Journey to Consciousness With the Horse

Every Saturday from 4-6pm EST I host the Cosmic Creating Show on Cosmic Reality Radio when I interview interesting and inspiring guests to explore topics such as spirituality, conscious evolution, metaphysics, ascension, personal empowerment, universal laws, mindfulness, manifestation, and hidden truths.

On Saturday 31st August, I decided to do something different.

My clients and listeners to my previous shows know that I often include snippets of information about my incredible experiences with my Andalusian horse and what he taught me about the nature of fear (and how to overcome it), about energy and energetic communication, about how childhood experiences can destroy your self-confidence (and how to rebuild it), and how manifestation works.

In this show I tell the story about my journey to consciousness with the horse and what I learned from the experience that can help you step into your power as a cosmic creator.

Here is the recording of the show and I’d love to know what you think in the comments.

You can listen to recordings of all my shows on YouTube or Spreaker.

INFJs: Picking Up on Personality Patterns

Image result for infj quoteIf you haven’t heard of the Meyers-Briggs personality test, I highly recommend that you Google it with the immediate quickness! This simple yet life-changing assessment can absolutely change your life in some seriously simple yet incredibly mind-opening ways.

I took it years ago and found out I am a classic INFJ personality and taking it again a week ago thankfully has shown the same results LOL. Not that I had expected a change or anything, but I gotta be honest with the recent waves of energy lately, it’s enough to make anyone think they are losing their marbles.

INFJ’s are considered to the rarest of the personality types and while that does not surprise one bit as I have always felt like a Martian here, what does surprise me about it is that most of my other Empathic friends are also INFJs. So, is it perhaps that we are not rare anymore? Or is it that we are energetically in tune with one another and just sort of gravitate? Well, I honestly think it’s a huge heap of both and then some.

We tend to be considered the advocates for the underdogs and I couldn’t agree more. And with this, I began to see a pattern in the types of people not only that I was drawn to, but who were also drawn to me. And not just that, but those whom I felt good around and perhaps not so good. Being an Empath, back then I pretty much had no clue the difference between my own energy and that of the other people around me, but with this most recent test I took, I had some sort of intellectually-stimulated chakra burst of realization…that, not all “bad” people are to be avoided and not all “good” people have the best advice to offer or the best intentions in mind.

Why may you ask? Because truly knowing someone seriously has shit to do with what they look like, or really even so much what they say to or do for you, so much to do with FEELING. How do you FEEL around them? If you were in neutral energy just reading a nice book and someone enters the room and you instantly feel nauseous and really have no logical reason to, then there’s an excellent chance you are picking up on their vibes or energy. The literal frequency that this person is putting out is pretty damn shady and you are feeling it. Image result for infj quote

You can pick up on these patterns on energy shifts the more and more you pay attention to them, and it doesn’t always pertain to bad vibes of course. And this is so helpful when first getting to know people because it gives you a leg up and a read on their energy. At least their initial energy. Kind of like setting a bar so you have a marker to go off of.

While I wasn’t consciously doing this with every person I’ve dated, of course, I applied my recent epiphany to my current relationship and it’s like floodgates of understanding opened up for me. (I had to, of course, ask him to take the Meyers-Briggs test first, too to find out he’s an ENTP) and having this knowledge has allowed me to look at what has worked and has not worked in our relationship, what is still causing tension and what areas we would like to grow in, but in a much more objective manner.

I was able to pick up patterns in my own behaviors that would trigger things in him, that would trigger things in me, that would trigger things in him. And while I believe everything happens for a reason, I also believe we have a huge choice in how everything goes down. 🙂 And my husband and I are super into figuring out the best way to communicate that keeps us connected and understanding one another so our needs are mutually met.

And with insight into these patterns, we both have been lead not only back to ourselves (okay I’m doing a bit more of the leading LOL), but also back to each other. I have learned new ways to see flaws as “aha’s!” and am learning ways to explain to others how to bring their own “aha’s” to the surface, through their flaws, without being, well…bitchy or preachy about it.

Apparently, I tend to come off cold sometimes and this is something I’m learning a lot of INFJs tend to be like, whether they know it or not. It’s not so much an ego thing as it is an “I know I know this and want to help so bad so I want you to know it too, but don’t know how else to get it out without sounding like a complete and utter smartass.” 🙂

Truth is, we care…A LOT. And sometimes the feelings overtake the thoughts. But in the end, it is the perfect dance of expression when you have a peaceful space where you can learn not only to understand how to use your voice but also how to say exactly what you would like to say, exactly how you mean to say it.

These 50+ Illustrations Reveal The Shortcomings Of Modern Society

By Amanda Froelich | Truth Theory

Have you ever looked around yourself and thought, “I’m a puppet, a pawn for those in positions of higher power”? If so, you’re not the first. All around the world, people are waking up to the truth that the societies they live in are not supporting their best interests.

You see, most countries are in debt. And the banks that control them (or, more accurately, the people who own the banks), are in charge of what said countries do. They want to keep that control, which is why blatant propaganda is pushed on the public 24/7, usually in the form of advertisements, billboards, and celebrity influence.

The populace is kept sedated with unhealthy food, reality (junk) television, fluoridated water, and a disconnection from nature. They are then stimulated and taught what to think through inaccurate news sources, the majority of which are owned by just 6 corporations.

However unsavory these truths may be, they are essential to palate if the human race is to “break free.” Anonymous artist Avogado6 understands this, which is why he creates eye-opening illustrations and shares them on Twitter.

