CLN RADIO NEW EPISODE – Collective Psychosis, Curse or Gift?

Alexis speaks with controversial and celebrated spiritual philosopher Paul Levy about the Collective Psychosis of Humanity

While perusing articles on our own CLN website, I “stumbled” upon a post whose title immediately caught my attention: Collective Psychosis – The Greatest Sickness Epidemic of Humanity.

Curious, I immediately went to read the piece, which I did with great interest.

Given the collective madness that many of us are finding impossible to ignore, I thought perhaps the author of “Collective Psychosis” might shed some light on this perplexing and disturbing phenomenon. What is it? Why is it? And why is it so pervasive right now?

After being completely consumed and impressed with how this article distilled so eloquently the basis for what has been called by the Native Americans wetiko, a literal virus of the mind or malignant egophrenia, I knew I'd then have to explore this subject (and the man behind the article) much farther.

And this I did!

Paul Levy, the author, the trailblazer and the man whose work Sting has called “…a royal gift for all of us” is our guest today on Higher Journeys Radio.

StingI always look forward to reading Paul’s work; it stimulates me to greater heights of lucidity, disturbs me enough to awaken me out of my complacency, and encourages me to fly on the wings of the creative imagination. The world would be a better place if everyone read this book [called Dispelling Wetiko]. His vision is a royal gift for all of us. It makes me want to sing. Bravo! – Sting

What you are about to hear may be challenging for some of you to hear, and for others it may just be the antidote that you’ve been long searching for. As always, only you can decide.

In this episode of HJ Radio we discuss:

  • Looking at wetiko as a “virus of the mind.”
  • Is our present state of consciousness due to some “fall of mankind?”
  • Diabolic vs. symbolic. What is the significance of each.
  • The daemon vs. the demon. Do each of us have aspects of both?
  • Can we be tricked into giving our soul away?
  • How and why no one is outside of this “collective psychosis.”
  • Is there a gift embedded in the curse of wetiko?

  1. A Native American grandfather was talking to his grandson about how he felt. He said, “I feel as if I have two wolves fighting in my heart. One wolf is the vengeful, angry, violent one. The other wolf is the loving, compassionate one.” The grandson asked him, “Which wolf will win the fight in your heart?” The grandfather answered: “The one I feed.”
