What Tiredness and Fatigue Is Really Telling You!

Why do I often feel tired and fatigued?

This is the question posed of Abraham in the above video. An audience member wants to ‘get up early in the morning and get things done’, yet by the afternoon he just feels tired. He wants to feel eager, yet acknowledges that it is not possible to feel eagerness and fatigue at the same time

This is a statement to which many will relate, and here is what we are told:

Fatigue is unnatural!

The reason we feel tired and want to rest so often is that we are seeking relief from resistance. This resistance which we feel is mostly unconscious and we don’t even realise we have introduced it.

We feel fatigued, yet in reality, we are constantly regenerating and refueling. Without the introduction of resistance, energy flows easily to us and through us and is a never-ending life force which is available to us always. However, it is dependent on our relationship with the energy source!

Contrast

During the course of our lives when we find things we do not like, we put forth into the universe that which Abraham calls “rockets of desire”. We then ask or wish for the things which we DO want, be it money, health, love, friendship etcetera. The way in which we feel when we are experiencing the situation we do not want and desiring the opposite is what we refer to here as contrast.

We may not like the feeling of such contrast, yet it is a necessary part of our growth. Unless we find things we do not want we cannot know what we do want, and so we must be willing to participate in the contrast because this is where the momentum starts. It is important however that we do not get stuck here!

Tiredness and fatigue mean that there is too much emphasis on contrast and not enough allowing the flow of energy.

Too often we believe that in order to find the solution to a problem we must burrow deeper into it. We make a lifestyle of focusing on our problems and attempting to ‘wrestle them to the ground and killing them.’

Perpetuating the problem

By telling ourselves over and over that we are tired and fatigued we perpetuate the problem. We stubbornly hold firm to a point of attraction which is contrary to that of our source energy. In doing this, instead of experiencing the eagerness which we do want, we experience the fatigue we do not want.

Holding on to reality

We love to speak of that which we call ‘reality’, and to tell things ‘how they really are.’ We may say things like ‘I’m not the spring chicken I used to be”, and attempt to justify why we have not got the energy we would truly like to have. By doing this we are ‘pinching off’ the flow of energy which would otherwise flow to us. When we say “I’m slowing down now”, in truth what we mean is “I’m slowing myself down now”.

Clarity and Confusion

Instead of focusing on eagerness and fatigue we are instead advised to think of the difference between clarity and confusion. It is important, however, to realise that we are not being encouraged to say that things are different to how they really are. If we attempt to do this we are just trying to overcome where we are now. This is not helpful and will keep us stuck more and more, and the harder we try the more we will get in our own way.

When we will accept that energy is flowing to us we then allow more energy to flow. This then translates into clarity which in turn translates into fun, good times, physical condition, balance, vitality, dexterity, flexibility and so on.

The cells in our bodies are not old, they are continually regenerating and so as such they are NEW. Our body has the potential of being as young and vital as it has ever been!

We don’t have OLD cells, we have an OLD attitude about our NEW cells!

You are the boss of you! Allow the energy to flow and watch your tiredness and fatigue vanish.
