Mind-Body Connection

Wetiko, is an illness of the psyche, soul and spirit that has been at the root of humanity’s inhumanity to itself, for the past 2000 years. Like a higher-dimensional, alien form of psychic foliage, the wetiko germ implants its seeds into and takes root and germinates within our mind, distracting and deviating us from our true vocation, calling and spiritual path.

In a new study published in the journal Emotion, a team of researchers made the case that happiness is hogging more than its fair share of the attention as the emotion most strongly connected to a healthier body. Rather, the study authors found, the ability to feel a wide range of positive emotions — what they termed “emotional diversity,” or “emodiversity” — may be the link to better health.

Yoga has become an immensely popular form of physical activity and relaxation in recent years. Those who practice it on a regular basis are constantly raving about its physical and mental benefits, and rightfully so. Regular practice can lead to increased strength, flexibility, and focus, and decrease one’s proneness to injury.

Ancient masters noticed how healing nature felt. Music using this scale felt healing to them as well. Up until the Renaissance, this frequency pattern was enjoyed when people listened to most music.