The mysterious Japanese artist and video editor create imaginative illustrations that portray various shortcomings in the modern world. One image shows a suicidal, depressed man looking into his “inner child,” who is holding a gun to his head. Another illustration captures the truth behind popular Instagram selfies. A girl stages an ideal selfie within a room of chaos. Her life is a mess, but her fans don’t need to know that.

Though Avogado6 doesn’t share many personal details, he has a strong following of 650,000 on Twitter for his curious drawings. On his profile, he writes: “I am an ordinary person who likes chemistry.”

Sacred Plant Medicine: Taking Your Life from Good to Awesome

Certainly people like Francesca Levine, a content 72-year-old, working psychotherapist from Melbourne, Australia with a dog, a house, and grandchildren, aren’t the stereotypical plant medicine, psychedelics user.

By Francesca’s own admission, her life is going great. She’s madly in love with her husband of 50 years, has an incredible family, and absolutely loves her work. Her friends say she looks like she’s 50 and behaves like she’s 30. But Francesa says that her experience with psychedelic plant medicine at a life enhancement center called Rythmia “took her life from being good to being awesome.”

Francesca’s life didn’t start awesome. The child of Russian refugees, her parents fled to Germany in the 1940s, then to Italy, and settled in France while applying to immigrate to either Canada or Australia. Francesca’s parents were poor and ill and couldn’t care for her so they sent her to an orphanage at a very young age where she experienced various traumas, including getting her tonsils removed without anesthesia. Eventually, Francesca was reunited with her parents, they were granted immigration to Australia and Francesca and her family began to flourish in their new country.

Despite her rough beginnings, Francesca has since spent her entire life being in love with and in awe of with the world and the people in it. She’s committed herself to a life of learning and living to the fullest. Francesca says that one of the things that has made her life so wonderful is saying “Yes!” to what life offers, even if that meant, saying “Yes!” to a friend’s invitation to attend a week at Rythmia, a life-enhancement center in Costa Rica, which uses plant medicine, for a series of psychedelic soul journeys.

In April of 2018, I had the opportunity to interview Francesca Levine to learn a little about her experience with plant medicine and ask her what her main takeaways were by going to Rythmia (Feb 2018). Below is my interview with her.

First of all, what was your experience like with plant medicine?

Plant Medicine Gerry Powell

Mostly really fascinating. Like most people I didn’t enjoy the nausea but I realized how valuable it was to expel negativity in any way that it needed to come up. So I would do a lot of laughing … (as she says laughing) I do a lot of laughing. There were a few tears.

In what ways did you experience healing through plant medicine and your visit to Rythmia?

For about a year prior, I had pain in my hip—gone. Didn’t ask for that.

Now I can sleep without medication. For 30 years I’ve been relying on sleep help; it has something to do with bening in the orphanage. I Couldn’t sleep because I was worried about what would happen to me. During the last ceremony, I fell asleep in the darkness and woke up in the light. That was a metaphor for me. Since then, I’ve been sleeping beautifully. I’ve got a deeper level of calm now. It’s a trust.

My eyesight: I’d previously had two cataract operations but with disastrous results. I see halos around headlights. The healing didn’t only happen in the plant medicine ceremony but also in the breathing exercises as well as in the colonics (supplementary services and classes at Rythmia). I hardly ever have the halos now. I have been to so many different specialists and nobody can fix it. During the plant medicine visions I had a big eye that kept looking at me. I just stayed with it.

Mitra (one of the plant medicine facilitators), when I went to talk to him, I was worried about my older brother who was on dialysis. Mitra asked if I had a photo of my brother and he said he said he’d take care of it. Well I haven’t told my brother but the last couple of weeks he’s been so much better.

I had a lot of itchiness during the ceremony which was interesting because I had urticaria and the process purged me of that, which is really good. Urticaria is a condition of allergic breakouts in the skin—hives, rashes—hard to tolerate. I’m certain that these itches were the result of what happened to me in my very, very young childhood that I can’t consciously remember.

I had urticaria in a chronic way. It had mostly cleared but it came out in one of the ceremonies in the palms of my hands, they were itching and it felt like they were on fire. And it was fantastic because afterword it didn’t happen again. I didn’t focus on that, it wasn’t an intention going in, just a byproduct.

Why do you think that was a part of your journey?

I think I was just itching to get on with being the powerful being that I am. Something in me had been holding me back.

The fire seems to have been transferred from your skin to her life. Do you feel like you found your power while you were at Rythmia?

Yes, More of it. Since I’ve been back, I’ve literally been on fire. I’ve been on fire with energy, clarity of mind, enthusiasm. I’ve normally been called a dynamo in the past but I’m going up to a level of being dangerous . . . in a good way!

Rythmia Grounds

Why was experiencing plant medicine a catalyst to make you feel so vivacious?

I think that the mother (plant medicine) wants me to do more public work in the field of psychology. I have a private practice. I’m totally, fully booked. What I’m going to do next year is teach other therapists. All my friends are retired but I still work full time because I love what I do. [Previously] I couldn’t find that I could teach full time and run a full caseload, but now I know that I can do it.

I had this notion, “Who do I think I am to be teaching this, there’s nothing new.” That’s all disappeared. I’m ready to rock and roll!

Will be you be teaching about the effects of plant medicine in addition to the principles of psychology?

Yes, absolutely.

How has doing plant medicine changed your work?

