EPA Whistleblower Exposes the Ongoing Geoengineering Omnicide (AUDIO)

By Peter A. Kirby | Activist Post

We have passed another major turning point in our noble anti-geoengineering movement. Chalk up another huge ‘W’ for Dane Wigington at GeoengineeringWatch.org. The man is on a tear.

On the 16th of last month, Dane published an interview with a retired U.S. Air Force Major General named Richard H. Roellig. Major General Roellig expressed that he is aware of and concerned about the current, ongoing large-scale uncontrolled climate geoengineering experiments.

Outdoing even this, on the 21st of last month, Dane posted an interview with a former employee of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) named Michael Davis. Mr. Davis is an expert who has firsthand knowledge of the hard scientific evidence proving that we are being sprayed with massively destructive substances that work synergistically with the so-called ‘fluoride’ in our drinking water to make us die and ruin our planet.

Davis expounds upon the abject cowardice and selfishness of the legions of chair-warmers at the EPA who are willing to watch the world burn so that they may receive a big paycheck. People like that are anathema to a healthy and prosperous society. Television controls their minds. The corporate superstate is their mother and father. Complimenting Davis’ revelations, Wigington breaks protocol and names names of people in important positions of power who are fully aware of the geoengineering situation, but do nothing about it. Listen to the tension in their voices and how carefully they choose their words. They are both fully aware of just how crucial this information is.

I don’t want to hear any more complaints about cuts to the EPA’s budget. The EPA does not protect us. They protect the corporate establishment and make sure that the citizen is effectively murdered. The entire agency should be abolished.

I’m so glad I never ever said a bad word about Dane Wigington. I’ve heard lots of them spoken about him to me by fellow anti-geoengineering activists; people I trust and respect. There may still be some validity to what they say, but the proof is in the pudding. My response to criticism of the man has always been to say that the bottom line is that he is doing good work by raising awareness.

You Can Heal Your Heart Chakra with These 5 Shadow Qualities

Hello Beautiful Soul, welcome to part four of my series on the main shadow qualities of each chakra. We have now completed the lower chakras — root, sacral and solar plexus — and we are looking at the “bridge chakra,” the heart.

Just to be clear, in this series, we are shedding light on the “dark” shadow or the “negative” qualities of each chakra. So far, in the lower chakras, we have been looking at the qualities that arise when we have a LOT of the energy of the root, sacral or solar plexus.

When we get to the upper chakras, the throat, third eye and crown, we will be looking at the opposite — what qualities arise when we have very LITTLE of the energy of the throat, third eye or crown.

The heart is the “bridge” chakra in the middle, so we could look at what qualities arise when we have too little focus on our connection to others or when we have too much.

I’ve decided to do the latter – and approach the heart chakra in the same way I’ve dealt with the lower three chakras.

If you haven’t yet watched the other videos of this series, please watch the intro video here and then watch these 3 videos (especially the first one as it goes into the shadow integration healing modalities in more detail):

5 Shadow Qualities of the Root Chakra

5 Shadow Qualities of the Sacral Chakra

5 Shadow Qualities of the Solar Plexus Chakra

This week we’re looking at the shadow qualities of the heart. This chakra resides in the center of your chest and it’s green and related to the easy breezy element of air. Its’s associated with love, compassion, peace, healing, kindness and your connection to others.

It’s our middle energy center (number 4 out of 7) so when all of your chakras are strong and aligned, you naturally end up here in the balance point of our heart chakra, because your energetic essence IS love.

The heart is a popular chakra socially and spiritually, because it is the compassionate energy center that invites us to connect with and take care of others (whereas, in contrast, the solar plexus asks us to take care of self and be independent of others).

So clearly, the heart is the social chakra. But because taking care of yourself needs to precede taking care of others (if you want to properly take care of others), when the heart chakra focus of putting others first takes over our lives without the healthy solar plexus chakra interest in equally honoring ourselves, we can fall into some odd subconscious, shadow patterns.

Here are the 5 Shadow Qualities of the Heart Chakra

  1. Dependent (Gift = Our Humanity & Connections to Others)
  2. Martyr (Gift = Seeing & Valuing Our Contributions)
  3. Victim (Gift = Awareness of Our Pain & Taking Responsibility)
  4. Weak (Gift = Cultivates Connection & Compassion)
  5. Doormat (Gift = Awareness of Your Big Heart & Oneness with Others)

Remember that it’s not enough to just know this information, you need to anchor it into the cells of your body with shadow integration methods.

Work with these:

  1. Find the gift of each chakra quality. I share some here, but it can be even more powerful when you find your personal gifts. What does each shadow quality give you?
  2. Tap on each shadow quality. You can watch my video on tapping to heal your throat chakra to learn the simple and powerful EFT technique.
  3. Elicit memories of any time you’ve ever embodied each chakra shadow quality.
  4. Love yourself (as a child or adult) when you’ve embodied each quality.
  5. Take back your shadow projections. One easy way is to fill out Byron Katie’s Judge Your Neighbor Worksheet and then do the work.

The key is to go beyond knowing about shadow and embrace it with practices and participation.

I love the spiritual warrior in you!!

Love and blessings,

Vicki

How Are Universal Frequencies Affecting You This Week (September 3-9, 2018)?

By Robert G. O’Leary and Sharry Edwards | The Institute of BioAcoustic Biology and Soundhealth

Editor’s Note: We have all read astrological predictions & some swear by, and plan their lives around, them. Well, not only are the “stars” affecting you; “universal frequencies” (a/k/a “BioAcoustic Keynotes”), are too.

How do they work? Well, everything in your body, and what we put into it, has a numeric frequency (a Frequency Equivalent (TM), or FE, for short). The body is incredibly system-redundant, as shown by how 1 pressure point can address symptoms in different body parts & systems. So, 1 FE can correspond to a muscle & biochemical simultaneously, such as an inability to open a pickle jar tends to indicate a weak lower thumb muscle & also correlates to zinc. Presenting that 1 FE will improve the performance of both.

Light is also expressed as frequency. So when we discuss this, we can say the following: Universal Frequency/BioAcoustic Key Note = a color = a Frequency Equivalent of a body part and/or biochemical/pathogen/toxin. Right now, the Universal Frequency is still in the color, Yellow Green, represented by the end of the note of F & astrologically we are in the sign of Virgo. This means that we are in the 3rd to 4th part of the color scheme of ROYGBIV. See how this affects YOU by reading below! We would love to hear how and whether anything in our weekly column resonates with how you feel during the week. If so, please leave a comment in the comments section below.

Muscles affected this week:

C-5: is one of your vertebrae, which sits at the bottom of your neck. It acts through the nerve connections, with your vocal cords, neck glands, and pharynx. Because of these connections, and depending upon your brain dominance, you may feel these muscles weaker or stronger this week. Those who use their voices a lot for public speaking or singing, et al, would do well to take more time with your vocal exercises in order to help them to serve you well this week.

You may also find that you experience hoarseness or a sore throat this week. It may feel like you are coming down with something, but these may pass as the week progresses. Source: “Interactive Spine”

Interspinales: We take the spine for granted, but it is made up of a significant number of muscles and nerves which enable it to support us physically and in so many other ways. There are layers of muscles in your back that attach to, and around, the spine, called superficial, intermediate, and deep, respectively. The interspinales muscles are in the deep muscle group. It is part of a subgroup, called the “segmental muscles” (as opposed to the spinotransversales, erector spinae/transversospinales and suboccipital muscles in the deep muscle group). The segmental muscles connects between different spinal segments on either side in line with what they call the “interspinous ligament”. The interspinales muscles are found in the cervical, thoracic and lumbar region and can be found in the cervical, thoracic and lumbar regions, meaning most of your back (only omitting the sacral vertebrae). Source: “Interspinales”

Platysma is a muscle, we’ve talked about before, and that runs from below your upper chest and deltoid up to the bottom of your face. It can lower the jaw, works in part to bring down the lower lip and form a melancholic expression or grimace. Source: “Platysma muscle”

Semispinalis Thoracis: Another back muscle – this one originates from the Sixth Throacic Vertebrae and extends to the Cervical 6th Vertebrae, which is about half of the back and the first part of the neck. This large muscle allows us to extend the cervical part of the spine (i.e., your neck) and the thoracic section of your back. It also allows us to flex those same parts of the body side-to-side as well as to rotate them. Source: “Semispinalis Throacis Muscle”

T-10: is one of your vertebrae which sits in your middle back region. It acts through nerve connections to influence our kidneys. Dysfunction in this area may bring on kidney issues, hardening of your arteries, chronic fatigue, and conditions called pyelitis and nephritis. Source: “Interactive Spine”

Supraspinatus: This muscle assists your deltoid (one of the shoulder muscles) to begin the action of abducting the arm at joint of the shoulder (a joint called the glenohumeral joint). It also assists with keeping the shoulder stabilized. One of the trigger points for this muscle is active this week. Source: “Supraspinatus Muscles”

Latissimus Dorsi: is flat and large muscle that connects between the back of the arm and the back, one which is partly covered by the trapezius muscle. The word latissimus dorsi (which is pluralized as latissimi dorsi) is a Latin word which means the “broadest [muscle] of the back”, and is colloquially called “lats,” a usage you will especially hear around workout centers.

