Sagittarius Solar Eclipse 14th December 2020 + Zodiac Sign Forecasts

The Solar Eclipse in Sagittarius, gives us an awesome chance to collectively reconfigure and refocus after what has been such a bruising and painful year, for so many of us. This is the time to set our intentions for a brighter more optimistic future, and a more energised one too.

Vedic Astrology Report for December: Deep Transformation and a Desire to Serve Humanity

vedic astrology May 2015

By Debra Infante

December promises to be a very powerful month, full of extraordinary astrological events as we anticipate a new collective future, and begin a new 20 year cycle. An intense total solar eclipse occurs on December 14, 2020. The Sun, Moon, Mercury, and Mars will all transit gandanta degrees as they move from water signs to fire signs, signaling deep transformation this month. Jupiter will transit its exact degree of debility while traveling next to Saturn.  And the very significant and history-making 20 year conjunction of Saturn and Jupiter occurs December 21, 2020 which is the winter solstice.

On December 14, 2020 we experience a total solar eclipse at almost 29 degrees Scorpio in the nakshatra of Jyeshtha at 9:17 AM (MST).  The deity of Jyeshta nakshatra is Indra, King of the Gods, and this nakshatra is the “chief star” so leadership is a theme. Also Jyeshtha means “the eldest sister” and so carries a wise woman or crone energy too. We are asked to be still and listen more intently to our own “wise” inner voice for truth and guidance. Learn from you past experiences, connect to your heart, and act with courage. As this eclipse occurs in Scorpio, where the Moon is debilitated, this eclipse affects us deeply on a personal level, as emotions and thoughts may be highly charged and quite sensitive.

This solar eclipse occurs so very close to 29 degrees Scorpio, the most challenging gandanta degree, between Scorpio and Sagittarius. Gandanta degrees are the critical junctures between water and fires signs that can open us to new perspectives, transformation, and healing. Especially during this eclipse, we are asked to make the leap to connect to our true spiritual self. Our identity and beliefs are shifting. There is a greater opportunity at this time for deeper soul growth, but first we must release old, ancient wounds and habitual patterns that stop us from moving forward. The key with gandanta points is to act with grace, forgiveness and no resistance, so we rise to a new level of awareness and understanding.

Remember that in Vedic culture, eclipses are days of spiritual initiation, as they are not considered good days for mundane activities. Take time out to stabilize the mind with meditation, yoga, mantra, or prayer, and be in a peaceful, natural environment.  It is important not to fear eclipses, but note that they can bring significant changes or circumstances into one’s life. They are points of change, and things “hidden” can be brought into the light, giving us greater insight.

Mercury, planet of communications and travel, transits 29 degrees Scorpio and 0 degrees Sagittarius from December 16 to 17, 2020, as it crosses over the degree of the solar eclipse on December 14. So a time to be more discerning and clear with your words, what you put in writing, and with travel plans.

The major planetary alignment involving Jupiter and Saturn, sometimes called the Great Conjunction, occurs every 20 years when expansive Jupiter conjuncts restrained Saturn. This influential connection of Jupiter/Saturn signals a new world order or perspective, which may involve social, political, judicial and financial issues. Jupiter brings expansion of ideas, while Saturn is the planet that works hard to bring things into physical reality. This period signals a big shift in world consciousness.

Saturn and Jupiter will travel together from 5 to 6 degrees of Capricorn starting on December 15 through December 24, 2020. The exact conjunction will be at 6 degrees and 19 minutes Capricorn on December 21, 2020, the winter solstice, a very sacred day. December 21 is the longest night and shortest day in the Northern Hemisphere. The solstice can be a magical and contemplative time, as we celebrate renewal, hope, and spiritual rebirth. Offer respect and gratitude for the coming light and all you have been given this past year.  It is a powerful day for meditation, self-examination, and setting new intentions, as we welcome the start of a new cycle.

What makes this Jupiter/Saturn conjunction more interesting is that when Jupiter transits 5 degrees Capricorn, from December 15 to 19, 2020, it is at its degree of total debility, meaning it is at its lowest or weakest point and will be right next to Saturn. There will be some reversal of the debility as Jupiter is with Saturn, lord of Capricorn. Jupiter is still a benefic planet, so even though it is moving through a more restricted sign and is conjunct Saturn, there are still some good things that can manifest.

