Are you sitting all day or not very active? Chances are you struggle with bad posture. If you’re walking down the street chances are you see people with shoulders rounded forward head poking out in front and they are walking around like this all day long. What your posture should look like is shoulders back, head upright.

    Seriously, what are you going to do later that you can’t do now?
    Nobody needs to live longer than 65 unless they’re actually doing some good instead of just mooching off the system

    This guy talks about exercises for posture, but the first two he show have literally no ability to improve posture, or function. I should’ve known from the smith machine parked behind him. Anyone that can’t perform a free standing back squat or deadlift shouldn’t be telling people how to improve their posture. Posture is an active event, as Gravity is unyielding. This guy is a joke