I’ve always been cognitively very fast, I’m even faster. I think I’m channeling.

My mind is so incredibly sharp and clear, more than ever before, my heart is so open. That’s potentially a problem in my business, I don’t want to take on other people’s problems, I don’t want to absorb. I can feel for people without taking it on.

I feel more connected than ever to my clients, I do a lot of healing with laughter. We laugh at each other. It’s not just laughing but loving. When people feel genuinely heard and present, just like the people at Rythmia, that in and of itself is very healing. It’s more easy than it ever was.

On the outside my work may not look any different but on the inside it feels different to me. I’m more relaxed. My insides are fast and sharp. I’m in awe everyday. It’s like I’ve just started. I wake up and can’t wait to get into work. That’s not that unusual but it’s just increased since rythmia. It’s not work, it’s a joy. Just more loving toward my clients. It doesn’t feel like work, but like a incredible privilege.

Would you ever recommend plant medicine to clients?

Rythmia Art

Yes, but I couldn’t recommend doing something like plant medicine without having done it myself.

Plant medicine it’s not for everyone. People need courage and a willingness to grow. Plant medicine is not just a trip on drugs people can do in their own way, I think it’s an extra tool that is very essential who want deep healing. We all need deep healing but do that there needs to be courage and a commitment to do that.

I want to say that I’m not desperate. I understand those who are, people whose lives are a wreck who have attempted suicide. They are probably ready candidates for plant medicine. I want to put in a plug for people’s lives who are pretty good but want to be awesome.

To keep growing and learning is what life’s about and I’m not going to stop until the day of my funeral. For people who want to grow, and for some people that means just to survive, The Mother (plant medicine) takes you where you’re at and offers you learning from where you need. I have a few clients who have severe psychosis. I probably wouldn’t recommend them to go.

This medicine helps people not to avoid their pain but to hold them while they are in in.

Have you ever used psychedelics prior to Rythmia?

Francesca LevineI had some LSD over 40 years ago while under medical supervision, while studying psychology at University and funnily enough it was because I was having itches then. My GP said that the itches were recurring and maybe I should look into this LSD experiment. As a student of psychology, I thought, “Of course.” He pointed me to a physician who was doing some trials in some hospitals so I did it. I must have been too strong of mind because there was hardly any impact so he called me back a couple of week later and I did it again and nothing much happened then either. The itches came back. I didn’t trust doctor or the stuff. It was different with plant medicine.

plant medicine did what LSD couldn’t do. The plant medicine took me into an unconscious healing place. I absolutely felt a trust with the people at Rythmia who were administering the plant medicine as well as the plant medicine itself. I loved the presence and genuine support of the staff. They were incredible, like really incredible.

Throughout your life have you been much of a spiritual person?

Yes.

How do you define or express your spirituality?

Brief meditation every day. It varies but my spiritual practice has been very simple. My language is always very simple. I don’t believe in a lot of material avoidance. I don’t pray every day but I do believe in a higher power, I call it spirit. I’m good at connecting my essence to the essence of others that’s the basis of spirituality. The essence is the spirit and everything in between is crap. My husband says that I’m a great bullshit detector, ha ha ha.

So, what’s the spiritual essence of the plant medicine?

It’s trust and faith. You have to add faith and trust without which I’m not sure the process can work. You have to hand over your ego and just say to Mother (plant medicine), “Take me, I’m yours.”

Are you more of a spiritual being after taking plant medicine?

Yes, because I’m connect better essence-to-essence with others, spirit-to-spirit. At Rythmia, I deepened my own condition to spirit. Spiritually, I felt like I’d gotten a bit lost the last few years, dealing with physical issues with myself and my husband.

I’m Very good at finding the silver lining in every cloud. Very mindful of everything around me, I believe because of my time in the orphanage. My time at Rythmia has heightened my sense of spirituality.

If someone were interested in doing plant medicine, how would you suggest they prepare?

Eating organically, cutting out meat and dairy and grains, meditate, talk to others who have been. Approach it with a level of inquisitive and quietness.

What appealed to me about Rythmia was the medical support. I was appropriately cautious.

So, at the end of the day, what was you main takeaway from your experience with plant medicine?

Increased faith in the not knowing and going with that. We can’t know what’s ahead in life and to continue to be ok with that.

What I would have people know is that the increase of love is really wonderful. I thought I had that in abundance but there’s more. They say that it’s endless and I understood that cognitively but to really experience that and just expanding . . . . I just don’t know how else to explain it. It’s similar to having another child. Like when you have your first child and you don’t think you can have more love but you do. I pretty much love everyone. I feel very fortunate. All there is is love. That’s it! Everything else is bullshit. And I’m a good bullshit detector.

Nostalgia and Past Lives

The moment one thinks of the word ‘nostalgia’, a mixture of emotions comes into picture. ‘Nostalgia’ is a portmanteau neologism coined in 1688 by Swiss medical student Johannes Hofer from the Greek nóstos (homecoming) and álgos (pain, ache). Nostalgia is sentimentality for the past, typically for a period or place with positive associations, with a reminiscence of, ‘the good old days’ of yore. At the end of André Brink’s novel, An Instant in the Wind, the character of Adam memorably says, ‘The land which happened inside us no one can take away from us again, not even ourselves.’ Nostalgia combines the sadness, joy, longing coupled with feelings of authentic pride.

