Why Meditation is So Critical to Our Well Being

Is Meditation as critical to our well being as we are led to believe, and if so then how do we utilize it to our best advantage?

The Power of Meditation

There’s no doubt that meditation takes practice and many choose to either give up on it or dismiss it as being a waste of time. Certainly, when starting out, we may find it challenging to say the least to quieten our minds, as it has practically become ‘the norm’ for our mind to be in a state of constant chatter and endless thought.

Yet what are the true benefits of our persistence? Why is meditation so critical to our well being?

In the video above, Abraham explains that meditation helps us to accomplish our alignment and increase our influence; for without connection to source energy, we have hardly any influence at all.

Once in alignment, we have clarity of thought; we are in tune and connected, we gain clarity of inspiration and our timing increases exponentially leading to more and more unfolding of the things we truly want.

Abraham describes meditation as being ‘hooked in’ to our back up system. People not in alignment often gather together to complain and spread hatred or gloom and compared to just one person who is in alignment, such a crowd will usually appear to be more powerful as they stand in their numbers than just one solitary person.

Yet this is not so!

One person standing in their light and connected to source energy can be way more powerful than the crowd.

How can this be so?

Abraham likens the crowd in their disconnection from source to a person vacuuming their living room without plugging the vacuum cleaner into a power socket.

Whilst they expend much energy, make plenty of marks on the carpet and vacuum every square inch of the room; unless the vacuum cleaner is connected to an energy source then all of their efforts will be in vain.

This is why they feel such discontent and dissatisfaction in their lives and with their situation!

If we wish to help people improve their lives, or help the crowd to feel less anger, we will be unable to do so unless we are tuned in and are holding them as our object of attention.

When we feel anger back at them then we are ONE OF THEM!

If we are not bothered by who they are we can help them. By meditating and aligning ourselves with source energy we can hold one or all of them with our attention. Through meditation, we find our influence.

Thoughts during Meditation

When we have practiced quietening our minds during meditation often a thought will ‘pop in’. When this happens we can know that having found our quiet place the thought has not come from our conscious mind. If our mind is quiet there is no resistant thought in our vibration and so our vibration rises. We are on the same parr as our inner being.

With this knowledge, we may follow through on our impulses knowing they have come from Infinite Intelligence.

We witness the evolution and the benefit which comes from true knowing.
