Dear One, this video is part of a $197 Course I’m sharing for free over a 15 week period. This week, we’re almost halfway through the Chakra Life Cycles (CLCs) that shape your life. CLC #7 happens from age 43-49 and it’s related to your crown chakra. It’s a time of spiritual seeking and deepening. And it’s the last cycle before your BIG Age 50 “Do-Over.”
If you want to be familiar with all the Chakra Life Cycles, here they are in video form (shot all over the globe):
Open Your Crown Chakra with These TPQs (NOT Affirmations!)
Welcome to the final week of our series on Transformational Power Questions (TPQs). In this video, we’re going to open your crown chakra for more bliss, deep knowing, expansive trust, connection to the Divine as well as the part of us that never dies.
Why Affirmations Can Be Bad for You
If you’ve been following this series, you can skip this section… but if you’re brand new to TPQs, read on…
You may be wondering why I’m suggesting you do TPQs instead of affirmations. Here’s why. Often, affirmations create a backlash in your inner world. They activate your subconscious mind and the voice inside of you that objects to things that aren’t currently accurate.
So one affirmation like “I’m rich” can elicit several subconscious negative responses like “No you’re not” or “have you seen your bank account balance?” and so on. Overall, it’s more negative than positive, since one affirmation creates far more negative responses.
This week, I’m sharing 15 different TPQs that boost your crown chakra. Watch the video above and repeat after me to improve five key crown chakra areas of your life. These are bliss, deep knowing, trust of Life, connection to the Divine, and awareness of our immortal essence.
As we go through the TPQs, please pick your favorite. Put it on several sticky notes around your personal space and read it often. You may begin to hear and see your powerful subconscious mind working for you, rather than against you. Keep repeating your TPQ until you see a positive shift in that area of your life (and you will!).
Heal Your Crown Chakra Inner Child (with Meditation)
Bravo Beautiful Soul, you’ve arrived at the final video for this series! It’s time for you to meet and support your Crown Chakra Inner Child.
Hopefully, you’ve seen the other videos. If not, I recommend you watch one a day for a week and go through the whole series. You’ll feel more connected to all the different, younger parts of yourself from age 1 to 7.
In each of your first seven years of life, you experience a different, basic human need. And each need relates to a different chakra. In the first year, it’s the root chakra need for safety. In the second year, it’s your sacral chakra need for variety and play. In your third year, it’s your need to be significant (to be seen and to learn autonomy), and so on.
You can learn about your specific needs by clicking on the links for each chakra above.
When all of your chakra needs get met, your chakras are usually strong and open. But if any of these basic needs don’t get met, there’s a good chance that the related chakra is weak or closed down.
In the video above, we’re healing your seven-year-old crown chakra, inner child. This is the part of you that needs to be connected to the Divine (or God or any other name you want to give all-that-is).
Seven is the age when children start to learn how to reason on a higher level. It’s a sort of rite of passage into deeper, more independent thought. If you want an earful, ask a seven-year-old if god exists.
This seventh year is a natural follow-up from the sixth year when a child is open to intuition, imagination, and other realms.
Often at this age, though, a child is being raised in an environment where their religious beliefs have already been decided for them. And in many cases, they’ve been attending church — or at least Sunday school — since they were old enough to walk.
It’s hard for a young child to know what his or her authentic relationship with God is. But where the family already has a tacit agreement of what that relationship is, it’s even harder.
Your Relationship with the Divine
What was your relationship with the Divine when you were seven years old? Where did you tell what to believe? Was it a prerequisite in your family to believe (or not believe) in a particular God? Was spirituality a part of your family life? These are just a few of the questions I explore in the video above.
At 10:34 in the video above, I guide you through a powerful meditation that’ll reconnect you with your Crown Chakra Inner Child. Give yourself the gift of taking the time to do it. You may be very surprised what comes up!
Both of our two highest needs — for the third eye and crown chakras — are related to spirit and therefore don’t seem like true “needs.” But in this temporal world, having a connection to the unlimited side of ourselves may be the biggest need of all.
Certainly, we humans have poured a whole lot of time, love, and money into creating temples and churches for millennia. This seems to demonstrate that while spirituality doesn’t relate much to our mere physical survival, it’s still an incredibly powerful human need and driver.
May you strengthen your bond with (God) Consciousness this week, Beautiful Soul, and remember that you’re Divine!
If you’ve been following this fun series of words that open each chakra, congratulations, we’re now on the final video. This week, we’re going to look at my favorite C-Words that open your crown chakra.
