Posted by on December 31, 2014 in Conscious Living, Manifestation / LOA, Thrive with 0 Comments

Every New Year, people make resolutions to change their life. Only 8% of people who set New Year’s resolutions actually succeed. What is the secret to keeping them?

There are three main reasons we have trouble keeping our resolutions:

  1. There are often too many.
  2. They’re too vague
  3. They’re too difficult

Do this:

  1. Stick to 1-3 goals
  2. Keep them specific and doable
  3. Share your goals with your friends.
  4. Practice self-forgiveness when you slip-up and get right back on track
