Some may say, “hey we never saw that manual when we started hearing these things called chemtrails”. True, but I would submit that the same people, inside and outside of the DOD, probably directed their operatives to start whispering this term into the public consciousness and that’s the name by which these emissions came to be known…[and] Another way to make our efforts more effective is to grab on to an image and product with which many are familiar: how about Chemtrails or Geoengineering is “the new cigarette, one you have no choice but to smoke”.
