Did Jordan Smith Just Perform the Best Ever Version of “Somewhere Over the Rainbow”?

Jordan Smith, the winner of The Voice, recently gave an incredibly beautiful performance when he sang “Over The Rainbow” live on the Today Show. Is it the best ever? It's hard to top the versions by the late Judy Garland (from the Wizard of Oz) or the late Israel “IZ” Kamakawiwoʻole, which are both shown below. Listen to all three and pick your favorite (if you can) – then share your thoughts.
