This week we're looking at Chakra Cycle #4 that spans from age 22-28. It's based on the heart chakra and builds on whatever foundation of love we received when we were four years old.
The heart chakra cycle is all about learning to be open and to love and to let love in. It's also about kindness, compassion, forgiveness, gratitude, and healing.
The heart chakra is the center, balancing chakra, so when it's doubly strong (at age 25 and again at 75), it's an incredible experience. But it's not a good time to jump into a life-long love commitment. Because during this cycle, we are literally in love with being in love, so it's not the most discerning time romantically.