If you’ve missed the other videos in this series, you can tap into them here:
2020 has been challenging to say the least. And when we’re challenged at the 3D level, the thing that can save us is connecting to the unlimited part of ourselves. This part comes from the crown chakra. Your crown chakra is like an umbilical cord to the Divine.
Unlike the other chakras, it’s not embodied. Its purpose is not related to the 3D world. Instead, it’s an invitation to rise about it. The crown reminds us that though we live in a body that’s going to turn to dust, our spirit will never die. Our energy and essence are everlasting and will live on.
The crown chakra is the part of us that lovingly observes all that we do and all that we are. It’s our consciousness.
Many people mistakenly believe that consciousness is a set of behaviors that look and feel “spiritual.” But the truth is, consciousness is not a set of behaviors. Rather, it’s our awareness of all of our behaviors. And our acceptance of all that we (and others) do and are.
Consciousness doesn’t ask us to be a particular way. It simply asks us to be aware of how we are being moment-to-moment.
And there you go, I already gave away my first C-Word (haha).
What C-words do YOU think to open your crown chakra?
Here Are My 7 Favorite C-Words for Opening the Crown Chakra
Consciousness – It’s not a way of behaving but a non-judgmental awareness of all that you do.
Celestial – the crown connects us to the cosmos.
Complete – the crown reminds us that we are always whole (even when we feel broken).
Channel – the crown partners with the throat to bring info from the Divine through you.
Crystal – quartz crystal is a great way to open your crown. I drink it daily (yes, I said DRINK).
Connection – whereas the heart chakra connects us to others, the crown connects us to ALL THAT IS.
Circling – this is my favorite C-Word and it doesn’t just open the crown, but ALL your chakras.
If you want to open your crown, take a moment to feel into which of these C-Words resonates with you the most, and then practice it this week.
During this Covid-19 year, where our 3D world is literally being turned upside-down, we’re all being invited to focus more on our spiritual essence.
Your crown is the gateway into the everlasting part of you. It’s your gateway to more awareness, trust, and bliss. And these C-Words are tangible ways you can practice opening your Divine gateway.
If I was to suggest one crystal that everyone could benefit from owning either for personal and professional use, it would be a clear quartz crystal. These crystals are a composition of silicon and oxygen and are easily found all over the world and are extremely affordable.
7 Benefits From Owning Quartz Crystals
This crystal repairs and strengthens the biomagnetic field. This means you will not leak energy from your auric field.
You can grid your home, property, or workspace with quartz points. When the point faces inwards, we are bringing in energy, when they point out, we are clearing energy.
When placed in your vehicle, it helps reduce gas consumption.
It amplifies the energy in its environment. When acupuncture needles are coated with clear quartz, the treatment is enhanced by 10%.
Replace midday coffee with a clear quartz elixir by placing a crystal in your drinking water. (Be sure the crystal is washed before placing it in your water).
They are excellent for dream recall. There are many messages for us in the dream state, therefore remembering our dreams is important for our soul growth.
This type of quartz activates and opens the crown chakra and soul star chakra. When these two chakras are open and activated, it is easier for us to connect with our intuition and divine soul energy.
Keeping your crystals cleared is an important part of working with crystal energy. They often become dull and lose their oomph when used frequently. You can clear your crystals by saging them, putting them in a running body or water, or by placing them in a sea salt mixture. I recommend clearing them at least once a month.
It’s funny doing an embodied video on the crown because it’s the one chakra that is notembodied.
And as you may have guessed, it’s harder to find embodied healing practices for the crown. Because the crown is all about the immaterial, everlasting world of energy. It’s our connection to the Divine and to everything else. It’s our portal to true freedom and bliss.
Still, I think I came up with 5 really strong practices.
Please watch the video as it covers subtleties I don’t include here.
Welcome to the final vlog post for this series where we’re tapping on the #1 shadow quality of each chakra.
If you haven’t done EFT before, check out the #1 Root Chakra Quality Video for this series to learn how to do it. It’ll also help you understand why integrating your shadow is great for releasing chakra blocks.
And here are the other chakra videos for this series:
Root EFT (for money, career, home, and overall health) Sacral EFT (for better relationships, sex, emotional health and joy) Solar Plexus EFT (for more confidence, motivation, energy, and clarity) Heart EFT (for more love, compassion, gratitude, and forgiveness) Throat EFT (for more expression, authenticity, purpose, and honor) Third Eye EFT (for more intuition, ESP, fairness, and equanimity)
We’re now at the highest and final chakra, the crown. This is the energy center that is just above the top of your head, which means it’s not embodied. And it fittingly relates to your connection to Universal Intelligence/The Divine.
