way to Achieve Your Purpose

Motivational speakers talk a lot about action, taking massive action, action, action, action… This implies that you must take action non-stop. Just DO something towards your goal.

The empowered person knows that it is inspired action that counts.

Why?

Because inspired action works with the most powerful partner – the Universe – in perfect synchronicity.

Why is inspired action so important?

As humans we tend to think in linear terms but in the Universe everything is interconnected.

Each of us is here for a specific purpose and we are working in collaboration with other people, whether we are conscious of it or not. Everyone we encounter and everything we experience is significant and part of the Divine Plan.

Visualize a complex project plan with tasks, resource allocations and interdependencies. If something happens out of sequence, it affects the whole plan by altering or delaying the outcome. The synchronicity is disrupted.

By living our purpose we are playing our part in the delivery of the Divine Plan and by following Universal Laws we stay in alignment with the plan.

When you take inspired action you are working in harmony with the Universe and allowing everything to unfold in perfect timing to deliver the desired outcome.

When we focus on taking action for the sake of action we disrupt the sequence and jeopardize the outcome by forcing things to happen within our time frame, unaware of the BIG picture.

Our purpose is not just about DOING, it is also about BEING and so the Universe takes us on the ‘scenic route’ to deliver perfect situations to facilitate our spiritual growth as well as giving us the knowledge and experience we need to achieve our outcomes.

You know, if we went everywhere on the freeway to get to our destination as quickly as possible we’d miss the delightful little towns along the way, we’d miss the chance conversations with lovely people and miss the joy of the journey in every present moment. Life is about enjoying the journey, not just getting from cradle to grave as quickly as possible!

The route we take might seem illogical to us and sometimes our experiences seem to be taking us away from our goals rather than towards them, but in hindsight they turn out to have been essential steps that have delivered incredible benefits.

What is inspired action?

The difference between inspired action and conventional action is that inspired action is based on intuition and conventional action is based on logic.

When you take inspired action it may seem illogical at the time but you are working in synchronicity with the Divine Plan, where things don’t work in our human linear view of cause and effect.

The dictionary definition of synchronicity is

the coincidental occurrence of events that seem related but are not explained by conventional mechanisms of causality —used especially in the psychology of C. G. Jung

If you’d like to learn more about synchronicity, Carl Jung and the connection to Einstein’s theory of relativity and quantum mechanics, look up Synchronicity on Wikipedia at en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Synchronicity.

Speaking of Einstein, he was a firm believer in the power of intuition, inspiration and imagination.

“I believe in intuition and inspiration. Imagination is more important than knowledge. For knowledge is limited, whereas imagination embraces the entire world, stimulating progress, giving birth to evolution. It is, strictly speaking, a real factor in scientific research.”

We tend to think of scientific breakthroughs as being based wholly on logic, but those Eureka moments come from ‘Divine Inspiration’, otherwise known as universal intelligence or the quantum field.

I used to rely exclusively on logic and didn’t consider my intuition to have any bearing on what I should do. I’m not sure I was even aware of my intuition most of the time. I was trained as an analyst and logic ruled!

Then my life changed dramatically after a series of personal crises that had made my life unbearable. This was the Universe’s way of showing me I was taking the wrong direction and needed to align with my purpose, although I didn’t know it at the time. I had a choice to make to either continue down the path of so-called ‘security and responsibility’ and stay miserable, or take a leap of faith and go in a completely different direction – into the unknown.

Logic said be sensible, stick with the safe choice but I just KNEW I had to go with the flow and follow the new path that was being laid out before me. I followed my intuition and here I am today being true to my purpose, enjoying a journey filled with incredible adventures and building my vision of aSmilingWorld.

Speaking of vision, inspired action is dependent on having a clear intention or outcome in mind and is an essential element in manifesting that outcome. A vague wish will not have sufficient focus and energy to connect with the universal intelligence that is the source of our inspiration. The outcome doesn’t have to be a BIG VISION; the process works on every level, big and small as long as you have clarity and focus.

So, how does this work in practice?

How to take inspired action

The first step is to tune into your intuition.

We all have intuition but some people are more naturally attuned to it than others. For many years I ignored my intuition and didn’t even acknowledge its existence. Since I consciously started to tune into my intuition after the experience I’ve just described, I learnt to pay close attention to it because it was when I ignored intuition and talked myself into a logical approach that things went wrong.

Here’s the thing, we all experience intuition in different ways. You may hear voices, you may have visualizations, ideas might just pop into your head, and then there’s just the feeling that something is right or wrong.

You can develop your intuition by consciously focusing on opening yourself up to receive those Divine messages. I tend to focus on the area of the crown chakra at the top of the head and the third eye, in the center of the forehead between the eyebrows. Imagine you are opening a door to the Universe and allowing space for messages and ideas to enter your consciousness.