This muscle is responsible for such motions as “extensionadduction, transverse extension also known as horizontal abduction, flexion from an extended position, and (medial) internal rotation of the shoulder joint. It also has a synergistic role in extension and lateral flexion of the lumbar spine.”

This muscle is one of the muscles used while doing pull ups, at which time it will also affect the movement of the scapulae. This muscle can be trained for increased strength, power, or size with such exercises as pull-downs and pull-ups (a/k/a chin-ups), rowing exercises, pull-overs, deadlifts, and lat pull-ins. Source: “Latissimus Dorsi Muscle” https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Latissimus_dorsi_muscle

Serratus Anterior: is a muscle that sits under the arms and just behind the chest muscles. It functions to pull the scapula forward around the thorax, so it counters the motion of the rhomboid muscle. It also acts on the scapula to help to elevate the arm and works with the scapula and rhomboids to help with breathing. One helpful way to think about this muscle is as the “big swing muscle” or “boxer’s muscle” as it is mostly responsible for protraction of the scapula, meaning it pulls it forward and around your rib cage in order to help you to throw a punch. Lastly, this very useful muscle allows us to lift a weight up and overhead by coordinating with our trapezius muscles. The trigger point for this muscle is active this week. Source: “Serratus Anterior Muscle”

Quadrate of Loins a/k/a Lumbar Quadrate Muscle: Some muscles are just so big that their striations relate to different Frequency Equivalents (FEs) [TM]. The Deltoid Muscle is another muscle that has numerous striations and has their Frequency Equivalents generally clustered in a certain range of frequencies.

So, if you have issues with the Quadrate of Loins in general, you may have been “feeling” that muscle quite a bit in the last couple of weeks. Likewise, those with shoulder issues will “feel” that muscle when we enter the time of year in which the Frequency Equivalents of the deltoid cluster roll around.

This is also a muscle which originates from the iliac crest, the lower lumbar vertebrae, and the iliolumbar ligament, and inserts on the higher end into the twelfth rib and upper lumbar vertebrae. It receives its neural (i.e., nerve) energy from the so-called “upper lumbar nerve.” This muscle functions to abduct the trunk of the body. Source: “Lumbar Quadrate Muscle”

Rectus Abdominus: This is a large muscle in your abdomen that countervails the action of your diaphragm, but it does so much more, as indicated by www.innerbodyimage.com, a website, in the following quote:

The rectus abdominis muscles, commonly referred to as the “abs,” are a pair of long, flat muscles that extend vertically along the entire length of the abdomen adjacent to the umbilicus. Each muscle consists of a string of four fleshy muscular bodies connected by narrow bands of tendon, which give it a lumpy appearance when well defined and tensed. This lumpy appearance results in the rectus abdominis muscles being referred to as the “six-pack.”
The name rectus abdominis comes from the Latin words for “straight” and “abdominal,” indicating that its fibers run in a straight vertical line through the abdominal region of the body.

The rectus abdominis has its origins along the superior edge of the pubis bone and the pubic symphysis in the pelvis. Its insertions are at the inferior edges of the costal cartilages of the fifth through seventh ribs and at the xiphoid process of the sternum. A covering of connective tissue known as the rectus sheath surrounds the rectus abdominis muscles and provides attachment points for the internal and external oblique muscles that flank them on both sides. Between the rectus abdominis muscles is a thick mass of white fibrous connective tissue called the linea alba that unites the abdominal muscles of the left and right sides.

The rectus abdominis muscle performs the important task of flexing the torso and spine in the abdominal region. It does this by pulling the ribcage closer to the pelvis. The rectus abdominis can also tense to contract the abdomen without moving the torso, as in sucking in one’s gut. Contraction of the abdomen results in increased pressure within the abdominopelvic cavity and is useful to push substances out of the body during exhalation, defecation, and urination. Source: “Rectus Abdominis Muscle”

Pyramidalis: a small muscle in the lower abdomen behind the Rectus Abdominus that is absent in about 1 in 5 human beings (Source: “Pyramidalis”);

S-5: is a part of your sacral vertebrae or sacrum. It acts through the nerve connections, to influence your bum and hip bones. Dysfunction in this area may manifest as sacroiliac conditions. Source: “Interactive Spine” https://www.chiroone.net

Vastus Intermedius: is a muscle which begins at the front and side surfaces of the upper 2/3’s of the femur bone, and sits under the rectus femoris muscle and from the lower area of the lateral intermuscular septum. It stops deep inside of the quadriceps femoris muscle’s tendon.

This muscle runs parallel to the vastus medialis muscle and sometimes look like they are together as the same muscle.

This muscle is a part of the so-called quadriceps muscle, abbreviated as “quads.” Yet, it is one of the harder to stretch muscles, particularly once you have flexed your knee fully. It is a deeper muscle than the vastus lateralis and vastus medialis, making it harder to massage than the other two muscles. Source: “Vastus Intermedius Muscle” https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vastus_intermedius_muscle

Lumbricales: muscles of the hand working to facilitate certain hand movement, such as the upswing in handwriting and these muscles are unique in that they connect to tendons and not to bone (Source: “Lumbricales of the hand” ).

In our biochemicals section, we have a cell salt (one of a set of biochemicals which I find fascinating), an often used and impactful amino acid, an enzyme, as well as one of the most popular probiotics. Lastly, it contains one of the most popular vitamins on the market, Vitamin C.

Biochemicals in stress this week:

Potassium Phosphate Cell Salt: We have not seen cell salts in a while. Not often talked about in general, or even alternative media, they are really amazing. Little tiny pills work from the cellular level to support your body, in its efforts to self-maintain and self-heal, in so many different ways. This particular cell salt works particularly in the nerves and muscles of the body, helping the body to address such things as nervousness (from the mundane type up to the level of nervousness that affects organs of the body, such as so-called “nervous heart trouble”), melancholy, and sleep discomfort, as well as learning disorders.  Source: “No. 5. (6) Potassium phosphate – Kali Phos”

Arginine: This is an amino acid that has been found to have a powerful impact on several body
systems and is used in certain medications (Ibuprofen) and in the following medical treatments:

-Congestive heart failure;
-Chest pain;
-High blood pressure;
-Coronary artery disease; -Intermittent claudication (leg pain due to blocked arteries);
-Chemotherapy; and
-Fighting weight loss in AIDS patients;
-Reducing infections;
-improving would healing;
-Shortening recovery time after surgery;
-In the elderly, decreased mental capacity (i.e., senile dementia);
-Erectile Dysfunction; and
-Male Infertility

Others use it for the following purposes:

-Preventing the common cold;
-Improving kidney function after having a kidney transplant;
-Pre-eclampsia (i.e., high blood pressure during pregnancy);
-Improvement of athletic performance;
-topically, to speed up would healing;
-topically, to increase blood flow in cold hands and feet, particularly for diabetes sufferers;
-topically, for men and women with sexual problems;
-Boosting of the immune system function; and
-Preventing inflammation in the digestive tract of premature infants.