A nostalgic person may find that years later he/she feels a yearning of things in the long lost past. Sometimes, it is indescribable or unexplainable. It takes on a transpersonal quality, a feeling that cannot be described using language. Only the experiencer knows the feeling, it cannot be precisely shared with others.

Sometimes one visits a different country from one’s own and finds that that is the place where they belong. However strange it may seem, several people I know have experienced this phenomenon. They report a feeling of déjà vu, everything seems familiar, homely, cozy and inviting. The traveler loves the people in the region unconditionally, falls in love with its picturesque landscape, its cultural nuances and so on. Sometimes, he/she ends up meeting people who look very familiar but he/she cannot pinpoint the exact reason. Here comes into play past lives lived with such people, whom one could undoubtedly call ‘soulmates.’ These soulmates are in the individual’s life for a purpose: to teach, to help him/her grow spiritually, to expand his/her perspective, to return the good deeds done in another life or to compensate the person if they had ill-treated them in a past life. Sometimes, the anti-patriotic feelings one has towards one’s own country maybe because his/her soul does not belong there. Such a person is incessantly in search of his/her soul family or soul tribe. Some people may find their tribe in this life whereas some continue this search in the next life.

In a sense, nostalgia may be symbolic of something that the person has forgotten, but his/her soul knows it very well. The soul is a learned scholar, but it is wearing a mask. These façades are a way of promoting purification of the soul. The well-known Native American proverb says:

Listen to the wind, it talks. Listen to the silence, it speaks. Listen to your heart, it knows.

To this I make an addition. I say:

You know but you do not know that you know.

Let us then be seekers of knowledge, expanding the nature and scope of epistemology, and let our souls transcend space and time.

How People Judge Good From Bad, Moral From Immoral

Article Source: Science Daily

Summary: New research sheds light on how people decide whether behavior is moral or immoral. The findings could serve as a framework for informing the development of artificial intelligence and other technologies.

New research sheds light on how people decide whether behavior is moral or immoral. The findings could serve as a framework for informing the development of artificial intelligence (AI) and other technologies.

“At issue is intuitive moral judgment, which is the snap decision that people make about whether something is good or bad, moral or immoral,” says Veljko Dubljević, lead author of the study and a neuroethics researcher at North Carolina State University who studies the cognitive neuroscience of ethics.

“There have been many attempts to understand how people make intuitive moral judgments, but they all had significant flaws. In 2014, we proposed a model of moral judgment, called the Agent Deed Consequence (ADC) model — and now we have the first experimental results that offer a strong empirical corroboration of the ADC model in both mundane and dramatic realistic situations.

“This work is important because it provides a framework that can be used to help us determine when the ends may justify the means, or when they may not,” Dubljević says. “This has implications for clinical assessments, such as recognizing deficits in psychopathy, and technological applications, such as AI programming.”

Moral judgment is a tricky subject. For example, most people would agree that lying is immoral. However, most people would also agree that lying to Nazis about the location of Jewish families would be moral.

To address this, the ADC model posits that people take three things into account when making a moral judgment: the agent, which is the character or intent of the person who is doing something; the deed, or what is being done; and the consequence, or the outcome that resulted from the deed.

“This approach allows us to explain not only the variability in the moral status of lying, but also the flip side: that telling the truth can be immoral if it is done maliciously and causes harm,” Dubljević says.

To test this complexity and the model, researchers developed a series of scenarios that were logical, realistic and easily understood by both lay people and professional philosophers. All of the scenarios were evaluated by a group of 141 professional philosophers with training in ethics.

Why God Is In the “Transpersonal”

Most of us at some point in our lives have wondered as to what or who God is. Some believe in Jesus Christ, some in Lord Brahma, Lord Shiva, Goddess Saraswati, some in Allah, and so on. Basically, the purpose of all religions is to ferry people to God. No matter what our beliefs are, the unifying factor is that a Supreme Power is the basis for the existence of the Universe. God is within us and outside us. When we try to surpass the “ego”, we will find an intangible space: the transpersonal space.

Transpersonal Psychology, a school of Psychology, also termed “Spiritual Psychology” is a field that integrates the spiritual and transcendent aspects of the human experience with the framework of modern psychology. Transpersonal Psychology helps us explore the farther reaches of human nature. Transpersonal Psychology is a lesser known field in psychology. It found its genesis in the late 1960s, as an attempt to establish a “fourth force” in psychology, after the establishment of the psychodynamic, behaviourist and humanistic approaches.

Over hundred years ago, William James, considered by many as the Father of Psychology expressed the essence of Transpersonal Psychology in the following passage:

Our normal waking consciousness, rational consciousness as we call it, is but one special type of consciousness, whilst all about it, parted from it by the filmiest of screens, there lie potential forms of consciousness entirely different. We may go through life without suspecting their existence; but apply the requisite stimulus, and at a touch they are there in all their completeness, definite types of mentality which probably somewhere have their field of application and adaptation. No account of the universe in its totality can be final which leaves these other forms of consciousness quite disregarded.

Some say God is consciousness and that consciousness is everywhere, just like the omnipresent God. Hence, the states of consciousness induced by the many transpersonal experiences may bring us closer to God. God is usually put on a higher pedestal by humans. He is beyond human comprehension, some may say. Other optimists might opine that if we try harder, we can perhaps uncover the God Phenomenon.

Personally, I staunchly believe that God is transpersonal and transcendental. To reach beyond excellence in one’s area of knowledge is to reach transcendence, which is one step closer to Almighty. Psychiatrist Brian Weiss in his bestselling book titled “Many Lives, Many Masters” says the following about knowledge and God:

Our task is to learn, to become God-like through knowledge… By knowledge we approach God, and then we can rest.