Taking inspired action means acting on the right ideas that are aligned with your vision and purpose. So the next step is to test these ideas out to determine whether they feel right or not.

At this point, don’t be surprised if your logic kicks in and your brain comes up with every reason why this idea won’t work, is ridiculous, impossible etc etc.

Put those thoughts out of your mind immediately.

Tune back in to your feelings and energy, and you’ll start to recognize what feels right – essentially you follow your heart.

Intuition depends on developing a high level of awareness – a consciousness – of the thoughts in your head, of the significance of the people you meet, of experiences you have, of messages that present themselves in an email, on a billboard. As I said earlier, everything is significant and the Universe uses many different messengers to communicate with you.

If you’re stuck, ask the Universe questions. Then wait for the answer and be on the lookout for messages from the most unlikely places. If you don’t yet know the answer, do nothing. The Universe will deliver it at the perfect time for you to take the required action.

When you tune into your intuition and take inspired action, your life becomes a fun and exciting treasure hunt, following the next clue then the next and enjoying magical experiences along the way. Miracles do happen but you have to look out for them – many go unnoticed because people just don’t believe in them.

Believing is seeing – not the other way around!

Summary

Taking inspired action ensures you are working in alignment with the Divine Plan and following the path that will fulfill both your life purpose and your soul purpose. The Universe is supporting you every step of the way.

Logic has a place too, but it should be the backup to your intuition, not the leader of your choices. Recognize your inspired ideas and Divine inspiration to determine WHAT action to take and then use your logic to determine HOW to carry it out.

Reclaiming Your Power From Science and Education

The following is an extract from Marcus T Anthony’s book The Coming Consciousness Revolution. The book will be released in early 2016.

Despite all the myriad and wonderful advances in science in the last several centuries, a great knowledge gap remains. And it remains hidden, hidden because many who hold positions of power and influence in mainstream science and education are too stubborn to admit what we do not know and understand.

Modern science arose from what we call the enlightenment. It is appropriately named, as it delivered humanity from the darkness of much medieval superstition. Yet ironically the other meaning of the word “enlightenment” comes from the world’s great religious and spiritual traditions. Though its meaning may vary slightly from one culture to the next, the essence of the word is seeing through the blindness of mind and its attachment to those things which create suffering – and delusion.

So which enlightenment is truly enlightening? Science or spirituality? I believe that this is not a simple dichotomy. As Neils Bohr once noted, the opposite of a profound truth may not be a lie but another profound truth. Both science and spirituality have much to teach us – and much to learn from each other. They can each inform the other of its tendencies towards delusion; and especially the bad habit of what Ken Wilber calls “category error”, where we employ an inadequate way of knowing to understand something that requires a completely different cognitive modality to understand the thing being investigated. I like to use the absurd example of walking into an art gallery with a calculator and believing that punching numbers into the machine is going to deliver an “understanding” of a Picasso, da Vinci or a van Gough. This is a laughable category error as “calculation” simply cannot deliver an adequate understanding of art. Yet both the scientistic and the spiritualistic amongst us make equally foolish attempts to understand things via the wrong way of knowing.

A great problem in the modern error is that mainstream dominant science and education have generally failed to acknowledge the limits of reason, and of empirical inquiry. This is a hubris that is both self-limiting and dangerous, for it has tended to obfuscate knowledge and knowledge processes that are absolutely essential to the deepest understanding of ourselves as individuals and as a species. It has severely clouded our understanding of consciousness, where the single-millimetre resolution of the fMRI scan has revealed but clunky correlations of mind – even as neuroscientists congratulate themselves for the poorly-reasoned extrapolations which dominate the field.

All this has created a great deal of confusion about the general nature of life and the universe we live in. The general public, unable to directly participate in or understand the intricate procedures of these scientific investigations, has come to defer to the often sloppily substantiated conclusions which science has delivered about the place of human beings in the universe, and the relationship of mind and nature (or lack thereof).

All of us, regardless of what segment of society we see ourselves as belonging too, must acknowledge how this power game has stolen our freedom to think, feel and choose for ourselves. And it is now time for us to reclaim that power. We must reclaim our power from science and education as it exists today. Our civilisation has been led into a dark, mechanistic abyss, one from which we must make our escape – and soon. For there will be a great, great price we will all pay if we do not acknowledge the situation and learn to stand in our power.

For too long we have placed science and scientists on a pedestal. Slowly, as science and empirical knowledge have become more detailed, more advanced and more mathematical, we (the lay folk) have in turn became convinced that our own personal intuitive perceptions are invalid. We have deferred to the authority of science as a collective culture, losing sight of the fact that, as practiced today, science is a culture. The irony is that the word “culture” has often been derided within the hard sciences as being irrelevant to empirical investigation of the cosmos. But paradigms and their preferred ways of knowing tend to become implicit and ultimately invisible, much as the water may be invisible to fish. Paradigms are impersonal, pervasive. Everywhere, always (until transcended by another paradigm).