It reportedly works by being converted by your body into another chemical, nitric oxide, which opens your blood vessels wider to improve the flow of blood and lower pressure and by stimulating a release of human growth hormone, insulin and other beneficial chemicals in the body. Source: “L-Arginine”

Lactobacillus Acidophilus: is a type of “friendly” bacteria, one of many. Found in yogurts and dietary supplements, as well as our digestive urinary and genital tracts, it is utilized to aid in addressing the following:

-Lactose Intolerance;
-Diarrhea;
-Colic;
-Crohn’s Disease;
-Irritable Bowel Syndrome;
-Inflammation in the colon;
-H Pylori;
-Necrotizing Enterocolitis;
-Vaginal yeast infection & UTIs;
-Childhood respiratory infections;
-Fever blisters;
-Canker sores;
-Eczema;
-Acne;
-High cholesterol;
-Lyme Disease;
-Hives;
-Boost the immune system; and
-The common cold in adults. Source: “Lactobacillus”

Ascorbate (a/k/a Vitamin C): one of the important vitamins in our Recommended Daily Allowance List and also used by some beneficially in far larger doses, intravenously and orally. Source: “Vitamin C”

Amylase: is an enzyme that you don’t hear much about. Here is more about it:

Amylase /ˈæmɪleɪz/ is an enzyme that catalyses the hydrolysis of starch into sugars. Amylase is present in the saliva of humans and some other mammals, where it begins the chemical process of digestion. Foods that contain large amounts of starch but little sugar, such as rice and potatoes, may acquire a slightly sweet taste as they are chewed because amylase degrades some of their starch into sugar. The pancreas and salivary gland make amylase (alpha amylase) to hydrolyse dietary starch into disaccharides and trisaccharides which are converted by other enzymes to glucose to supply the body with energy. Plants and some bacteria also produce amylase. As diastase, amylase was the first enzyme to be discovered and isolated (by Anselme Payen in 1833). [1] Specific amylase proteins are designated by different Greek letters. All amylases are glycoside hydrolases and act on α-1,4-glycosidic bonds. Source: “Amylase”

Cis-Aconitic Acid: is one part of the Krebs Cycle (a/k/a the “Citric Acid Cycle” or the “Tricarboxylic Acid”), which is an important body system responsible for energy production-one that the Institute of BioAcoustic Biology and Soundhealth analyzes regularly for its clients with fatigue and other issues. More specific information about this important cycle is as follows:

The Citric Acid Cycle…is a series of chemical reactions used by all aerobic organisms to generate energy through the oxidation of acetate derived from carbohydrates, fats and proteins into carbon dioxide and chemical energy in the form of adenosine triphosphate (ATP). In addition, the cycle provides precursors of certain amino acids as well as the reducing agent NADH that is used in numerous other biochemical reactions. Its central importance to many biochemical pathways suggests that it was one of the earliest established components of cellular metabolism and may have originated abiogenically.[3][4]

The name of this metabolic pathway is derived from citric acid (a type of tricarboxylic acid) that is consumed and then regenerated by this sequence of reactions to complete the cycle. In addition, the cycle consumes acetate (in the form of acetyl-CoA) and water, reduces NAD+ to NADH, and produces carbon dioxide as a waste byproduct. The NADH generated by the TCA cycle is fed into the oxidative phosphorylation (electron transport) pathway. The net result of these two closely linked pathways is the oxidation of nutrients to produce usable chemical energy in the form of ATP.

In eukaryotic cells, the citric acid cycle occurs in the matrix of the mitochondrion. In prokaryotic cells, such as bacteria which lack mitochondria, the TCA reaction sequence is performed in the cytosol with the proton gradient for ATP production being across the cell’s surface (plasma membrane) rather than the inner membrane of the mitochondrion. Enkephalin Met-5: is one of the chemicals in our body that help the body deal with pain. Source: “Enkephalin Met-5 Source: Contribution of Endogenous Enkephalins to the Enhanced Analgesic Effects of Supraspinal m Opioid Receptor Agonists after Inflammatory Injury” and Source: “Enkephalin”

Vitamin K: found in Brussels sprouts, broccoli, and leafy green vegetables, broccoli, and Brussels sprouts, Vitamin K is used to improve blood clotting, prevent and treat weak bones due to osteoporosis, and even counteracts the symptom of itching that victims of the liver disease, biliary cirrhosis, often suffer. Topically it can be used as a cream for spider veins, bruising, scars, rosacea, burns and even stretch marks. Source: Find a Vitamin or Supplement: Vitamin K”

Strontium: is one of the chemical elements, with the symbol Sr, with an atomic number of 38. It is also an alkaline earth metal having a soft, yellowish and silver-white metal which is very reactive chemically. When oxidized, it forms a dark layer. It often bonds with the minerals putnisite, strontianite, and Celestine.

Strontium is stable in its natural state, but has been synthesized to become a radioactive isotope and is one of the most dangerous parts of nuclear testing fallout. On the periodic table, Strontium is a neighbor of calcium which means that it is chemically similar. As such, it is easily absorbed by the body, like calcium. This means that it reaches our bones, where it attaches to the surface. For young children, it can adversely affect bone growth.

This mineral was named by its discoverers, Adair Crawford and William Cruickshank, out of respect for a Scottish village, called Strontian, which was located near the site in which it was discovered in 1790. It has since been used in the processing of beets, cathode ray tubes for television (to block the emission of X-Rays out of television program emissions), faceplate glass, but its use has fallen off since cathode ray tubes and other uses of the element have declined dramatically. One area in which it is still used, in the form of Strontium Salts, where it is used to give fireworks their red color. Source: “Strontium” https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Strontium

Lipotropin Hormone: This is a hormone you hardly ever hear about. Learn more about it below:

Lipotropin is an amino acid created naturally by the human pituitary gland that functions as a growth hormone. In particular, it stimulates the growth of soft muscle fibers, and can also play a role in proper metabolic functioning. Most healthy people produce the right amounts to facilitate normal growth and development, but the hormone has been synthesized and extracted for use in medications as well, and is often a part of treatment for various developmental and growth issues. People sometimes also take supplements or synthetic versions in order to intentionally grow healthy muscles larger. This practice is perhaps most popular amongst athletes and bodybuilders. Since the hormone is natural it doesn’t usually show up on steroid screens or other doping tests, but excessive use has nevertheless been banned by many professional sporting associations. People sometimes also choose this supplement as a means of countering the natural effects of aging, but results in these cases tend to be mixed.

Secretion Basics: The hormone is secreted by the pituitary gland, which is the hormonal center in healthy humans, and its synthesis can be somewhat complex. In most cases the pituitary gland begins by secreting a substance known as pro-opiomelanocortin, which then splits, or “cleaves,” to form to separate substances: lipotropin and the related hormone adrenocorticotropin. Both are important to human growth, though they perform different roles and in different places. Source: “What is Lipotropin”

Medicines affected this week:

Ampicillin: Ampicillin is a penicillin antibiotic that fights bacteria. Ampicillin is used to treat or prevent many different types of infections such as bladder infections, pneumonia, gonorrhea, meningitis, or infections of the stomach or intestines. Source: “What is Ampicilin”

In our pathogens section, we have one of the agents which causes urinary tract infections and a biochemical which causes an infection which can adversely affect your liver.

Pathogens in play this week:

Proteus Mirabilis (2nd Range): While most Urinary Tract Infections (UTIs) are caused by E. Coli, this pathogen also can cause it. Yet, this pathogen does not seem to occur spontaneously in the typical case, but rather seems to manifest most often in those with long-term catherizations or other interactions with hospital equipment. The following are places in the body it can infect and the symptoms that may accompany the infection:

If this pathogen manifests in the urethra: it can cause increased frequency of urination and pyuria (a high white blood cell urine count that is sometimes accompanied by pus);
If this pathogen moves to the bladder, it can cause back pain, pain above the pubic area, urinary urgency and a high red blood cell urine count (i.e., hematuria), and high blood cell urine count (pyuria-that can sometimes be accompanied by pus);
If this pathogen is present in the kidneys: a kidney infection with nausea and vomiting;
If this pathogen is present in the lungs: pneumonia (i.e., symptoms of chills, fever, pain in the chest and cough);
If this pathogen is present in the prostate: it can cause chills, fever, and prostate in men; and finally
If this pathogen is present in the bloodstream: via the contracting of a wound with an infected surface and may cause sepsis and systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS), which has a mortality rate of 20% to 50%. Source: “Student Presentation on Proteus Mirabilis”

Hepatitis B a/k/a HBV: is a type of disease which may cause chronic and acute infections, which particularly affect the liver. This type of infectious disease can affect people to various degrees. Such an infection may cause no symptoms, whereas some people may come down with vomiting, excessive fatigue, dark urine, vomiting, and abdominal pain. This can last for as many as a few weeks. Rarely, a person can die from this disease.

As many as 90% of those infected with this virus will have the chronic version of the disease. This means that they will likely have no symptoms, but they may eventually develop liver cancer or cirrhosis of the liver. Those who contract these diseases can die in 15% to 25% of the cases.

People can get the virus through exchange of body fluids or contact with infected blood, dialysis, living with an infected person, or traveling to an area where it is common. Most people contract the disease via intravenous drug use or sexual intercourse.