Jupiter is the main planet that represents prosperity, spirituality, and purpose, but in December may be less expansive as it moves through its more challenging degree. Slow down and be more present with your life. So time to get back to basics, and be realistic and practical with finances. Put more effort and discipline into your spiritual practices, and keep your faith in humanity. This is a time to be patient, generous, giving, and humble.

Mars, planet of action and energy, leaves Pisces and enters its own sign of Aries, from the evening of December 23, 2020 until February 21, 2021. Mars will travel through the gandanta degrees of 29 Pisces to 0 Aries from December 21 to December 25, 2020. Mars in Aries is extra strong, and it also aspect Scorpio, another sign it rules, at the same time.  Use this strong Mars to move forward now as there is more energy to accomplish your goals with focus, great enthusiasm, and determination. But watch for increased impatience, anger, and conflict with others if things don’t go your way.  Use this potent time to be an advocate, find causes you resonate with, and donate your time are very positive remedies.

We end December with the conjunction of Venus, planet of love and compassion, with exalted Ketu (south node of the Moon) on December 30, 2020 at 25 degrees Scorpio. Ketu is the planet of enlightenment and moksha, and Venus symbolizes Bhakti Yoga, so together can bring forth a love of higher spiritual realms and desire to service to humanity.

Astrology Overview for Nov 30-Dec 06, 2020

This week kicks off with a mighty Lunar Eclipse in Gemini. How we think, express ourselves, reach out and connect with others, all comes under the astral spot light. This is a wonderful opportunity to reset our intentions when it comes to our value systems and also our relationships with siblings, neighbours and contacts.

The Sun on the other side of the heavens is though in a tense 150 angle to Uranus, and then from Tuesday as Mercury arrives to join him in the sign of Sagittarius. Here Mercury is in Detriment, but I think this one of the milder afflictions, we are just cautioned to keep our feet on the ground and not get too carried away with our enthusiasms. So first the Sun, then Mercury are in Quincunx with Uranus which will need some care. Perhaps the welter of restrictions that have been imposed can be more difficult to tolerate. The rebellious nature of Uranus, blended with the Sun and Mercury in the freedom loving Archer, may see some reckless attitudes by some.

However, the Lunar Eclipse gives us a wonderful opportunity to blend our thinking and expressions more closely to our deeper feelings or higher principles and philosophies.

Venus also forges a wonderful 120 degree angle to Neptune in the second half of the week asking us to seek higher love, purity and deeper connections. If you meet someone new, or experience a person with a message of real hope and joy it can be very uplifting indeed.

On December 21, We Will Witness a Super-rare Planetary Alignment Not Seen in 800 Years

How the Jupiter-Saturn conjunction will appear to telescope viewers. (Patrick Hartigan/CC BY 4.0)

By David Nield | Science Alert

Stargazers are in for a treat over Christmas, as Jupiter and Saturn will get closer to each other in Earth’s night sky than they have been for nearly 800 years. Set up your telescope, hope for a clear night, and get ready.

The celestial synchronization has been in the works since summer as Jupiter and Saturn have been moving closer together in the night sky, and between 16-25 December, they’ll be separated by only 1/5th the diameter of a full moon.

While the planets won’t physically be close to each other at all, of course, they’ll look like a single point of bright light to anyone looking up at the night sky.

“Alignments between these two planets are rather rare, occurring once every 20 years or so, but this conjunction is exceptionally rare because of how close the planets will appear to one another,” says astronomer Patrick Hartigan from Rice University.

“You’d have to go all the way back to just before dawn on March 4, 1226, to see a closer alignment between these objects visible in the night sky.”

To get the best viewing experience for this spectacular show, you’re going to need to be somewhere near the equator – but if the skies are clear then the alignment should still be visible from just about anywhere on Earth.

The pair of planets will show up in the night sky for about an hour after sunset each evening, according to astronomers. If you’re hoping to catch a glimpse yourself, you’ll need to point your telescope towards the western sky.