Thus, we must acknowledge and be mindful of those unique, idiosyncratic transpersonal experiences, in order to achieve a higher state of consciousness and attain the stage of inception of understanding God. Close attention must be paid to those experiences which seem ethereal and uncommon, those that don’t seem to match the primary emotional states.  Unearthly marvels must be marveled at, for they facilitate our purpose of becoming more divine and spiritual. We all have that divine potential within us, and we only need to tap into it. As the great poet Rumi said:

There is a voice that doesn’t use words. Listen.

God cannot be described precisely in words, He can only be experienced. By the same token, transpersonal experiences transcend current linguistic boundaries. Therefore, it is very important for us to listen intently. Listening is the first step, after which we will embark on a very indescribable yet gratifying journey, in the search for pristine truth, divinity and God.  The way forward is by seeking out transpersonal experiences, because God is in the “Transpersonal.”

Why Some People with Brain Markers of Alzheimer’s Have No Dementia

By Olga Zolochevska, et al | Science Daily

Summary:

A new study has uncovered why some people that have brain markers of Alzheimer’s disease (AD) never develop the classic dementia that others do. The results showed that resilient individuals had a unique synaptic protein signature that set them apart from both demented AD patients and normal subjects with no AD pathology.

Full Story:

A new study from The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston has uncovered why some people that have brain markers of Alzheimer’s never develop the classic dementia that others do. The study is now available in the Journal of Alzheimer’s Disease.

Alzheimer’s disease, the most common form of dementia, affects more than 5 million Americans. People suffering from Alzheimer’s develop a buildup of two proteins that impair communications between nerve cells in the brain — plaques made of amyloid beta proteins and neurofibrillary tangles made of tau proteins.

Intriguingly, not all people with those signs of Alzheimer’s show any cognitive decline during their lifetime. The question became, what sets these people apart from those with the same plaques and tangles that develop the signature dementia?

“In previous studies, we found that while the non-demented people with Alzheimer’s neuropathology had amyloid plaques and neurofibrillary tangles just like the demented people did, the toxic amyloid beta and tau proteins did not accumulate at synapses, the point of communication between nerve cells,” said Giulio Taglialatela, director of the Mitchell Center for Neurodegenerative Diseases. “When nerve cells can’t communicate because of the buildup of these toxic proteins that disrupt synapse, thought and memory become impaired. The next key question was then what makes the synapse of these resilient individuals capable of rejecting the dysfunctional binding of amyloid beta and tau?”

In order to answer this question, the researchers used high-throughput electrophoresis and mass spectrometry to analyze the protein composition of synapses isolated from frozen brain tissue donated by people who had participated in brain aging studies and received annual neurological and neuropsychological evaluations during their lifetime. The participants were divided into three groups — those with Alzheimer’s dementia, those with Alzheimer’s brain features but no signs of dementia and those without any evidence of Alzheimer’s.

What We Say Subconsciously with Our Voice & Why We Like Certain Voices More than Others

By Jill Mattson | * Jill’s Wings of Light

What does our voice tell other people about how we want to be treated? Our subconscious vibes affect the way people treat us. Unconsciously others are affected by our nonverbal messages. A good portion of relationships occurs below our conscious minds.

People react to the subtle energy we send out…that we are not aware of. That is a scary thought to me. However, you can increase your consciousness, by focusing on your thoughts and feelings as you interact with people. Focus on tiny feelings that you may not even be able to put into words. What you think and feel will carry on your words.

Our voice is a bridge to others. We subconsciously and habitually tell people how we want to be treated as quickly as we introduce ourselves.

What voice do we use, when we say our name?

Let say our name several times and feel how it sounds.

These questions will help analyze our subtle messages to others:

  • Do you love your name as it comes out of your mouth? Do you even like your name? Can you say your name as if it is the most special sound in the world?
  • What are you feeling? Proud? Insecure? Suspicious? These feelings are part of your messages. They are not hidden.
  • What is the speed volume, pitch, EQ of our name? Try saying your name and changing each one of these items. Which ones sound the best?
  • What is your posture, which affects your voice?
  • Where does your name vibrate in your body? Your head? Your gut? Your nose? Try saying your name and think of a different area of your body and watch your voice change.
  • Do you change the pitch at the end of your name? Does it go up or down?
  • Do you say our name like a question, expressing uncertainty about who you are and what you want? Perhaps you sound like you need someone else’s approval, when you should approve of yourself.
  • Do you swallow our breath? Do you say our name in the front or the back of your mouth? Do you want to reach out to others or hope they come chasing after you? You should feel and think, as you want to be treated.

Your feelings carry on your voice whether or not you are aware of it. You are more responsible for how others treat us than we realize. Change your relationships with such a simple thing: your voice.

So, how do we develop our voice to provide us with targeted benefits? We can think about voices that we “like” to think about how we can use our voice to bring those desired qualities to our own voice.

If you are like me, you just “like” certain voices more than others; there is just something about them. What voices do you like? Can you pinpoint what you like about them? What makes your ears perk up and listen to them?

Now think about how the voice goes along with each person’s personality. Then, try to determine which are desirable personality traits in that person. What do those traits sound like? How is their sound different than yours? When we match these voice qualities we create the energy of this attribute. We can benefit from simply being aware of voices that we like. Let’s keep a library of them. Within our favorite voices are qualities that we desire. These attributes are a part of us that are waiting to be discovered!