This type of virus can reportedly not be contracted through kissing, hugging sneezing, coughing sharing utensils, holding hands or breastfeeding. The virus is detected typically through a blood test.

There has been a vaccine for this virus since 1982, and reportedly works 95% of the time. It is recommended, in many countries, that blood of those giving transfusions be tested for the virus. It is also recommended that condoms be used to prevent spreading the disease. IN addition to Hepatitis B, Hepatitis comes in 4 other strains, Hepatitis A, C, D, and E. Source: “Hepatitis B” https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hepatitis_B

There are no substantial medicines or poisons that are being influenced bioacoustically this week.

How To Love Unconditionally In Any Relationship

“I love you unconditionally.”

How often have you said or heard someone say those words to you?

Nothing feels better right?

But equally how often have you experienced the moment you do something that they don’t like, and the other person gets mad and withdraws their love.

I sometimes say it should be more like “I love you unconditionally IF you behave according to my set of rules, and regulations.”

This is not unconditional love but control. And control is the master addiction.

To really love unconditionally is a holy act and one of real courage. To learn to love unconditionally is a humbling lifetime practice.

Real love gives freedom. And in freedom there is always choice. Choice to do or not do. Then you know the love is real.

Love is not demanding it be only your way.  Love is not guilt. Love is not shame.

You know you are in the right relationship when you are encouraged to be more fully yourself.

To love another unconditionally is to truly see who they are, beyond their personality and to love their soul. To love another unconditionally is to commit to their soul’s growth and evolution.

In a romantic relationship we are often afraid to give our significant other this level of freedom out of fear. We are afraid that they will perhaps betray us, leave us or won’t love us the way we want.

Perhaps you have felt this fear?

Whenever you do something out of obligation and fear you don’t give all of yourself.

Every relationship is the opportunity to practice integrity and to live your spirituality in everyday life.

I recall one day a married friend of mine came to me saying that he wants to have an open relationship and see multiple partners?

“Kute, I just want to be free!” were his words.

But what is real freedom really?

To simply act out on all of your desires doesn’t mean you are truly free, it may simply mean you are being run by your conditioning making you a slave to your desires.

I told him, “Dating multiple partners won’t bring you real freedom if you aren’t free within your own heart. If your heart is closed, if you don’t know who you really are and you aren’t expressing your true heart’s gifts”.

There’s a lot of talk in some spiritual or Tantra circles about how monogamy isn’t working anymore.

To me it’s not about monogamy or open relationships but what you bring to it is what makes the difference. Beyond rigid rules and right/wrong, each person must find the most authentic expression of their heart.

This may change depending on what lessons that your soul most needs to learn at that time.

When you love someone unconditionally you dare to speak your truth with love and vulnerability.

If you communicate how you feel up front, they at least have a choice whether to continue in relationship with you or not, rather than being there under false pretense.

If you both agree to being monogamous and faithful to each other, then honor that commitment. Or whatever commits you made to each other.

But if it’s not your authentic truth and you are simply agreeing to what you think you should, then you are already being unfaithful to yourself and your partner.

If your agreements no longer feel true for you, then honor yourself, honor your partner, honor your love by speaking the truth.  Have the courage to renegotiate your commitment and find a new relationship format or agreements that allows for more love to be expressed between you both.

Whether you are with one partner or multiple, the real freedom is in how open your heart is to allowing the deepest expression of love that is seeking to happen through you.

You can be in an open relationship with many partners and still be closed in your heart. You can be in a deeply committed intimate relationship and be truly open in your heart.

Real openness is beyond form. It’s a state of being within yourself.

Loving is not limited, love’s depth is infinite. We live in a world of seven billion people so there will be seven billion different ways of loving.

Real freedom is the courage to love another with all your heart and be committed rather than controlled by your fear.

Real freedom is to be connected to your authentic self and making choices that are in alignment with your soul.

Real freedom is a discipline of the heart and to sacrifice what is lesser for what is more.

Real freedom is a commitment to love.

To love someone unconditionally requires that you love yourself. You can’t truly give that to another unless you give it to yourself.

Loving another person unconditionally doesn’t mean you agree to do whatever they want if it doesn’t feel right and honoring of yourself.

Loving another unconditionally doesn’t mean you do so whilst sacrificing yourself and your well-being.

You must honor yourself. It’s then that you can truly honor your partner. To truly love unconditionally requires the ability to say “No”. When you have the ability to say “No”,  it makes your “Yes” authentic.

To love another unconditionally is to truly want the best for them even if that means not with you. You may have different needs and wants that just aren’t compatible.

Commit to loving each moment of your relationship. Sometimes this may mean you have to end a relationship. But other times it may mean you must commit more deeply to working on your relationship, even though it’s challenging.

When you commit to loving unconditionally you are committing to the highest good in any given situation.

Commit to loving big and miracles beyond what you can imagine will be yours.

Dadirri: Ancient Australian Healing Power In A Modern World

By Jonathan Davis | Uplift

Healing the Divine Warrior

The Healing Power of Listening in Stillness

People have always experienced pain, and in the vast span of time before the colonial expansion of western culture, indigenous cultures weren’t without their methods of dealing with trauma.

For centuries we’ve largely ignored the wisdom of those among us who are still directly connected to ancestral ways of knowledge. As our modern lifestyle collides with the fact that our Earth is not capable of supporting our current way of life, we are finally starting to look to those who once lived in a state of indefinite sustainability and abundance, for a way forward.

“In order to have sustainable community you have to make sure the people are sustainable. This means healing trauma.”
– Jarmbi Githabul, Narakwal / Githabul Custodia

What is Dadirri?

Dadirri is inner, deep listening and quiet, still awareness. Dadirri recognises the deep spring that is inside us. We call on it and it calls to us. This is the gift that Australia is thirsting for. It is something like what you call ‘contemplation’.”
– Miriam-Rose Ungunmerr-Baumann, Ngangiwumirr Elder

When Miriam-Rose Ungunmerr-Baumann speaks of dadirri, she speaks of a form of deep, contemplative listening that is nothing less than a personal spiritual practice. This type of listening in stillness is widely known all across the Australian continent, in many language groups under many names. “When I experience dadirri, I am made whole again.” Miriam describes. “I can sit on the riverbank or walk through the trees; even if someone close to me has passed away, I can find my peace in this silent awareness. There is no need of words. A big part of dadirri is listening.”

Learning and healing through listening

According to Ungunmerr-Baumann the act of learning, from a very young age, is all about waiting and listening; not asking questions. In a culture where everyone is so well practiced at listening that it becomes a spiritual art, it makes sense that when trauma occurred the people would come together and deeply listen to each other. For this reason dadirri also refers to a form of group trauma healing that brings the deep presence found in the solo practice of dadirri to a group setting. Details of dadirri as group practice can be found in Prof. Judy Atkinson’s book Trauma Trails, Recreating Songlines. The essence of dadirri, in this wider context, is the creation of a space of deep contemplative, heart based listening where stories of trauma and pain can be shared and witnessed with loving acceptance.

In my own experiences with original Australians who are deeply connected to country, I have felt that they are so grounded it’s almost as if the land itself is listening to you, through them.

“Healing country heals ourselves, and healing ourselves heals country.”
– Prof. Judy Atkinson – Jiman / Bunjalung woman, author of Trauma Trails, Recreating Songlines

Emotional Completion

According to Prof. Stan Grof, trauma healing comes from finally completing an experience emotionally that may have been physically completed long ago. The initial moment of pain may have become so overwhelming that we make a subconscious decision to ‘check out’; in other words, we emotionally dissociate. Every part of us screams “Stop, I don’t want to feel this!” The problem is that we don’t stop the emotional experience, we just presspause.

When we don’t have the courage or skills (because we are too young, or were never taught) to actually feel all of the emotions of a traumatic experience, we inadvertently trap the part of it we couldn’t handle, and store it away for later. Dadirri is a practice that allows us to open up this trapped pain and trauma in a sacred and held space and with the support of those around us, we can finally feel it in order for it to be released.

“Trauma puts you in a disempowered position that makes it easy for you to be influenced. It interferes with your ability to make clear decisions for yourself.”
– Jarmbi Githabul, Narakwal / Githabul Custodian

The importance of a practice like dadirri is that it is completely based on non-judgment. Over time, the story is shared on multiple occasions, and by doing so the telling begins to change. The emotional charge is released a little at a time as the circle around them offers an unwavering reflection of loving acceptance. Very often, the person who has suffered trauma starts to adopt this attitude of loving acceptance toward themselves.

