Astrology Overview for Oct 26-Nov 01, 2015

The week begins with the Sun continuing to find a toe hold in the sign of Scorpio. In fact, on Tuesday the Full Moon in Taurus quickly challenges the Sun's new location. In broad terms this asks us all to be more conscious of balancing our financial ins and outgoings, at least in a more prosaic way, where as in a more spiritual one, it's all about how we share things with people. Greater intensity around all sorts of relationships can ensue from this over the next couple of weeks.

Also on Monday and Tuesday Mercury continues its intense opposition with Uranus, which was to the fore at the end of last week. This creates a lot of electric energy, and the potential for sudden connections, conversations, or even disagreements, where anyone's individuality or independence feels compromised. However, this can feed into the Full Moon, and if you think you're in a relationship where the other person tends to be rather controlling and possessive, this could turn up the temperature even more.

However more positively Venus does combine with Mars, beautifully from Monday through to the end of the week. The thus these two other planets of love, and in the sign of Virgo, ask us to be more conscious of the give-and-take in relationships, and of being rather more sacrificing. So if any issues to come up on the back of the Full Moon, with the thorough detailing that the Virgo energy lends to both Venus and Mars, where there's a will, there is a way to put things onto a better footing.

The first half of this week also sees Venus combining with Jupiter. Being generous to people who are less fortunate with our time, energy and potentially even charitable donations is something that can be boosted by this. If you are looking to meet somebody new romantically, don't be surprised if you do find the spark of attraction in the most ordinary of places this week. I can't promise that you'll meet the love of your life in the checkout queue at the supermarket, but it's in more humdrum situations that positivity can flow.

The second half of the week also sees the Sun forging a really super link with Neptune. The Neptune has been a bit of a bugbear in the heavens this year, but in this situation is entirely positive. In it can help us to be more self-sacrificing, and less concerned with the ego demands of getting our own way, or getting our voices heard. Again, the theme of helping other people could be benefited by this.