“On the evening of closest approach on Dec 21 they will look like a double planet, separated by only 1/5th the diameter of the full moon,” says Hartigan. “For most telescope viewers, each planet and several of their largest moons will be visible in the same field of view that evening.”

“The further north a viewer is, the less time they’ll have to catch a glimpse of the conjunction before the planets sink below the horizon.”

The planets will be bright enough in the sky to be visible in twilight, which might be the best time to try and take a look at them if you’re in the US. Websites such as Stellarium should help you work out where you should be looking from your vantage point.

While this kind of alignment hasn’t occurred since the Middle Ages, it will happen again fairly soon, in March 2080. After that though, Jupiter and Saturn won’t get as close in our night sky until 2400.

When we’re dealing with these sorts of timescales, it always pays to keep up to date with what’s happening around the Solar System – you don’t want to miss something incredible.

Astrology Overview for November 23-29, 2020

The week begins with both the Sun and Venus finding the celestial feet in new homes, the Sun in Sagittarius and Venus in Scorpio. This combination is in semi-sextile all this week, a generally positive alliance, which can help us to find greater understanding around all sorts of relationships. We can gain significantly from this however, as it can help us to shine a light on the true depth of certain associations.

However, concurrent to this there is a Quarter Moon in Pisces, providing a backdrop energy for the whole of the week. This could make us more sensitive, but also give lightworkers and seers more opportunity to express themselves. Exaggeration can be another example of this influence mind, so we do need to be cautious about blowing things out of proportion.

Venus also goes face to face with Uranus from midweek, which can create sparks of attraction but also the need to separate from a relationship which isn’t working very well. If you are in a tie which is basically sound but has become a bit dull, look to shake things up.

Neptune also ends a long retrograde in Pisces, as the week draws to a close, which will be helpful in regard to Covid. Why? Well Neptune is very much about less physical and tangible threats, the sea apart perhaps, and the erosion of reality especially when it rewinds.

Astrology Overview for November 16-22, 2020

Hello, I’m Astrologer Patrick Arundell, and here is your Astrology Overview for WC 16th November 2020. This week begins with the majesty and power of last Sunday’s Scorpio New Moon continuing to cascade its powerful energy into our situations. Scorpio is the sign of transformation, and with Pluto, its modern ruler being positively aspected by it, changes coming now can be good ones, even if amongst the chaos of Covid 19, it is not immediately apparent.

And in fact, for the first three days this week, the Sun continues that helpful angle with Pluto, and also Jupiter and the asteroid Pallas. Expect more understanding to emerge in the next month around the reality of our situations. Systems and technology are all very well but they need to be meaningful, and create a depth of truly helpful knowledge rather than just a mass of data. So the drive to get a real deeper understanding of all sorts of strands will emerge. Expect lots of important breakthroughs in the weeks ahead.

However, in the first half of the week Venus is also square Pluto. This is one of those aspects which can provide some enticing energies. A financial or even relationship situation can seem seem very attractive. If you come into contact with someone who seems to promise the earth, proceed with caution. As much as there can be something of promise here, there could also be a catch. We also need to be aware of our own motives in a situation like this.

Mercury is also opposite Uranus in the first half of the week, this can create sudden, electric communications but also changes of plan, and a disruptive element. Someone may surprise us by being very direct, or wanting to create space.

Still, two big changes come about at the end of the week, as the Sun powers into Sagittarius and Venus dives deep into Scorpio. All sorts of situations will benefit from a greater truthfulness. Attractions to people at a distance, or financial matters involving overseas interests are also possible.

With a stunning Sagittarius Solar Eclipse on the 14th December, a more open, and engaging way of being and living is ushered in, and one we can all look forward to. Astrology Overview for November 09-15, 2020

It sure is a busy week astrologically, with Mercury returning to Scorpio, Mars ending its two month retrograde, and we have an incredibly powerful Scorpio New Moon, which angles very positively with both Jupiter and Pluto.

But what about the details? Well, Monday to Wednesday Venus is in opposition with Mars, suggesting finding the right balance in our interactions with others will take some care. However this can be a week of transformations. This is because the Sun’s empowering link to Jupiter and Pluto embracing the New Moon which urges change and transformation. Change in the way we relate to the Covid crisis, it is likely that improvements in data analysis, testing, tracing, and treating the infection will come in over the next month, even if the immediate picture will remain somewhat bleak.