For example, recall someone’s voice. Now analyze qualities with in that voice that make it attractive. For example, I like Shaun Connery’s voice. It is solid, yet gentle. I sense patience and understanding with the voice. It is slower paced than mine, with more bass tones. I sense that it is not easily swayed. I like this because I tend to be easily swayed and I want to be more sure of myself and strong. I am too quick to go along with others. I can add more bass tones and slow down the pace of my voice down. Using these adaptations in my voice allows me to shift into this stronger energy space. Others respond to me, respecting the strength I am showing.

In summary we can analyze voices for good qualities and practice these qualities or virtues by changing our voices. That is because all change does not come from exerting our will power. Sometimes it comes from a change in energy, which can be experienced, by changing our voice.

There Is More Than One Type Of Intelligence

By Alanna Ketler | Collective Evolution

  • The Facts:The current model of schooling puts emphasis on one particular type of education, which only covers a small percentage of the population of children. It also educates children in batches, assuming they are all ready for the same thing.
  • Reflect On:Is it time to reevaluate this method of schooling to be more inclusive to children with all types of other intellect and creative ability? Is our education system even bringing out the full potential in our children?

What was your experience in school like? Did you hate it or love it? Were you an all ‘A’ student and found it to be a breeze or did you struggle with understanding some of the subjects you were being taught?

The fact of the matter is, our modern education system is not catering to students as individuals, but lumping them all into the same category and expecting them to succeed, even at things they are not particularly good at or even interested in, while those who got the highest test scores were praised and reminded of their perceived superiority and intelligence.

Because of this, many children experience anxiety around tests because they have been taught over and over again that their value is determined by a letter grade and not their creative abilities. If one child has an amazing skill to write poetry, but then fails a math exam, the latter will be the topic that is looked at and how this failure can be turned around. Often telling the child they need to pay attention more in class or study longer, even though this particular topic may not be where the child’s intelligence lies. This system is designed strictly for children to learn how to memorize and regurgitate what they have learned in the form of tests, not giving much leeway for other talents and abilities.

Our modern-day schooling system was designed to train children into becoming the perfect employee, to sit at a desk perhaps, or follow orders effectively for when they are old enough to enter the workforce. The hours, little time for play, taking instructions from a person with authority and unfortunately, leaving little room for exploring creative abilities. This system, in reality, only caters to a small percentage of people in the world, and because of this, we are effectively killing the creative potential that exists within all human beings.

Luckily there are some companies like GK & Partners who are intent on utilizing technology to improve current methods of teaching, which is encouraging.

Inventor of Super Efficient Electricity Generator on Suppression of Free Energy Machines

By Arjun Walia | Collective Evolution

IN BRIEF

  • The Facts:Adam Trombly and colleague Joseph Kahn designed and applied for patents for the Closed Path Homopolar Generator, a revolutionary design for super-efficient generation of electrical power. He explains the suppression of free energy machines.
  • Reflect On:We have more than enough technology and resources to completely change the way we produce energy here on Earth. Why does it take so long to implement them? Why don’t we ever see them?

What is a ‘free energy’ machine? It doesn’t mean ‘free’ as in the monetary sense, but more so ‘free’ as in the resource being extracted to produce the energy, as Nikola Tesla once said, is available in “unlimited quantities.” It’s not like extracting oil from the Earth, and using that oil to power our planet because we know, first of all, that it’s destroying our planet; secondly, it’s not a limitless source of energy. New developments in all areas of science, especially ones that don’t seem to fit the frame, always receive harsh criticism, and are dealt blows to their progress and acceptance with labels like ‘pseudoscience.’

“The day science beings to study non-physical phenomena, it will make more progress in one decade than in all the previous centuries of its existence.” – Nikola Tesla.

Tesla also once said that,

Ere many generations pass, our machinery will be driven by a power obtainable at any point in the universe. This idea is not novel…We find it in the delightful myth of Antheus, who derives power from the earth; we find it among subtle speculations of one of your splendid mathematicians….Throughout space there is energy. Is this energy static, or kinetic? If static our hopes are in vain; if kinetic – and this we know it is, for certain – then it is a mere question of time when men will succeed in attaching their machinery to the very wheel work of nature. – Nikola Tesla (source)

This is exactly what I am talking about here, and why legendary quantum physicist John Wheeler told the world that “No point is more central than this, that space is not empty, it is the seat of the most violent physics.”

More Advanced Than Current ‘Clean Energies’

The truth is that there are developments which are far more advanced than wind, solar, and other clean energy initiatives that could completely transform our planet and change the world forever. Imagine if everyone on the planet had access to clean, free, limitless amounts of energy, for an unlimited period of time? If they do exist, and there is plenty of evidence to suggest that they do, then we are sitting on developments that can revolutionize our planet. The question is, where are they? Why is there so much red tape, and why does it take decades for a revolutionary idea and or technology to hit the mainstream?

As it turns out, it’s not the technology that will change our world, but the consciousness and intention behind our technological developments.

37 Years To Grant Patent

One great example (out of many) of delayed patent applications come from Dr. Gerald F. Ross. He filed a patent application for a new invention he had devised to defeat the jamming of electromagnetic transmissions at specified frequencies. It was not until June 17, 2014 (almost 37 years later) that this patent was granted.

