Why You Must Stop Giving the Government the Power to Play God

In the name of national security, the interest of the state and the so-called greater good, freedom continues to come under attack by government officials who believe that they alone possess the power to determine, define and distribute our constitutional rights. Yet, as John W. Whitehead argues in this episode of On Target, those who founded this country believed that our rights were given to us by God—and that government cannot create nor can they extinguish our God-given rights. To do so would be to anoint the government with god-like powers and elevate it above the citizenry.

God only enslaved us. Human rights, by contrast, were authored by HUMANS in the 1940s. Young or old, we can’t have a meaningful or even truthful discussion of “this issue” -for as long as the confusion outlined in the caption persists.

As for the article’s title: it expresses the author’s fear of the Big Brother era of East Europe, whereas communism actually deserves another chance in the First World, on account of: Roosevelt was a compassionate and generous communist.

Had the Versaille Treaty prevented WW2, the U.S.A. would’ve continued to refine and modernise left-wing policy. Thus, the aim of Obama Care could’ve been realised as early as the 60s.

Instead of the U.S.A. choosing to inspire the world with an egalitarian healthcare system, the murderous PEPFAR of the Clintons is forcefully prescribing industrial quantities of the highly toxic pharmaceutical product, Azidothymidine, to Swazis with a healthy CD4 count as we speak. Worse, they don’t DNA test us to prevent death by an allergic reaction to Abacavir -a complement of Azidothymidine in Antiretroviral Therapy.

The U.S’ right wing is playing Satan in Africa, not God.

Human rights are only in place as an excuse for war so dont really exist eigther…

    • 1073545376001940@facebook.com' Nomvuyo Mncina says:

No way -human rights are the backlash to war, not a justification for it. If human rights were respected, nationalism would take a back seat as world leaders would be prevented by the citizenry from aggressing against vulnerable countries. Human rights are an institution of perfect empathy, we just need to keep refining it.

    • 1580003805662958@facebook.com' Darren Webb says:

you say “if human rights were respected”. Thats exactly it, IF. They are not respcted by govrnments as they do not exist…

  10. mick@ireland.com' St. Germaine (the person of freedom) says:

The Constitution is inspired by the Indian Law and Great Six Nations and is Indian Law, as shared by the late Lakota patriot Russell Means,
where there are checks and balances to keep federal
government small enough to assist local governments to
to take power and in charge of their own affairs.

“For those that believe, God is god’s job: the federal government cannot act god, because that is not it’s role or designed function (hence, the past entanglements and messes now needing to be addressed, resolved and freed) … nor can America pretend to be another country (Denmark, Mexico, or “israel”) – hence ….
the current problems as a result of not being true
to one’s will, spirit of a nation.”

America (with the founding fathers and great ancestors)
lives and prospers successfully as a complete and whole being/country under it’s own original instructions as it was birthed from the very beginning and before: true liberty and liberatarianism principles where the power rests in the hands of the public, the individual states, the people, the individual, and residences in the ultimate

True America was never designed to be of a monarchy ruled under one” king” or “leader”, but to be a country assisted by many self-liberating states and liberating leaders, as
was exemplified by the Six Nations, who met regularly
across the land (which allows for checks and balances).
    (Liberation vs. welfarism and saviourhood.)

Dr. Ron Paul and Russell Means: a much
smaller government and self-responsibility = freedom, happiness, peace, prosperity, and personal liberty. You are
free to be responsible ~ (Russell Means).

the public renewing civic studies in schools (Richard Dreyfus, actor-humanitarian-activist).

Preserving and sharing liberty protects life
and the miracle of life ~ the 4 systems of the
democrat, republic, socialism, welfarism platforms do not
extend nor promote the life urge consciousness
and love of life … the aliveness and eternal spirit that liberty and libertarianism can. true liberty
    is the ancestor’s vision!

“It is important to remember that real everlasting life is always an advance into greater liberty and conscious control over the choices in one’s life. Physical immortality is the perfection of liberty. It is a pathway which progressively overcomes all restrictions. It is a pathway which leads to superabundancies of health, joy, and creativity.”

  11. 1098852770147859@facebook.com' Dana Doran says:

For all those who do not believe in God, the federal government IS the highest authority…..and the rights we believe exist because they were given to us by God, have been codified. The problem is that because those rights have been codified, they are subject to regulation by the government….the same government that rules as if it were God…..smaller government, more freedom – it’s that simple.

‘S true, but You’ve also got to accept that We in’t gone be w/out gov’t anytime soon. So, IF there’re going to be people in charge of certain things concerning a country’s citizens, ‘d be better they be blessed to perform their roles more efficiently & effectively moreso than jus’ be criticized for their short-comings/shortfalls or even they failings everyday. ‘F You can do a better job, or WOULD EVEN shoulder any’a’the weight, do! If You reckon the place’d run fine w/out a gov’t, that’s anotha’ story. I don’t believe the gov’t absolutely necessary tbh … as The True Gov’t remains The True Gov’t despite “gov’t”, but remember, God’s work in’t done by God alone, but by SUM people. Surely tho, as where God-given rights’re concerned, “gov’t” as You’ve referred 2, ought to have ZERO rights to extinguish tho!

  13. 1167167773314204@facebook.com' Giresh Thani says:

But You don’t reveal Yourself as 2 conscious @tm of where SUM of GOD’s REAL POWER IS actually coming thru SUM PEOPLE in the political system @tm.

  14. 1167167773314204@facebook.com' Giresh Thani says:

‘S like You conscious, but yet not aware.