It’s the chakra that actually represents a spectrum of color, rather than a single color. Where the crown chakra is closest to our physical body, it is violet and from there it moves upward and eventually turns pure white, the color of the spirit, and also the color that contains all other colors (just as the crown contains all the other chakras).
Sometimes, we close our crown chakra because we’re afraid that if we have too much openness to the Divine, possibilities or even miracles, we won’t be realistic and will be unable to deal with the ‘real world.’
For that reason, I’ve chosen “unrealistic/dreamer” as our crown trait to tap on.
Ironically, once you tap on this, you should find it easier to experience both ends of the energetic spectrum — from being a grounded realist to being a faithful dreamer.
And if you tap on the other four crown shadow qualities that I mention at the end of the video, you will open your highest chakra and your relationship with the Divine even further.
Because most of us start in the root and work our way up as we evolve, this type metaphorically represents the top of the mountain, so it is far more rare than the others.
Many of us open our crown and experience Divine connection, but we don’t live from this chakra and make it the number one priority of our life.
The crown is the only chakra that is off your body and is not affected by the duality of our 3D reality. We describe the crown in different ways, but in it’s essence, it’s really just about one thing: The Divine Field of Love/Intelligence that infuses and connects everything.
It’s not associated with any element or sound, because it’s no one thing — it’s everything.
Here Are Some of the Signs of a Crown Chakra Personality:
Dedicated to living a fully spiritual life.
Genuinely aware that you are one with everyone (that each person is a part of you and you are a part of them)
Habitually, happy, content and/or blissful.
Has an affinity for the color white and tend to wear it.
Lives a life of serving others.
Deeply devoted to the Divine.
Typically practices spiritual rituals regularly.
Practices non-violence (may resist, but only with non-violence).
Two iconic Crown Chakra Personalities are: the Dalai Lama and Gandhi.
Remember this is a very rare personality type (as the main energy). It’s more commonly a complimentary personality type that is combined with another.
Balance Your Crown Chakra With This Easy Visualization Exercise
In this post, we’re going to explore how you can balance your crown chakra really easily with meditation, prayer and visualization.
This is the final installment of a 7-post series, where we have looked at one f-word that captures the essence of each chakra. So far, we have covered the first six chakras and here are their f-words:
1st chakra – foundation
2nd chakra – flow
3rd chakra – fearless
4th chakra – forgiveness
5th chakra – forthright
6th chakra – feminine wisdom
And now, for the f-word for the seventh chakra… Freedom!
The seventh chakra resides above the crown of the head, and is unique from the other chakras in that it is sort of a cord or portal to the divine. It’s what connects us to spirit and gives us a deep sense of inspiration and possibility. It’s our source of true freedom.
It can be helpful to think of the first chakra as total and complete stability (or negatively, as being “stuck”), and the seventh chakra as the polarity of that, pure freedom. They are opposites. The root chakra represents earth and the crown chakra represents sky.
Just as earth and sky balance each other, our physically-grounded body deeply needs the freedom and inspiration of our highest chakra, the crown. Without it, it’s very easy to get depressed. With it, the sky’s the limit.
The easiest way to tap into spirit and balance the crown chakra is to meditate. Many people find the idea of meditation intimidating. They think there’s a particular way you’re supposed to meditate, set up expectations of how meditating should be and decide they must be doing it “wrong.”
You don’t need to know any kind of technique, and you don’t have to worry about doing it “right.” You’re already spirit made flesh. Meditation is just a form of communion with spirit, life and/or one’s own “Higher Self.” As you sit quietly and simply breathe and be present, you honor and balance your seventh chakra.
A different, more active way to tap into your crown chakra is to pray. Again, there is no wrong way to do it. It’s simply communicating with the divine, as you see it. If you speak with heartfelt intention to whomever or whatever you see as your Higher Power, you’re praying.
One more way to connect with spirit is to use this easy crown chakra visualization:
Sit quietly with your eyes closed. Gently focus on the top of your head and imagine you have a sunroof there. See it slide open and imagine white light from the sky pouring into your crown and down your spinal channel. You can imagine that light energy going all the way to the core of the earth and then back up again, and out the crown like a whale’s spout.
This visualization exercise tends to make you feel lighter, more open and connected to spirit.
Of course, one final way to boost your crown chakra is to wear a 7th Chakra Healing Tattoo. A good place to put it is in the back of your “high heart” (between the mid-shoulder blades and the base of your neck).
Now you know the essence of each chakra in seven simple f-words. May your new year will be filled with all of them!
