Are we “sensing” the future or writing the script? Or Both?
That was the question I asked Rob and Trish MacGregor, authors of the blog SynchroSecrets and of their brand new book, Sensing the Future – How to Tap Into Your Intuition and Read Signs From the Universe to Predict What's to Come.
During this fascinating and mind-bending discussion, the three of us mused about the possibility that we are actually creating the story of our life and glimpsing its roadmap through precognition.
If there's any phenomenon that collapses the notion that time and space are fixed aspects of reality, precognition, the ability to “see” into the future is that phenomenon!
But just what is happening when one dreams of an event that will ultimately play out in our 3D world? Physicist David Bohm believed that in such cases, we may be swimming in between the lines of inner and outer or as he put the implicate and explicate.
Whatever the case, precognition (also referred to as omen or premonition) is perhaps one of the most commonly experienced aspects of the “high strangeness” of reality.
In this episode we also discuss how one might glean from the “outer” world the signs and symbols that can portend a future event or guide us on the right path.
The MacGregor's also tell of the amazing (and tragic) stories of Jimi Hendrix and Lynyrd Skynyrd and how their own lyrics played out with dire consequences.
