G-Spot 101: What it is and How to Stimulate it (Video)

In this video, tantra teacher, Adina Rivers shares what she knows about the much-debated G-spot, pointing out that it really is more of an area than a “spot” because it extends the entire length of a woman’s yoni and is connected to the clitoris.
Also, the specific part of it that is usually called the “spot” resides on the upper wall of the vagina just behind the pubic bone. It grows in size and becomes more rigid when stimulated.
The ancients in China and India named this powerful area ‘the sacred spot” and considered it an acupressure point that when massage, could help a woman release emotional and sexual trauma.
Stimulating a woman’s g-spot can give her way more intense orgasms, but knowing the right way to do it is key. Here are some important things you need to keep in mind:
(1) The g-spot is not some magical button you can just press like a light switch.
(2)  Only stimulate the g-spot area after your partner is aroused. Before that, most women don’t get much pleasure from it. And realize that some women don’t get much pleasure from it even after arousal, perhaps due to sexual trauma or inexperience with it. If that’s the case, just treat it as a healing and be patient. Don’t force anything.
(3) G-spot stimulation will only work if your woman can trust you with body, mind and soul, so do whatever is necessary to make her feel safe.
(4) Use your fingers to stimulate this area – two are best – because the penis usually slides right past this area (in most positions).
(5)  Some women ejaculate fluids (known as amrita which means “nectar”) when the g-spot area is stimulated. Don’t freak out. It’s not urine.
With those basics out of the way, here are some ways to awaken the g-spot:
(1)  Before you try to stimulate her g-spot, spend time on her entire body, at least 20-30 minutes.
(2)  When she’s aroused, use one finger to enter her slowly and follow the vaginal canal with your hand upward. When she’s used to one finger, you can add another.
(3)  Three good ways you can stimulate this area are: create little circles with your finger tips, make a “come hither” motion with your fingers, or press inward.
(4)  Don’t forget to stimulate her clitoris at the same time as the two are connected.
(5)  You can also gently press on her lower abdomen while doing the come hither motion inside.
Always remember that every woman is different so really pay attention to her body and her response to whatever you do.
