There are many F-Words related to third chakra, such as fire, focus, fierce, force and fame. But the one that is the most representative and best for balancing this chakra is FEARLESSNESS. Nothing lights up the solar plexus like facing your fears head on. Your core chakra is all about courage and stepping into action, especially when it scares the sh&% out of you!

For some reason, I haven’t been able to get Maria’s closet out of my head. So, I’ve been feeling into my obsession with it, and I came up with these two questions (that you may want to try on yourself): (1) What am I hiding in my closet — or to put it another way, What do I not want to show anyone? (2) Where in my life do I put love and attention into something purely for me?

Here’s a little exercise you can do that will literally shift you into a wiser, more productive feminine viewpoint – the sixth chakra. The 3rd-eye chakra is where we receive insight into things without resorting to masculine reason or logic. You’ve heard of the phrase “feminine intuition.” When our third eye is strong and activated, we know what to do from a pure, feminine feeling sense.

Your feminine essence and emotional being is represented not by your sun sign, but by your moon sign. And the cool thing about the moon is that it goes through cycles, and these cycles help you on your path of self-unfolding. They help you understand the rhythms of your life and to know when to plant your intentions and when to harvest them.
