This informative video begins with an interview about cloud seeding (the use of silver iodide to seed clouds in order to increase rainfall) with George Bomar, a meteorologist and the manager of the Weather Modification Program for Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation Department.  You can watch the interview with Bomar here: Admitted weather modification Texas Cloud Seeding 2011.

Bomar’s statements include the following:

“Seeding involves the release of a material that includes silver iodide whose crystalline structure is almost identical to natural ice… When you introduce silver iodide crystals into a thunderstorm, a young thunderstorm that may only live 20 or 25 minutes and produce maybe a quarter of an inch, if you introduce those ice crystals early enough in the life of that cloud, more of the cloud water will be converted into tiny snow flakes which will then attract more cloud water to form rain drops… South of San Antonio, we had aircraft flying on a dozen days in the month of July treating what we deemed to be seedable storms.

Weather Modification Inc. lists 37 cloud seeding operations in 17 states within the continental U.S.  and 28 clients/projects outside of the U.S.

Even before considering chemtrails, the increasing toxic fallout of cloud seeding chemicals as the demand grows for drought mitigation is disturbing.  “The office of Environment, Health and Safety, UC Berkeley, rates silver iodide as a Class C, non-soluble, inorganic, hazardous chemical that pollutes water and soil.  It has been found to be highly toxic to fish, livestock and humans. Numerous medical articles demonstrate that humans absorb silver iodide through the lungs, nose, skin, and GI tract. Mild toxicity can cause GI irritation, renal and pulmonary lesions, and mild argyria (blue or black discoloration of the skin). Severe toxicity can result in hemorrhagic gastroenteritis, shock, enlarged heart, severe argyria, and death by respiratory depression.” (See: Is Cloud Seeding Harmful?)

Next up on the video is presentation by David Keith of the Department of Chemical and Petroleum Engineering at the University of Calgary who talks about spraying aluminum vapor into the atmosphere.  Here’s what Keith said:

“There’s no question that large-scale climate engineering is untested and dangerous.  Nevertheless, there might be some good reasons to think about alumina [Aluminum Oxide]… The little picture is from a nanofabricaiton study, which shows you can make very high quality, and do this in just a jet in a very simple way… make high quality alumina particles just by spraying aluminum vapor out.  Certainly in principle it’s possible to do that, and there’s big literature that’s already looked at it.”

Next up is the US Patent 5,003,186 dated March 26, 1991:  Stratospheric Welsbach seeding for reduction of global warming.  The abstract reads as follows:

A method is described for reducing atmospheric or global warming resulting from the presence of heat-trapping gases in the atmosphere, i.e., from the greenhouse effect. Such gases are relatively transparent to sunshine, but absorb strongly the long-wavelength infrared radiation released by the earth. The method includes the step of seeding the layer of heat-trapping gases in the atmosphere with particles of materials characterized by wavelength-dependent emissivity. Such materials include Welsbach materials and the oxides of metals which have high emissivity (and thus low reflectivities) in the visible and 8-12 micron infrared wavelength regions.”

The patent goes on to state:

“One technique proposed to seed the metallic particles was to add the tiny particles to the fuel of jet airliners, so that the particles would be emitted from the jet engine exhaust while the airliner was at its cruising altitude. While this method would increase the reflection of visible light incident from space, the metallic particles would trap the long wavelength blackbody radiation released from the earth. This could result in net increase in global warming.

Next up is neurologist Dr. Russell Blaylock who voices his concerns regarding the impact of chemtrials on the human brain:

“My major concern is that there is evidence that they are spraying tons of nanosized aluminum compounds… It has been demonstrated in the scientific and medical literature that nanosized particles are infinitely more reactive and induce intense inflammation in a number of tissues.  Of special concern is the effect of these nanoparticles on the brain and spinal cord, as a growing list of neurodegenerative diseases, including Alzheimer’s dementia, Parkinson’s disease, and Lou Gehrig’s disease (ALS) are strongly related to exposure to environmental aluminum.”

After Dr. Blaylock, there is an excerpt from a Senate Terrorism Subcommittee discussion on weather control as a weapon.  For more, see: Senate Subcommittee on Terrorism Militia in the US 2 of 2 6/15/95