Another area of this transformation can be around our use of resources. Whilst finances for many have been affected very negatively, changing our approach, being less attuned to how it was and more attuned to how it needs to be are all possible.

Your November 2020 Energy Forecast: Intense Shake Up!

If 2020 has been an intense and dynamic symphony, the full Taurus blue moon on Halloween feels like a sort of crescendo.

If you’ve been following my energy forecasts for the last two months, you know I’ve been focusing on Venus. As a representative of the Divine Feminine, Venus has finally been taking the lead in our daily lives (but only if we’ve let her).

If you haven’t seen those videos, it’s worth watching them now. Because this month’s forecast feels like act three to the forecasts of September and October. Here they are:

September 2020 Energy Forecast

October 2020 Energy Forecast

Check out the video for November (above) for my three main November themes.

And you’ll also get more detail on key astrological events.

Perhaps the most important event for November is the October 31 full blue moon in Taurus at 7:59 am Pacific. Although it’s officially before November begins, it kicks-off the month in a big way.

And the two most important aspects of this full moon are:

  1. Uranus is exactly conjunct the moon at 8 degrees of Taurus. Uranus is the planet of big revolutionary shifts. And liberation. Taurus is the sign of feminine, embodied, earthly change. And 8 is the number of healing, power, embodiment, and leadership. My guides showed me that Uranus will definitely be shaking things up, but the changes will be pretty inevitable. Because they’ll be related to shifts you’ve already seen coming but likely weren’t ready to fully step into. This full moon will be the catalyst that will lead you there — or at least give you permission to GO there. What does that mean for you? What positive, freedom-enhancing spiritual energies have been brewing in your world for the last couple of months?
  2. Mercury retrograde is square Saturn. This aspect is not so incredible on its own, but when you consider Mercury’s arc throughout the month, it tells a story. And that story is about our communication (Mercury) evolving into a more mature, responsible, and boundaries way of relating. Mercury and Saturn are at odds (squared) at the beginning of the month and they’re sextile (harmonious) at the end. Also, Mercury is moving backward at the beginning of the month and it’s direct at the end. Mercury is literally making a 180-degree shift this month. that tells a story of us evolving in the way we communicate.

The other important astrological events of the month are:

November 3 – Mercury goes direct in Libra. How interesting that Mercury begins moving forward again on the day of the U.S. elections — and in a sign of fairness and justice. It could lead to an outcome that purports to have more equality — or delays and complaints about the justice/functioning of the system altogether.

November 12 – Jupiter is conjunct Pluto (in Capricorn) f the 3rd time in 2020. This marks the completion of an auspicious 3-part event of you expanding (Jupiter) your true transformation and power (Pluto). Look to the other dates of this conjunction — April 4 and June 30 — to uncover the story behind this powerful alignment. What did you begin around April 4? And how had that progressed by June 30? You may find a key aspect of this project or learning unfolding and/or culminating on November 12.

November 13 – Mars finally goes direct in Aries again. Try to take a cautious approach to bring your action-oriented, goal-focused masculine back online. Mars has had a chance to mature — or get annoyed about feeling blocked — over the last couple of months and how you bring that energy back into your life will determine if you anchor your Divine Masculine into your life in a whole new, more mature way.

November 14 – New Moon in Scorpio at 9:07 pm creates an opportunity to set new intentions in the following areas:

  1. Sexuality and all things sacral-oriented.
  2. Transformation
  3. Power

November 30 – The month ends with a Full Moon/Lunar Eclipse in Gemini. Full moons are about culminations and lunar eclipses only magnify that. So this will be a big celebration of us arriving in a new place — in regard to Gemini things like communication, media, ideas, and duality.

In particular, the full moon is asking us to take stock of how our communication has changed throughout the month. With the amazing full-circle journey that Mercury is making, it feels like we may have cause to celebrate.

Finally, please watch the video to discover the two Goddess cards I pulled for the first and second half of the month.

November’s an intense and powerful month, Dear One.