Limbic Resonance and Revisioning

The reason this works, from the perspective of neuroscience, is because of: limbic resonance, mirror neurons and neuroplasticity. The notion of limbic resonance asserts that without consistent love and acceptance during childhood our brains don’t develop properly. The part that becomes developmentally stunted is our resilience against emotional distress. Similar problems can occur in people of all ages when they suffer trauma. The process of limbic revisioning is about rewiring the neural structure of person who has suffered trauma or emotional neglect; in order for this to occur there needs to be an external example for the limbic brain to mimic.

Deep, respectful, contemplative, heart-based listening based on loving acceptance instead of judgment may well be the optimal reflection for a traumatised limbic system to use as a model for restructuring. Mirror neurons see this outer, compassionate reflection and fire internally in the same way; and neurons that fire together wire together. With a bit of repetition, neural re-wiring occurs (thanks to neuroplasticity) which gives a neurological explanation as to why dadirri is good for helping people who have suffered trauma.

Heal Your Sacral Chakra By Embracing These Five 2nd Chakra Shadow Qualities

Article Source: ChakraBoosters.com

Hello Beautiful Soul. A couple weeks ago, we began a series on the shadow aspects of the chakras with this introductory video. And last week I shared five shadow qualities of the root chakra, as well as five tools you can use to integrate your shadow and own back all of yourself and your energetic power (in the last part of that same video).

If you haven’t seen those videos yet, I recommend watching them first, especially the root chakra shadow video because you’ll want to use the five shadow integration tools I mention in that video to fully embrace the shadow qualities of all the other chakras.

Today, we are looking at the shadow qualities of the sacral chakra, which is the home of the Divine Feminine. The sacral chakra is orange, resides in the pelvis, and is all about the element of water. Some of its main qualities are creativity, flow, change, emotions, sensuality, intimacy and joy.

It’s also the chakra of spontaneity, which may be why I ended up shooting this video “off the cuff” while attending a moody beach in Noordwijk outside of Amsterdam (sorry about all the wind sounds).

Over the years of teaching the chakras, I’ve noticed that more and more, I take on (and transmit) the healing energy of whatever chakra I’m focusing on. So this video is very sacral in nature – from the symbolism of the ocean, the moody weather, the sand-mover, my shaky camera and wild hair, even my own fluctuating emotions (I think I cried twice, which is two times more than normal — lol).

I meant to make this video shorter, but brevity is not a strength of the sacral chakra, so it turned out to be over a half-hour long. I hope you find it worthwhile.

Here are the 5 Shadow Qualities of the Sacral Chakra (Plus Their Gift):

  1. Codependence (Gift = Willingness to Connect Deeply with Another)
  2. Crazy/Too Emotional (Gift = Arouse and Enliven Self and Others)
  3. Leaky/Inappropriate (Gift = Opening Self and Others to New Things “Outside the Box”)
  4. Promiscuous/Slutty (Gift = Awakens Our Sexual Passion and Pleasure)
  5. Too Sensitive (Gift = Empathizing and Harmonizing with Self and Others + Psychic Skills)

Once again, you can find Five Ways to Integrate Your Shadow in the last third of this video.

Please do the work, guys. Knowing this stuff intellectually, but not integrating it on a bodily level won’t free you. You need to fully integrate your shadow qualities if you want to gain back all of your power. And I want that for you!

xoxoxoxo,

Vicki

How to Heal Your Chakras with Shadow Integration – Vicki Howie

Source: chakraboosters

I’m excited to talk about shadow integration and the chakras this week. Shadow work has been a huge part of my personal transformational. I studied with the late great Debbie Ford (read her book, “The Dark Side of the Light Chasers) and it was an absolute game changer!

So this week I’m talking about how chakra blocks are related to shadow and how you can open up your personal energy field by owning back the disowned parts of yourself. It’s challenging work. Are you ready?

Watch the video above for an introduction to how shadow integration relates to your chakras. Then join me next week as we begin a 7-week chakra series on shadow integration. Starting at the root and working our way up the chakras, I’ll be sharing five shadow qualities for each chakra on a weekly basis. These will be qualities that tend to get labeled “negative.” In other words, these are personal qualities most of us tend to resist.

So why would we want to dive into qualities we typically resist?

Because resisting our shadow qualities:

  • Creates chakra blocks
  • Saps our energy as we try to maintain a false (only acceptable) façade/identity
  • Causes us to either act out in subconscious ways or be passive-aggressive. Because when we can’t be a “negative” quality like angry consciously, we’ll eventually burst out in rage due to repressed anger or we’ll consistently do mean things in a passive-aggressive way.
  • Causes us to judge and be triggered by the people who demonstrate the shadow qualities we have disowned because we live in a mirror universe.
  • Makes us feel out of control of our own choices and destiny

I’m sure there are other downsides, but these are the main ones. And the point is simply this: there is great value in integrating your shadow.

Still, this kind of spiritual work is not for everyone. If you are interested in sculpting your behavior and trying to become a “good” person, then this work is not for you.

Carl Jung once wrote, “I’d rather be whole than good” and shadow work is Jungian work. It is for the spiritual seeker who wants to know ALL of him or herself and is more invested in owning and knowing the full Self than in upholding a image of being “good” or “spiritual.”

So what exactly is shadow?

It’s the aspects of ourselves that we reject and deny. All of us do it on one level or another and we can’t blame ourselves for it, because we were trained to do it!

When we come into this world as a tiny infant we are basically helpless and must be cared for properly by our family or caregivers. We are totally needy and in order to get our needs met – and to have the food, shelter, love and attention we need and desire, we learn to adapt to those around us and what they want us to be – and NOT TO BE.

We begin rejecting the parts of ourselves that the people around us reject. If we find out that we aren’t loved or given the attention we want when angry or loud or greedy, then those three qualities get pulled out of our conscious identity and relegated to the shadow bin.

In order to fit in and get our needs met, we learn to reject and betray all the parts of ourselves that those who raise us judge and make bad or wrong. It totally makes sense that we do this, and yet, it is very sad, because it sets up a life-long habit of rejecting, betraying and fracturing ourselves.

Shadow integration is the process of owning back all the disowned qualities of ourselves and learning to have an unconditionally loving relationship with not just our “good” qualities (as that would be conditional love and acceptance!) but with our “negative” qualities as well. We are learning to accept and love ALL of ourselves.

Watch the video above to learn more, and join me next week as we start shining light on five common shadow qualities for each chakra

Good for you for being a spiritual warrior. Let’s do this!

Love and blessings,

Vicki

This Simple Exercise Will Help You Clear the Past & Step Into Your Highest Self

I am on the edge of the magnificent Grand Canyon in this video, and it’s the perfect place, as this exercise is as powerful as the energy coming out of this unfathomably deep earth “bowl.”

Sometimes, you do transformational processes in your mind, and your body doesn’t get the memo. In this Daily Empowerment Exercise your whole body fully assimilates the shift. I have taught this at the beginning of many of my yoga classes, and felt the whole group moving their energy in amazing ways!

Don’t let the simplicity of this exercise fool you. Doing this daily will:

  • Let go of old “gunk” that you are judging or holding from the past
  • Embrace ALL your past and the great talents and experiences it offers you
  • Lean on your ancestors and guides more
  • Visualize and draw in your highest vision of yourself

Like anything physical, it will become your new normal, if you do it often enough, so my challenge to you is to do it at least once a day (more if you’d like) for 30 days straight?

Want to take the challenge? Make a comment to affirm your commitment, and be sure to let me know what shifts you experience!

Love and blessings,

Vicki

The name of the 6th chakra (or 3rd eye chakra) is “Ajna” in Sanskrit which means “command.” This is because your 6th chakra is the highest “command center” of your being. Your crown chakra is actually off your body, and acts like a sort of umbilical cord to the Divine and pure unity consciousness. But here at the brow, you are still residing in your body and the world of duality, but you have the most vast and wise perspective you can take.

Ajna is your highest feminine chakra, and it is related to your intuition and psychic abilities as well as your ability to envision, dream and have a fair and balanced perspective on things.

It is associated with your pineal gland and the release of melatonin which takes you into the realm of sleeping dreaming.

