How to Handle Haters (Video from Ralph Smart)

Source: Infinite Waters (Diving Deep)

In this video, Ralph Smart of Infinite Waters Diving Deep shares several ways you can handle your haters.

First, he says, it’s important to realize you have no haters. Why? Because love and hate are two sides of the same coin. When someone loves you, they’re thinking about you all the time. And when someone “hates” you, they’re thinking about you all the time too. So you only have people who are focusing on you!

If you think you have a hater in your life, thank them for helping you to become your greatest version, because the only real relationship that matters is the one you have with yourself. Besides, you can never know if someone actually feels about you the way you think they do. Also, we are only worried about someone else’s authenticity when we’re out of our own authenticity. So don’t change for your so-called haters. Just be more authentic.

Most people are perceiving you from the lens of their own problems. Don’t focus on them. Focus on your lovers and supporters and you'll only feel love and support in your life.

The bottom line is nobody can hate you more than you hate yourself. So if you have a hater, use them as impetus to love and understand yourself more, and to be more authentic.

Don’t let anyone or anything hold you back. Keep moving forward!