Astrology Overview for November 02-08, 2020

Mercury does indeed go direct in Libra on Tuesday, something we can all celebrate but important to remember, that the journey of the retrograde began in the sign of Scorpio, mid October, but the shadow period began on the 27th September. Then Mercury reversed into Libra on the 28th of October, goes forwards this week but doesn’t return to Scorpio until next week nor emerge from Shadow until the 19th of November.

Notice a theme through this whole situation? Poor testing regimes, muddled and mixed messaging from Governments regarding safeguarding, conspiracy theories taking even greater hold, chaotic changing travel rules = increase in Covid infections.

And even though Mercury goes forwards it remains in a tense right angle to Saturn in the authoritative Capricorn and see rules tightening. This will see libertarians assert that Governments are being overbearing and anti democratic, the quieter majority will be fed up, but grudgingly accepting of the need to protect. Track and Trace in the UK has been a miserable failure, another Mercury influenced issue, and this has been the third Water Sign Retrograde (with some Air Gemini and now Libra component) of the year, which has lead to a confusion, wild claims of efficacy followed by obvious failures.

With Jupiter tightly close to Pluto all week, death rates will likely remain high, but the damage has been done further back by Mars’ tense right angle to the posse in Capricorn, and it’s own Retrograde, which continues to next week. This has seen many people reckless, defiant, rebellious. Well, now we have the outcome for all of that. The thing that defines Covid is not the death rate which is of course shocking but just how infectious it is. With my Rheumatoid Arthritis we have had to be really careful, but folks have cast me dumbfounded looks that I would wear a mask. That has been such a lot of personal attitudes that have driven it’s spread, with a fantastic naivety of how easily it spreads.

BUT there is hope at the end of this week, and this latest stage of this pandemic, and it comes in the guise of the Sun’s Trine to Neptune, which encourages us to be as caring as possible to those who are less fortunate. Isolation remains the biggest threat to person-kind with our without Covid so the more we can stay in touch the better. Vedic Astrology Report for November 2020: Sudden Shifts and New Beginnings

vedic astrology May 2015

By Debra Infante

November is a month of powerful astrological activity and shifting energies in our world, especially during these last two months of 2020. Mercury and Mars both retrograde at the beginning of the month, go direct. Venus leaves its sign of debility in mid-November. Jupiter moves to Capricorn its sign of debility on November 20, where it joins Saturn, setting up a rare, major conjunction. Finally on November 30, 2020, we experience a lunar eclipse which starts the fall eclipse season.

Mercury, planet of communications and travel, goes direct at 1 degree Libra on November 3, 2020, (US Presidential Election Day), having been retrograde since October 13. As Mercury shifts direction on Election Day, we hope there won’t be any technical or computer glitches, so double-check your ballot if you are voting that day. Mercury also rules the mail, so let’s see if any issues arise around mail-in ballots being counted. As Mercury begins direct motion, we slowly start to experience greater clarity, discernment, and ease in our communications and business transactions.

On November 13, 2020, Mars, planet of action, energy, and force, goes direct at 21 degrees Pisces, having been retrograde for two months, since September 9. But during the first two weeks of November, when Mars is still retrograde, we can experience reversals, lack of direction, along with built up tensions, frustrations, and even misdirected anger. Passive-aggressive energies can occur during retrograde Mars periods. We feel powerless or want to avoid our true feelings. Find proper outlets for the build-up of tension, with physical activities such as yoga, tai chi, or long hikes in nature, along with mindfulness or meditation practices.

Our energies slowly begin to move forward after November 13 as Mars goes direct. We feel more energized, vital, determined, and enthusiastic. It is a good time to resolve any miscommunications or arguments that occurred in the past two months. Assess what you have learned, come to new understandings, and carefully strategize, so you can achieve your goals. We want to make a more positive, uplifting impact on the world as Mars goes direct.

Venus, planet of relationships, healing and finance, transits Virgo, its weaker sign, the first half of the month. As Virgo is a service-oriented sign, this is an excellent period to donate your time to worthy causes, which gives us purpose. But in matters of the heart, Venus in Virgo is kind, but also wants perfection, so watch for over-criticizing those close to you. On November 14, 2020 Venus is at 27 degrees Virgo, its exact degree of debility.