Here are the words to the song (so you can sing along):

Ajna — The 3rd Eye Chakra Healing Song

Ajna Swaha Shree Ajna (4x)

Feel the light, share the light, shine your light (2x)

Feel the light, share the light, we’re all light

Ajna Swaha Shree Ajna (4x)

Feel the light, share the light, shine your light (2x)

Feel the light, share the light, we’re all light

**************

If you enjoy the song, you’ll probably like this commentary video where Jeff Bonilla talk about how we created it:

It was always fun working with Jeff. I brought more of the chakra knowledge andhe brought more of the musical experience, and someone how, magic happened with each song!

May your third eye be open and may you listen to the deep wisdom of your Higher Self.

Vicki

The Top 11 Benefits of Sex

sexual-repression-compressed

By Dr. J. Mercola

Many people associate a healthful lifestyle with habits that are not always the most fun… like grueling workouts or skipping dessert. But this is a misconception, as many of the healthiest habits are also among the most rewarding.

Take sex. It counts as moderately intense exercise plus it boosts numerous aspects of both physical and mental health. As long as you’re engaging in safe-sex practices, increasing your sexual activity is a surefire strategy to better health!

The Top 11 Health Benefits of Sex

Regular sex cannot be underestimated as a factor for reducing stress, bolstering self-esteem and fostering feelings of intimacy and bonding between partners.

But the real point of this article is the fact that a healthy sex life can provide for a longer, healthier and, most would agree, more enjoyable life. Among the many health benefits of sex are:

1. Improved Immunity

People who have sex frequently (one or two times a week) have significantly higher levels of immunoglobulin A (IgA).1 Your IgA immune system is your body’s first line of defense.

Its job is to fight off invading organisms at their entry points, reducing or even eliminating the need for activation of your body’s immune system. This may explain why people who have sex frequently also take fewer sick days.2

2. Heart Health

Men who made love regularly (at least twice a week) were 45 percent less likely to develop heart disease than those who did so once a month or less, according to one study.3

Sexual activity not only provides many of the same benefits to your heart as exercise but also keeps levels of estrogen and testosterone in balance, which is important for heart health.

Related Article: 4 Ways to Increase Nitric Oxide Naturally for a Better Workout, Sex, & Heart Health

3. Lower Blood Pressure

Sexual activity, and specifically intercourse, is linked to better stress response and lower blood pressure.

4. It’s a Form of Exercise

Sex helps to boost your heart rate, burn calories and strengthen muscles, just like exercise. In fact, research recently revealed that sex burns about 4 calories a minute for men and 3 for women, making it (at times) a ‘significant’ form of exercise.5 It can even help you to maintain your flexibility and balance.

5. Pain Relief

Sexual activity releases pain-reducing hormones and has been found to help reduce or block back and leg pain, as well as pain from menstrual cramps, arthritis and headaches. One study even found that sexual activity can lead to partial or complete relief of headache in some migraine and cluster-headache patients.6

6. May Help Reduce Risk of Prostate Cancer

Research has shown that men who ejaculate at least 21 times a month (during sex or masturbation) have a lower risk of prostate cancer.7 This link needs to be explored further, however, as there may have been additional factors involved in the association.

7. Improve Sleep

After sex, the relaxation-inducing hormone prolactin is released, which may help you to nod off more quickly. The “love hormone” oxytocin, released during orgasm, also promotes sleep.

8. Stress Relief

Sex triggers your body to release its natural feel-good chemicals, helping to ease stress and boost pleasure, calm and self-esteem. Research also shows that those who have sexual intercourse responded better when subjected to stressful situations like speaking in public.8

9. Boost Your Libido

The more often you have sex, the more likely you are to want to keep doing it. There’s a mental connection there but also a physical one, particularly for women. More frequent sex helps to increase vaginal lubrication, blood flow and elasticity,9 which in turn make sexual activity more enjoyable.

Related Article: 12 Natural Aphrodisiacs to Raise Libido and Increase Desire

10. Improved Bladder Control in Women

Intercourse helps to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles, which contract during orgasm. This can help women to improve their bladder control and avoid incontinence. You can boost this benefit even more by practicing Kegel exercises during sex (a Kegel squeeze is performed by drawing your lower pelvic muscles up and holding them up high and tight, as if you’re trying to stop a flow of urine).

11. Increase Intimacy and Improve Your Relationship

Sex and orgasms result in increased levels of the hormone oxytocin — the “love” hormone — that helps you feel bonded to your partner, and better experience empathic connections.

Heal Your Root Chakra by Claiming These 5 Rights

Video Source: Chakra Boosters Youtube Channel

This week, we begin a new series where we look at the 5 main rights of each chakra. I love talking about the rights of a chakra, because rights are something we feel inclined to claim and when we claim them, our chakras open more.

From the time we are born until the end of our seventh year, our caregivers and the conditions of our life subconsciously indoctrinate us and create our core beliefs. In other words, the unconscious foundation for our beliefs and behaviors are mostly laid down during this period.

But during this root chakra period, each year emphasizes the development of a different chakra like this:

Age 1 = root + root

Age 2 = root + sacral

Age 3 = root + solar plexus

Age 4 = root + heart

Age 5 = root + throat

Age 6 = root + third eye

Age 7 = root + crown

If we are properly cared for during each of these foundational years and our basic needs are met, we develop the capacity to claim all of our chakra rights. If we aren’t properly cared for at this time and are basic chakra needs are not met, then we may not even be aware that we have a certain chakra right. The cool thing is that, as an adult, we can learn about our chakra rights and consciously claim them.

Here are the rights of your root chakra:

  1. TO BE
  2. TO BELONG (on this earth and part of a tribe/family)
  3. TO FEEL SAFE
  4. TO BE STABLE
  5. TO HAVE

These are the rights I’ve chosen for the top 5, but you may certainly add any of your own here on my Youtube Channel.

As a little home-play assignment, pick the one right you think you most need to claim and find a way to claim it every day this week.

If you do it diligently enough, you’ll create a healthy, new habit.

Enjoy!

Love and blessings,

Vicki

How to Use Tapping for Weight Loss and Body Confidence

By Jessica Ortner | The Tapping Solution

Using Tapping for Weight Loss and Body Confidence requires a two part approach:

First and foremost is understanding what underlying, typically unconscious, factors are causing your weight to go up and your body confidence to go down (beyond just having more weight).

Most weight loss exercise programs and diet plans go straight to trying to offer a solution without first understanding what is causing the problem. They offer a bandaid approach that do not work in the long term.

In order to get real results, you need to address the underlying emotions, patterns, beliefs, traumas and more that led to the weight gain. As you’ll see below, research is proving that when you do… you get powerful results.

Secondly, once we know what is causing the weight gain and leading to the lack of body confidence, we can use Tapping to eliminate those causes and finally create lasting results. I’ll show you how. But first…

Let’s start with step #1, understanding the cause…

Roughly 2/3 of women in the United States are overweight, with 1/2 of those women being obese…

That number isn’t entirely surprising to most people. Most know that we have a weight loss epidemic in the Unites States, which has been spreading around the world.

Since 1960, the percentage of obese people has nearly tripled! In 1960 the obesity rate was only 13.4%!

So the question is, with our weight loss industry having topped $20 billion dollars in the United States (85% of which is driven by women ), why are we not getting thinner?

Sadly, what most women are turning to, what I myself always thought was the way to lose weight… simply isn’t working! As I’m sure you already know, trying to find the right solution can be overwhelming…

The challenge is that most women focus only on diet and exercise to lose weight, and it’s unfortunately leaving out a key component…

During the course of an average year, over 108 million Americans attempt to go on a diet, with the average dieter making four or five attempts per year!

Most people go from diet to diet looking for the “magical” solution that will finally work, wondering why they’re struggling each and every time, with total frustration as to why the diets aren’t working for them.

There are reasons though, each and every time, as to why the diets aren’t working…

Let me ask you this…

Have you ever been stressed out because of work, or because of a relationship, or about your weight and how you feel about yourself, or anything else… and reached for some comfort food?

You know… stuff like cookies, pasta, pizza or whatever that is for you. Whatever food you know isn’t a part of the healthy “diet” you want to be on, that you ended up reaching for out of comfort…

Or have you ever skipped exercising, even for weeks or months at a time, because you felt you were too busy, or because you felt unmotivated, or because you just felt too overwhelmed by life to get yourself to exercise?

Yeah! I think we all have!

The truth is that we don’t struggle with a lack of information on what to eat and how to exercise.

What we struggle with is what’s going on internally, deep in our unconscious minds, that’s making it difficult to make good eating and exercising decisions, and is biologically triggering fat gaining hormones in our bodies that prevent us from losing weight.

