Renowned author and ILLUMINATE Humanitarian Award recipient Lynne McTaggart gathers groups that are estranged from each other to join ILLUMINATE and our international audience to lower violence in America. Originally planned to heal some of the polarization around the George Floyd verdict, this special Intention Experiment will also focus on a special intention to restore peace between Arabs and Israelis in the wake of new violence in Gaza and Israel.
In Lynne's experience, gathering polarized groups to intend together helps loosen entrenched positions, heal division and creates peace in the lives of the participants. Earlier experiments have shown that coming together in positive intention loosens entrenched positions and opens the heart to empathy, compassion, and common ground.