Research Shows Many Men Now Suffer From This Problem (Formerly Considered a ‘Female Issue’)

It’s typical assumed that women have more body issues than men. Lately, though, more and more studies are showing that men have similar concerns. For men, though, the main concern is the amount of muscle they have (maybe due to all those super-buff super hero types we see in the movies), and for women, the concern is weight (maybe due to all those paper thin models gracing the all the fashion magazines).

Brennan, Lalonde, and Bain (2010) conducted a comparative study of how male and female body image dissatisfaction is experienced in each of the sexes in which participants rated body image reactions to a series of statements. When responding to the statements, “When I am with attractive persons of the other sex,” “when the topic of conversation pertains to physical appearance,” and “during certain recreational activities,” both men and women reported experiencing negative emotions between sometimes and moderately often, This shows that men and women are equally insecure in their bodies when the idea of ‘the body’ is directly or indirectly confronted in social situations.

The two genders definitely have some differences around body image as well.

A research summary article from Bradley University points out these key differences between men and women regarding body image:

  • Men seem to be more prone to ‘atypical’ eating disorders and substance abuse than women.
  • Men tend to be quieter about their body negativity, seeking treatment less frequently or holding off on treatment longer than women due to shame.
  • Women, however, internalize more, body shame more, and body surveillance more than men.
  • Some researchers say men are typically more satisfied with their physical appearance and less likely than women to exhibit body-change behaviors.
  • But other researchers insist that men still struggle with body image: They say men are caught “feeling either too thin or too heavy to meet the male ideal.

According to a recent Time article, body image is becoming a real problem for men due to being inundated by hyper muscular Hollywood images. And this new obsession is causing many to turn to dangerous steroids. The potential side effects of anabolic steroids include premature death and neurobehavioral disturbances, like problems with thinking and attention. But the most worrisome side effect is heart problems.

According to Time, “America is in the midst of a cultural shift in terms of the ideal male body image, and as the ideal man grows more muscular, men stuck in the real world with real bodies are growing less satisfied with theirs—with potentially dangerous medical consequences.”

Dr. Harrison Pope, director of the Biological Psychiatry Laboratory at McLean Hospital in Massachusetts says that muscularity is now being confused with masculinity and because of it, “we’re seeing more young men with muscle dysmorphia” (a distorted self-image around muscularity).

Since studies show that men are less likely than women to seek professional help on body image matters, a growing male problem in this area could be a big problem.

If you’re a man reading this, feel into your own self-image around your body and muscularity. Are Hollywood images affecting you? If so, I want to remind you that they are Hollywood images. They are not the norm. They are fictional – or super supreme (chosen to be showed because they are way off the bell curve).

Want some simple therapy? Look around your supermarket, or at your neighbors as they grab their mail. Or check out the bodies of fellow male worshippers at church. These guys are the norm. You don’t have to look like The Rock to be a man. Most importantly, remember this: most of the qualities that make a man a real man are come from the inside.

Here’s How You & Your DNA are Being Targeted

Makia Freeman | HumansAreFree

Total Individual Control Technology

is a nefarious type of EM (Electromagnetic) and V2K (Voice to Skull) weaponized technology that is being experimented with and deployed against segments of the American population.

Those attacked by this electronic stalking are known as TIs (Targeted Individuals).

Recently another brave whistleblower has stepped forward to expose it. Bryan Kofron (who formerly used the alias of Justin Carter) is a security industry specialist who used to work for a private security company SIS (Security Industry Specialists) in Seattle, Washington.

He quit in disgust after realizing that his former firm, and others just like it, were actively using this so-called total individual control technology to target people, then ultimately control and destroy their lives.

Since he quit, he has himself become a victim of the technology via gangstalking.

What Total Individual Control Technology is Capable Of

According to Kofron, this technology is so advanced that it can be used to read your mind, program your mind with thoughts (that you would believe are your own) and induce emotional states in you (including pain, hate, and fear).

It can be used to tap into your optical nerve and auditory systems to see and hear what you are seeing and hearing. It can target particular people by engaging in individual-specific attacks (based on the target’s DNA resonance).

Finally, it is being used in vast social engineering programs as a way to experiment with poor, homeless and weak people who have little or no chance of fighting back.

In interviews or presentations such as this and this, Kofron explains that this technology is being used by psychopaths who have little scruples about the harm they are causing.

They are targeting specific groups of people: those who are cognitively inclined, highly intelligent, knowledgeable about advanced technology or interested in alternative research (i.e. conspiracy research).

In general, they are either targeting empowered individuals with free minds (to stop dissidents and revolutionaries) or those too poor and weak to fight back.

Using Kofron’s own words, here are some of the things Total Individual Control Technology is able to do:

“This technology manipulates the electrical signals in the brain, thus controlling thoughts and feelings and emotions and sensations throughout the body.

“It works by rewiring the brain by creating new neural pathways and destroying existing neural pathways, thus this literally changes the way a person thinks and thus behaves.”

“This technology can also be used to control the muscle movement of the target. It can take over one’s hands or feet while driving and make you press on the accelerator or press on the brake or turn. This can be used to cause accidents it can also be used to prevent accidents from happening.”

“This technology can also tap into the optical nerve of the target, and the auditory system of the target so that those monitoring the target can see what the target is seeing and hear what target is hearing.

“This information is then downloaded and stored on a computer, in a highly secure classified site on servers that are guarded by some of the tightest security in the world.

“This results in the individual’s entire day, everything they see, everything they hear, everything they experiment, everything they experience, and everything they feel being recorded till the end of time.”