We know we should make lifestyle changes, eating better and exercising more, but we fall back to poor eating habits and we skip out on exercising, time and again.

What I discovered with Tapping however… was a way to change all of that…

The Two Major Reasons Why Women Struggle To Lose Weight and How Tapping Overcomes These Challenges…

The #1 thing that prevents women from losing weight was very shocking to me when I first learned of it…

Our negative emotions have an enormous impact on what goes on biologically in our bodies.

Things like… the stress, the anxiety, and the overwhelm I was dealing with when I was trying to lose weight. I had no idea about the myriad of hormones coursing through my body because of my emotions that were actually keeping me fat!

Here’s How It Works…

When something stressful happens, or you start thinking about something stressful, within seconds, the part of your brain called the amygdala (the almond-shaped part of your midbrain) tells your body to release specific hormones.

Adrenaline and cortisol (often called “the stress hormone”) flood your body, shutting down the creative problem-solving parts of your brain. And this causes two very big problems for somebody trying to lose weight…

#1 — It slows down your digestion. And anytime you slow down your digestion it makes it harder to… you guessed it… lose weight!

#2 — It constricts your blood vessels along with a few other key biological changes that control how you think, how your body and brain function, how strong your food cravings come on, and how quickly your brain can react to a given situation.

These two things combined mean that when you’re stressed you make worse decisions about what to eat, breaking your eating and exercise habits, and then you struggle to digest quickly, putting on more weight!

Have you ever had it happen that you’re stressed out and all of a sudden you find yourself half way through something like a box of cookies, and you think to yourself… why did I do that? And you feel like you lost mental control of what was going on?

That’s because… you did. The stress took over your body and inhibited your ability to think clearly and make good decisions.

And the foods we crave during these stressful times, during a time in history when we have more addictive, poor quality foods available then ever before, doesn’t help either.

Why do we tend to be attracted to and overeat sugary carbohydrates?

Carbohydrate rich foods increase brain concentrations of an amino acid called tryptophan, which is the building block for serotonin. Serotonin is a neurotransmitter, which, when released, brings about feelings of calm, happiness, peace, and satisfaction.

We overeat because our brain is looking for pleasure!

Overeating in the moment serves a great purpose: it makes us feel great… until the side effects set in. Shortly after your sugar rush, your insulin levels drop and you feel exhausted, which triggers a craving for more sugary carbohydrates to get you back to the sugar high. It’s a vicious cycle!

No wonder so many people in our modern society struggle with weight loss, right?

Back in 1960, before the three-fold increase in obesity… our ability to disconnect, and be away from work, cell phones, social media and the like… and to reset our central nervous system, came much more easily and much more frequently.

Like any time period, there were of course challenges and stressors, but they key difference between then, or any previous time period, and now is the ability to reset our nervous system, a key component to being able to have balance, make better decisions, and balance the body.

Today most people are stressed on a regular basis and if you put them on a diet where they’re trying to force themselves to lose weight and eliminate comfort foods… forget about it! Stress goes through the roof, leading ultimately to more weight gain…

If you’re like so many people today who are under chronic stress, it’s hard to make the best decisions about what you eat or whether you exercise, and you end up putting on weight year after year.

It gets worse…

Stress also decreases your nutrient absorption, so even if you are eating well you won’t be able to absorb them…

It increases salt retention making you bloated…

It affects your cholesterol levels

It impacts your immune system, endocrine system, nervous system, everything!

Stress literally creates a hormone that makes you fat and is directly related to abdominal fat!

So if you’re living with regular stress in your life it’s likely preventing you from being able to think clearly, make good decisions and move towards reaching your weight loss goals…

I know what you may be thinking… “How could I possibly reduce my stress?!”

With Tapping you can reduce your stress by both getting at the underlying causes that trigger it and by being able to reset your nervous system more frequently with Tapping to release it and its affects on your body.

Think about your everyday life…

If you could significantly reduce the stress that you’re dealing with, how much better would you feel and how much easier would it be to be able to reach your goals?

Tapping has been scientifically proven to reduce stress, which means that when you use Tapping you lower your stress levels and are therefore able to take back control of your body and brain, so that you can use it for what you WANT to use it (like making healthy food and exercise decisions that feel good and come easily!)… and not have it controlling you!

How Are Universal Frequencies Affecting You this Week (July 8-14, 2018)?

By Robert O’Leary and Sharry Edwards | The Institute of BioAcoustic Biology and Soundhealth

So when we discuss this, we can say the following: Universal Frequency/ BioAcoustic Key Note = a color = a Frequency Equivalent of a body part and/or biochemical/pathogen/ toxin. Right now, the Universal Frequency  is represented by the note of D# and the color OrangeYellow. This means that we are bridging the gap between the second and third part of the color cycle (remember “ROYGBIV). Astrologically, we are still in the Sign of Cancer. See how this affects YOU by reading below! We would love to hear how and whether anything in our weekly column resonates with how you feel during the week. If so, please leave a comment in the comments section below.

This week, we have only a few muscles affected by the universal frequencies – and all of them are in the upper body. Any one of these muscles could benefit from a little extra TLC this week. Here is our list proceeding from head to toe:

Muscles that are being affected this week:

Auricularis Anterior: This muscle is the tiniest of 3 auricular muscles. It is thin and fan-shaped with pale and non-distinct fibers. The muscle comes up from the side edge of the galea aponeurotica (a dense, tough layer of fibrous tissue) and the fibers come together to insert into a part of the front of the helix muscle, which underlies the top of your earlobe. Source: “Anterior Auricular Muscle”

Deltoid: is a major shoulder muscle that is responsible for giving your shoulder its rounded contour. The world “deltoid” apparently comes from the Greek capital letter delta, as it seems to have the same shape. It has many functions: a. it is the primary muscle responsible for all of the arm and shoulder movements as well as stabilization of the shoulder so that it does not dislocate when you carry heavy loads. Source: “Deltoid Muscle”

Longissimus Capitis: The longissimus is a long muscle that runs along your spine. The Longissimus Capitis lies between the Longissimus Cervicis and Semispinalis Capitis Muscle. Source: “Longissimus”

This muscle functions to extend and hyperextend the head laterally as well as rotating and flexing the head to the same side. Source: “Longissimus Capitis Muscle”

A vitamin, two minerals, two hormones, and a cell salt are part of our substantial biochemical list this week:

Vitamins, minerals and other biochemical affected this week

Potassium: you know as a mineral and you probably hear about it being in some of your foods or listed on vitamin and mineral bottles. In fact, it is a mineral that is considered “crucial for life,” and particularly required for support of your and my heart, kidney and general organ health.

In theory, we should get enough Potassium from our diet, but it is believed that many Americans are deficient in it. If you are deficient, you may run the risk of heart disease, high blood pressure, cancer, stroke, arthritis, infertility and digestive disorders.

People who are at risk for low Potassium are those who use some kinds of birth control pills or diuretics, athletes, those in very physically active jobs, those with Crohn’s Disease, those with eating disorders, or those who are addicted to alcohol or cigarettes.

Some foods rich in Potassium are avocados, bananas, citrus, green and leafy veggies, potatoes and milk. Boiling and certain other types of cooking may destroy the potassium in some foods.

The Institute of Medicine suggests that individuals should take between 400 mgs. /day and 5,100 mgs. /day, as the following list suggests and with a full glass of water:

0-6 mos.: 400 mg. /day

7-12 mos.: 700 mg./day

1-3 years: 3,000 mg./day

4-8 years: 3,800 mg./day

9-13 years: 4,500 mg./day

14 years and up: 4,700 mg./day

Pregnant women: 4,700 mg./day

Breastfeeding women: 5,100 mg./day

Magnesium Chloride: is a cell salt that helps your body, among other things, to make hydrochloric acid which allows you to digest food, absorb your vitamins and minerals, and to keep harmful bacteria at bay. Magnesium compounds are also helpful for “reducing migraines, depression, anxiety, sleeplessness and memory…” Source: “Magnesium Chloride: The Master Magnesium Compound”

Etiocobalamin: is a type of Vitamin B-12. Source: “Etiocobalamin” . It is considered particularly useful in muscle strength and health. Source: “Radiation Charts”  and Source: “Kijini: The Future of Health and Wellness”

Progesterone: is a major hormone in our bodies and is responsible for stimulating and regulating numerous bodily functions including such things as getting the body ready for pregnancy, maintaining pregnancy, and generally regulating the menstrual cycle. It is produced in the ovaries, adrenal glands, as well as the placenta (after a woman gets pregnant). It also plays a role in stimulating sexual desire.