On November 16, Venus moves to its own sign of Libra, staying there until December 10, 2020. Venus is happy here and quite artistic, so this is a positive time to explore your creativity. With Venus in Libra we are learning to create harmony and balance, especially in relationships. Venus will be in Libra during the Thanksgiving holiday in the US, so especially this year, be grateful for all you have, and appreciate family members and friends who surround you.

Jupiter shifts from its own sign of Sagittarius on November 20, 2020, and begins its new transit through the Saturn-ruled sign of Capricorn, its sign of debility, until April 5, 2021. Jupiter will again move back to Capricorn for a brief stint from September 15, 2021 until November 20, 2021. Jupiter rules prosperity, financial markets, spirituality, optimism, dharma, faith, law, the court system, and education. We may see some restriction or delays in these areas.  Find activities that generate hope and purpose and expand your view of the sacredness in all life. Jupiter in Capricorn is a good time to be more dedicated to your spiritual practice.  Let go of apathy.

Jupiter joins Saturn in Capricorn, a no-nonsense, practical, earth sign. Later in December 2020, we experience the exact conjunction of Jupiter and Saturn, a major event that occurs every 20 years.  Jupiter, planet of prosperity and expansion, now travels with Saturn, planet of responsibility and hard work. For greater success its best to be realistic, committed, kind, self-responsible, and patient.

At the end of November the fall eclipse season begins, with a lunar eclipse on November 30, 2020 occurring at 14 degrees Taurus at 2:29 AM MST in the nakshatra of Rohini. The second eclipse of the pair is a total solar eclipse on December 14, 2020.

The lunar eclipse on November 30 in the sign of material wealth (Taurus) indicates a focus on financial security, as we evaluate our true values, both personally and globally.  Where do we place our attention and energy? What is essential to our well-being? This eclipse can reveal the depth of our attachment to the material realms. This eclipse may also help us find new, alternative ways to generate income, as some of the old ways are changing. Also, Taurus is an earth sign, so this eclipse may reveal the true state of the climate crisis and ways to connect and be in balance with nature.

Rohini nakshatra connected to this eclipse also relates to financial dealings, commerce, and the physical world. But Rohini is quite a creative and fertile nakshatra, and has strong family values. This eclipse carries a strong need to open to our creative potential in all areas of our life. On the challenging side, issues of jealousy and possessiveness may create problems around this eclipse, as we consider shared resources.

As the Moon and Rahu are both exalted in Taurus during this November lunar eclipse, it is extra potent, and life may speed up or amplify.  Eclipses can bring change, sudden shifts, new beginnings, and increased awareness, as things unknown to us are now revealed. In general, eclipses are days for spiritual initiation where our spiritual path can be illuminated.

Astrology Overview for Oct 26-Nov 01, 2020

All week Jupiter and Pluto are very closely aligned. Jupiter governs international affairs, borders, trading, growth, philosophies and higher principles. Next to Pluto the zodiac’s perhaps most ruthless agent , and especially with Jupiter in its fall, a less than helpful event which occurs every 12 years with the planets transit through the sign of Capricorn, the growth sadly this year, has not just been in the stock market, but loss of life.

One of the things that seems to have characterised the Covid 19 outbreak is the propagation of beliefs. But this virus can’t necessarily be measured only in terms of how many people it kills (which has been tragic and heart-breaking) but in how relentlessly infectious it is. So the growth of Jupiter has been the growth of the numbers getting it, and being a truly world event, few have been immune from its impact but that health wise, freedom of movement wise (very Jupitarian) but also financially wise too.

Because Mars has been angling in such a hostile way to the posse of planets in Capricorn (in Jupiter, Pluto and Saturn) since the end of July, and then been in retrograde, then tangled with the New Moon in Libra we have a perfect storm of outspoken protest, counter viewpoints being exchange, fake news, conspiracy theories etc etc and this has been fed in part by a largely unsupervised social media and poor leadership in many countries. All this is likely to reach a crescendo at this time, however as Mercury reverses into, and Venus advances to the sign of Libra we do have an opportunity to listen, understand and exchange ideas with more balance. The air element which governs Libra is about communication and finding a greater sense of equilibrium can be good for us all.