“This technology can also be used to manipulate the emotions of the target. It can induce fear, love, hate.”

“This technology can be used to beam images and even motion pictures into one’s brain. Images and motion pictures that are so realistic that you think you are actually watching a movie or seeing something in reality.

“It’s like a virtual reality 3D rendering that takes place within the target’s mind. The images and motion pictures manifest themselves in such a way that the target if they are not aware that this technology is being used on them will believe that they are natural thoughts and natural images.”

“This technology can also be used to induce and control dreams. It can be used to control dream cycles and sleep patterns. To cause one to sleep very deeply or to cause one to not sleep at all.

“REM cycles, alpha, beta, and delta brainwaves can be induced immediately by this technology. And this technology can also be used to mimic spiritual experiences.

“Joy, love, peace that passes understanding can all be induced artificially by this technology to make the target believe that they are having a genuine spiritual experience when they’re not.”

“This technology can also be used to sexually manipulate the target. Make them feel sexual arousal or turn off their sexuality altogether, it can stimulate them and it can shut them down at a moments notice.

“It can also be used to manipulate the hormones of the target, thus lowering and raising estrogen and testosterone levels in women and men respectively.”

“This technology can also be used to read the thoughts of the target in real time … they can read your thoughts verbatim as they occur within your own mind.”

“Anywhere from small groups of people 10-20 to 100, to medium size groups of people several thousand to tens of thousands.

“This is done by creating a field effect, where an entire field of electromagnetic energy is created in a geographical location and any human being within that geographical location within that electromagnetic field affecting that geographical location will be affected by the technology.

“This can be used to induce a general mood in a population or a crowd of people. It can be used to make them passive, it can be used to make them agitated.

“And this can be used to cause or stop, induce riots. Stop crime, start crime. Stop thoughts, start thoughts. Massive mind control on a citywide level.”

Total Individual Control Technology Attacks Specific Individuals Based on DNA Resonance

As I have discussed in previous articles on mind control such as “They” Can’t Read Your Thoughts … Right? the state of current mind control technology is beyond most’s people comprehension and idea of what is possible.

Yet, we have had enough out-of-the-closet whistleblowers and leaked or declassified documents to give us a clear idea of the scary extent to which we can be psychically attacked.

Whistleblowers such as Dr. Robert Duncan have lectured at length about the capabilities of V2K technology, which is defined as an EM frequency technology that utilizes RF (Radio Frequency) signals to induce sound within the cranial cavity of the target.

V2K literally pipes thoughts directly into people’s heads without them knowing it. Kofron bases his information on his own experience as an insider in this field, and also as a recent victim of V2K himself.

He was attacked once he went public. He claims he has been assaulted with a beta version which is especially nasty, piping thoughts into his head such as:

“Everyone’s against you”

“Please be quiet or we’re going to kill you”

“Don’t work again or we’re going to kill you”

“You’re the lab rat now motherfucker”

Kofron claims the Total Individual Control Technology attacks are attempting to turn him against his former work colleagues, friends and family.

However, since he was trained in this area, he knows that the voices are technological and can defend himself against the manipulations once he hears them.

Kofron echoes exactly what Duncan has warned about: individual-specific attacks. Duncan states that every person has a “unique resonance signature”, and in almost exactly the same words, Kofron states that:

“… the DNA of the individual is used to determine the resonant frequency of the DNA itself, the resonant frequency is then used to fine tune the technology … to tune it perfectly to the resonant frequency of the targeted individual’s DNA.”

The Drive to Create a Worldwide DNA Database

This leads into another aspect of the NWO agenda: the drive to create a worldwide DNA database.

When seen in the light of Total Individual Control Technology, the acquisition of an entire population’s DNA takes on a very sinister meaning.

It is no coincidence that Amazon and Google (who are ultimately controlled by the same force as David Icke suggests) are racing each other, along with Microsoft, IBM and other companies, to assemble a DNA database as quickly as they can.

Those in power who gain access a completed worldwide DNA database and total individual control technology would have a horrifying weapon at their disposal to target literally anyone they wanted.

Kofron exposes how prospective employees are tricked out of their DNA.

They apply for a job at SIS, get told they have to do a drug test, and when the urine sample is sent to a lab, part is siphoned off as DNA to go into Amazon’s burgeoning DNA database.

Americans, in the millions, are having their DNA stolen from them, without their knowledge or consent, so they become unwitting targets of this insidious program!

Social Engineering with Total Individual Control Technology

Kofron talks at length about how this technology is fully operational and is already being tested upon those in society who are struggling (such as those who are homeless, poor and who don’t have much family or many friends) since they make the easiest targets.

On his website GangstalkerWars.com, he exposes the details of ongoing operations within Seattle (where he used to work for SIS).

This social engineering is being done by the Federal Government, the Military Intelligence agencies, private security firms (more on this below), some of the largest US corporations (after all, we live in a corporatocracy), local and state police, and social programs within inner-city America.

In one such operation, the perpetrators would target certain geographical blocks of the city, and, for instance, cause everyone in that area to be in a bad mood.

In another operation, SIS (employed by Amazon whose headquarters are in Seattle) would test upon Amazon employees. In another operation, SIS would experiment upon its own low-level employees.

In another operation, homeless people were brought in from all over the nation to special buildings that were then targeted.

This is true gangstalking – the ganging up by sociopaths and psychopaths upon the innocent to electronically harass and stalk them.
