One of the best ways to raise your vibration is to amplify your good vibes when your vibration is ALREADY high.

Using the leverage of your alignment can be a powerful tool you can use to set your base vibration higher and higher over time. Why? Because it is much, much easier to elevate your vibration when it’s already in a positive place!

So, the next time you are feeling really good, try a few of these suggestions out. You’ll find that they help intensify the good feelings you already have. Enjoy!

1. Acknowledge your good vibes.

I’ve found that frequently I simply find myself in a positive state, without any conscious work ahead of time. When I become aware that I am feeling good and in a positive state, I stop and acknowledge it!

The simple act of noticing and acknowledging your good vibes gives focus to them. And, with the Law of Attraction, what we focus on expands! So amplify your good vibes simply by taking a moment to acknowledge when they are radiating from you.

2. Take a moment to be proud of yourself.

In addition to suggestion #1, it can also help to take a moment to congratulate yourself on your vibrational, emotional state.


After all, whether you were trying to create it or not, YOU were responsible for elevating your state! So often, people beat up on themselves for not being in a positive state, but being proud of when you ARE in one is a much better avenue for amplifying good vibes.

3. Notice the physical sensations of your good vibes.

It can also be excellent focus work to take a moment to observe how your body feels while you are in a high vibrational state. Not only does this place more focus on the good vibes, but it also helps you become more familiar with the bodily sensations that frequently accompany them. Are you tingly? Does your body feel light and energetic? What physical sensations accompany your good vibes?

4. Take note of the environment in which you are standing in.

With the Law of Attraction, your energetic state has a direct correlation on the environment you are standing in. So like in suggestion #3, start to take note of it! Is it more colorful? Are the sounds more pleasant? Are there certain signs and symbols that typically show up when you are feeling really good? Become aware of the reality shifts that occur when you are in a high vibration!

5. Describe the state you are in using descriptive words.

A quick and fun activity you can do to amplify your positive emotional state is to search for words that match what it is. Look for words that get at the essence of the feeling. Is the feeling joyous, lovely, sublime, exciting, euphoric, serendipitous, bright or luminous? Reach into your vocabulary and look for as many words as you can to describe your state, and you’ll feel it climb even higher.

6. Breathe in appreciation,  breathe out love.

This is another fun exercise that you can use to amplify your good vibes. When you can tell your are flying high take a moment and close your eyes. Slowly breathe in a feeling of appreciation and thanks for the state you are residing in. Then, slowly breathe out a feeling of love to share back out into the world.

7. Pass it on.

As with all things, the more you give away good vibes the more they come back to you! Take a moment to share a kind word, a hug or a positive thought with another person. What you give comes back to you ten-fold, so giving when you are in a high vibrational state is an excellent way to allow your vibration to climb even higher.