But the second half of the week does see strict Saturn in a limiting square with Mercury. In terms of the overall zodiac this emphasises the 7th/10th House Axis, suggesting that whilst diplomacy may work well for some, others of us may still encounter an overbearing or rather more officious person that we find hard to take.

The second half of the week also sees the Sun opposite Uranus, bring the potential for surprises, sparks, ignition, friction, resistance to change or sudden changes and separations occurring. As ever in this turbulent year, patience really will be a virtue. There may be some things that trigger us that we feel we most react to, whilst others may be better met by turning the other cheek.

This aspect encapsulates the week’s most notable event, the Blue Moon of Saturday. The second Full Moon of October, this brings a restless vibe to bear, and things that have been stuck, hidden, resistant or bogged down can suddenly need urgent attention. Especially important will be the need to manage our resources, with sudden costs or drops in revenue possible, but still the likelihood is that things that we can no longer resist will need tackling either for us as individuals or for us all collectively. Why Matchmakers Rely on Astrology

For many professional matchmakers, finding compatible couples goes beyond simple chemistry. In fact, many pros rely on astrology to determine which matches are ideal. By using a birth chart and each person’s zodiac sign, it’s possible to develop a lasting partnership that’s built on natural tendencies and compatibility ratings.

Each partnership built on the principle of astrology requires careful consideration, however. It also goes beyond which zodiac signs are seen as the most compatible and which tend to butt heads. Here’s how matchmakers use zodiac energy to connect couples.

It starts with your birth chart.

The astrological birth chart is a key component of determining which partnerships will and won’t work. For instance, just because Gemini and Virgo or Pisces signs aren’t normally seen as a good fit, matchmakers will also use rising signs and ascendant knowledge to determine which astrological houses add up. Of course, chemistry still depends on physical appearance to a degree. However, cosmic chemistry relies on astrology houses and principles to dig much deeper and find stronger soul bonds. Different interpretations of rising signs, horoscopes, and the planets can have a profound impact on which matches are seemingly meant to be.

Your houses matter, too.

Did you know that there are 12 houses of astrology? Each house can impact your cosmic chemistry in unique ways.

The first house is essentially your spiritual first impression. The second house details your material goods and possessions as well as personal resources. While a Taurus may interpret self-care and self-esteem as buying sleek cocktail dresses for women, a Libra may prefer less-material resources depending on their second house.

The third house defines how we communicate with the world around us. When different planets pass through the third house, it can impact our perception of ourselves and those around us. The third house is highly prized in matchmaking. The fourth house is the base of the birth chart. Through this house system, you’ll explore roots and beginnings.

The fifth house is essential for your creativity and expressions of joy. The sixth house determines how you serve the world. Through the sixth house, you’ll explore concepts of legacy and service. The seventh house looks at the nuances of intimate relationships. For this reason, the seventh house is also critical for smart matchmaking.

The eighth house is the ruler of almost all energy and is represented by Scorpio. Many individuals have several planets in the eighth house and may be deeply interested in mysticism and meanings. The ninth house denotes personal evolution and spiritual paradigms. The tenth house is the house of the Midheaven. Your Midheaven determines your true purpose. Many matchmakers rely on the Midheaven and tenth house to assess compatibility.

The eleventh house is the house of friendship and determines compatibility for healthy, friendly relationships. The twelfth house is the end of the zodiac. Many feel the twelfth house represents a lot of unknowns, but this area of the chart is a key component of imagination and influences many areas of life and personal growth.

Matchmakers use a variety of astrological factors.

From your birth time to your specific area of the chart and your immediate environment, the zodiac wheel can be a key component of finding true love affairs. Your astrology chart can determine whether you rely on material possessions, experiences like long-distance travel, or social groups. It can influence your morals, your outlook on karma, and how you navigate business partnerships. Your sun sign and star compatibility can influence your immediate environment and different planets like Neptune, Uranus, and Venus can leave a mark on each area of your life. If you’re interested in how your natal chart can influence your love life, you should schedule a meeting with a qualified matchmaker. This will help you learn more about ascendant and descendant signs, how you operate at your highest point, and what causes self-undoing. This can help you find true love and a happy ending.