Both estrogen and progesterone are produced, during the reproductive years, when the ovarian follicle is produced by the action of follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH) [both of which are made in the pituitary gland).

Estrogen thickens the uterine lining to get the body ready for the possibility of fertilization of an egg. Progesterone levels go up in the second half of the menstrual cycle and make the endometrium secret specialized proteins which prepare the endometrium to accommodate and feed an implanted fertilized egg. Of course, if fertilization doesn’t occur, progesterone and estrogen levels drop and the endometrium will begin to break down.

If fertilization happens, progesterone will continue to be produced within the placenta. Estrogen levels will also remain high and prevent further ovulation during pregnancy. Progesterone also facilitates the growth of the milk-making glands in the breast for future feeding of the baby. Source: “Progesterone”

Cannabidiol: Cannabidiol a/k/a CBD: while it has been demonized over the years by vested interests in competing industries, was traditionally utilized and reputedly well-established as an anti-asthmatic, an analgesic, and anti-rheumatic. It has also been suggested to be an anti-inflammatory, reputedly more effective than aspirin.

It also has shown promise in addressing or improving such conditions as:

Dystonia;

Huntington Disease;

Epilepsy;

Certain sleep disorders; and

Certain psychotic conditions.

And, in case you’re wondering, Cannabidiol is not the psychoactive part of the marijuana plant.  Source: “Cannabidiol: The Wonder Drug of the 21st Century?”

DMSO: is a substance used medically as a topical agent to bring medicines through the skin without harming it. It is also seem in alternative medicine as a promising therapy for cancer, inflammation, reducing pain for those with shingles and as beneficial for those with scleroderma. It is FDA-approved only for Interstitial Cystitis, a bladder issue in humans. Source: “What ever happened to DMSO for cancer and what is it anyway?”

It is also cleared for use with horses, as a liniment, et al. Source: “Dimethyl Sulfoxide”

Lipase: is an enzyme produced in the pancreas and helps us to absorb fats. Industrially, it is used in baking and laundry detergent products, as well as alternative fuels such as biofuels. It is used in medical diagnostics as a way to detect if a client or patient has acute pancreatitis and other pancreatic conditions. Source: “Lipase”

Platelet-derived growth factor (a/k/a PDGF): Like Human Growth Hormone and Epidermal Growth Factor, this is one of many ways that your body physically grows and regrows its cells. They are made up of proteins. This particular growth factor plays a primary role in the formation and growth of blood vessels.  PDGF is formed in our blood platelets and also smooth muscles cells, endothelial cells, and activated macrophages.

A form of this used by doctors to heal chronic ulcers, in periodontistry to stop bone loss, and in orthopedic surgery. Source: “Platelet-Derived Growth Factor”

Some popular medicines are in our list this week, including one which is said to treat high blood pressure, one for depression, and another for the relaxation of muscles:

Medicines affected this week:

Losartan: is a type of medicine for high blood pressure, or hypertension. It is in the category of angiotensin II receptor antagonist drugs. Actually, it was the first such medication. It is marketed by Merck & Co. Inc., under the name Cozaar, and is also available as a generic drug. Source: “Losartan”

Bupropion: is a type of medication used for different purposes, but primarily as an antidepressant and way to cease smoking. You have heard it referred to in the market as wellbutrin or Zyban, etc. It has been one of the most often prescribed drugs for depression. Most countries only sell it with a prescription.

It is also called a norepinephrine-dopamine reuptake inhibitor (NDRI) and is therefore different from the other category of antidepressants, which are selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRI). While often enough useful on its own, Bupropion is also prescribed in addition to SSRI’s when those drugs are not quite doing the trick on their own.

Two important ways in which this medication differs from the others is that it does not cause as much weight gain or sexual dysfunction as SSRIs do.  However, it can cause in increased risk of epileptic seizures. When this happened some years back, it was temporarily off the market and then reentered the marked at a reduced dosage. Source: “Bupropion”

A number of pathogens are asserting themselves this week, one which causes many of our colds, a cause of strep throat and mononucleosis, among others. So, keep up your immune resistance this week as best you can.

Flexeril: is a muscle relaxant that works blocking nerve impulses that register as pain when they reach the brain. It is also used, along with physical therapy and rest to treat conditions in the skeletal muscles. Source: “Flexeril”

Interferon-B:  is something that you may not have heard about. They are part of your body and are produced in and secreted out of your immune system’s cells. Examples of these are white blood cells, which you have heard about as well as so-called natural killer cells, fibroblasts and epithelial cells, about which you have probably not heard. There are alpha, beta and gamma versions of interferon and each one has different, but overlapping effects. Source: “Interferon”

Interferon-b has been used to slow the progress of the disease known as multiple sclerosis and is said to be able to reduce the rate of relapse by 18% to 38%. Source: Interferon-beta-1a

Pathogens that are active this week:

Human Rhinovirus: Discovered in the 1950s, the Human Rhinovirus has been the cause of more than 50% of colds. This type of illness has been costly to work attendance and productivity and been the reason for many medical visits. There are three different groups of this, designated as group A, B, or C. This pathogen typically manifests as an upper respiratory tract infection, otitis media, and sinusitis, but also affecting the lower respiratory tract affecting patients with “asthma, infants, elderly patients, and immunocompromised […bodies].” Source: “Human Rhinoviruses”

Alpha Streptococcus a/k/a Streptococcus Pyogenes: is a pathogen that can cause pharyngitis, or “strep throat” and less often the skin condition Impetigo. This condition seems to manifest mostly in children ages 5 to 15 years.  Source: “BACTERIOLOGY – CHAPTER TWELVE  Streptococci  GROUPS A, B, d AND OTHERS enterococcus faecalis “

Another common childhood illness is the so-called “Mono” or Infectious Mononucleosis. It is also called…

Epstein-Barre Virus a/k/a EBV: This virus is also called human herpesvirus 4 (HHV-4). EBV has been found to have some link with certain types of cancer, such as Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, Burkitt’s Lyphoma, gastric cancer, nasopharyngeal carcinoma, and some conditions which are linked with HIV.

Evidence is accumulating which shows that EBV may be also linked to a higher risk of autoimmune diseases, like lupus, multiple sclerosis, dermatomyositis, and rheumatoid arthritis, and the so-called Sjogren’s Syndrome. The effect of EBV is rather serious, as there is some evidence that as many as 200,000 cases of cancer per year can be attributed to the role played by EBV.

So, how does this virus get around? It is able to be transferred through saliva and genital secretions.

Exposure can happen as early as in childhood, manifest as mild cold symptoms; and for teens can manifest as mononucleosis. Source: “Epstein-Barr Virus”

Human Papilloma Virus: The HPV strains number 50 is active this week.

Human Cytomegalovirus: is a part of the herpes virus family, Herpesviridge. You may hear it referred to as Human Herpesvirus 5. This one is often associated with the salivary glands, although it may be present in other parts of the body, as well.

This type of virus will not typically have any impact on healthy people, it can be very harmful, or life-threatening, to those who immune compromised, newborn babies, or those having recently received an implant. Once it has entered the body, it can lay dormant for the rest of a person’s life. It can manifest as malignant cancers, such as in the case of prostate cancer.

It is found all over the world and is believed to be in between 60% and 70% of those adults in industrialized countries, and nearly everyone in developing countries. It is the virus most often transmitted to developing fetuses and constitutes the most significant cause of viral-based birth defects in industrialized countries, causing such things as learning disabilities, deafness, and so-called intellectual disabilitySource: “Human Cytolomegalovirus”

There are no substantial toxins to be concerned about in our list this week.

What Do 5G, Disease X, and China’s Mystery Illness Have in Common?

By Joe Imbriano | * The Fullerton Informer

A brief discussion about the symptoms of millimeter wave exposure and the coming disease X epidemic that will be blamed on a pathogen but will in reality be electromagnetic exposure designed for forced vaccinations.

Editor’s Note: Joe Imbriano helps us to connect some important dots. From his background in science, and his interest in how Wi-Fi and other radiations affect our health, Imbriano has been able to hypothesize what may be behind the mysterious, invisible attacks on the American embassies in Cuba and (most recently) China. He shows us why he believes that such attacks are likely to continue, and puts them within the context of 5G technology. This untested and potentially very harmful technology, is threatening to come to your neighborhood in the next few years. Let us know what you think of this posting, and your thoughts on 5G technology.