This is an important distinction. We must not arrogantly reject science and reason, believing that they have nothing to offer us. We must not imagine we are above its knowledge claims. We must recognise where science and its preferred ways of knowing is legitimate, and even superior to personal insight. We must accept where science wields legitimate power above personal insight – above intuition. We must acknowledge what science has shown us in the past three hundred years, and about the way the mind can deceive itself.

Yet such self-deceptions are difficult to fully root out. I believe that many false teachings are ironically based on collective self-deception and remain part of mainstream science and education, despite the increased awareness of such things. The mind is a trickster. It cannot know itself, as mystic Leonard Jacobson likes to say. As long as we retain only an intellectual understanding of self-delusion, we cannot rise above it. Scientific detachment is a good start, but it is not enough. We need to become masters of the mind by developing the capacity to witness it from a higher but relaxed vantage point. Meditation and mindfulness are needed to take us to such places.

So science needs introspection even as introspection needs science.

In the end the power that you and I must reclaim is personal. It does not belong to science. Nor does it belong to spiritual institutions. It is between you and the cosmos. And ultimately even this I-Thou separation is likely a delusion, as many of the non-dual traditions have bespoken.

Being against science is a mistake. We live in a world where science holds much power and sway. It is advances in science that will likely be at the heart of the Coming Consciousness Revolution. We all need to keep abreast of scientific developments and accept the gifts that science has to offer, even as we stay critical of its limits and tendency towards arrogant self-delusion.

Science has told us that we cannot trust ourselves. It has told us that we must defer the power of knowing to its leaders and to its instruments of knowing. But now it is time to reclaim our power. For if you cannot trust your own mind, then you are by definition a being without autonomy. This must change with the Coming Consciousness Revolution.

You will be the one to decide if it is easy or not.

First things first:

Victimhood is passé. Freedom is the new black.

You can’t be the victim and free at the same time. You choose.

If you’ve recently lost a friendship…a job…a relationship – remember: it ended because it was over. Period. No story required. It was complete.

Go back to the first fleeting feeling that you had when you knew it was over. The tiny feeling that was probably overlooked. I will bet you exhaled in relief. Am I right?

But chances are, you didn’t listen to that first feeling. And instead you went to something more familiar: fear.

Here is the thing. Fear exists because our dreams aren’t big enough. We need to envision bigger, juicier dreams. And when we do, that fluttery feeling in the pit of our stomach that we interpret as fear, we will now begin to interpret it as excitement.  It’s the same feeling. You choose its meaning.

You may find that as your world crumbles and you begin re-inventing in a rapid way, your circle of friends may not be able to connect with you anymore. Bless them. Don’t blame them. It is time for you to engage a new circle.

Choose wisely. Whoever you engage with, you will entrain with. The five people you spend the most time with determine the direction of your life. Pick high.

Ask yourself if you can really express yourself freely with them. Can you be truthful about your pain, your lies and your fears?  Are you free to express your brilliance, your creativity and your freaking genius ideas and goals?

Can you have a vulnerable breakdown and their eyes don’t change one bit – because they still see you as amazing? Painful moments will happen. But remember, pain is just a breadcrumb trail to your magnificence.

Now…want to know the fastest route to freedom?

Embrace your responsibility 100%. Where did you contribute to the downfall of your relationship, job or friendship?

Oohhh… I felt that. You went “ugh!”

Some of you might be saying, “Well, I’ll take 50% responsibility, and they can take the other 50%.” Here is the thing with that kind of math. It sucks. You will only be 50% free. And what kind of freedom is that?

Taking 100% responsibility does not absolve the other person of their responsibility. But that’s theirs to sort out. The only thing you have control or power over is yourself.

Here is why embracing your 100% responsibility is so liberating…

When we take full responsibility, we acknowledge ourselves as the master creators of our life and circumstances. And while it may feel a little crunchy to start with, I promise, the crunchiness soon turns into a thrill, because taking responsibility allows you to acknowledge your immense power.

We have always been master creators, but we empower ourselves by recognizing our hand in all the crappy and all the great things in our life.

When our master creator fuses with the big juicy dreams that have begun to occupy our thoughts, then we become conscious master creators. Cool, huh?

And now you can do what you were always intended to do. Enlighten the world by being your whole magnificent self out loud.

Okay, a quick recap: exhale because the truth was spoken – it was over. Envision big fat juicy dreams and watch the fears melt away. Engage a circle of amazing people who can support your reinvention. Express the all of you freely with those that can hold space for the ever-expanding you.

Embrace your 100% responsibility and acknowledge the master creator that you are. Combine that with your big, fat, juicy dreams and feel yourself empowered to now consciously create. And allow your dreams to enlighten the world just a little or a lot.

As always, you choose – so, what’s it going to be?
