The journey between one part of your life and the next will take all you can muster in your mind. You have to discipline yourself to achieve and accomplish more in your life.

“Am I practising self discipline in my life? Am I doing the things that I should do because I need to do them or am I kinda waiting to feel the moment? Do like our friends NIKE says ‘Just Do It'”

“When you’re in a unforgiving world and gravity is unforgiving; it doesn’t care. It never takes a day off – never. And if you make one mistake it can kill you. And what I learned is that, yes I wanna do interesting things, I wanna climb rocks, I wanna climb Yosemite, and I wanna do things to pump my adrenaline. But I need the discipline to always do the right preparation.”

Morning Inspiration: How To Get The Work Done Daily (Motivational Video)

Source: Mulligan Brothers MOTIVATION

Being productive and going from point A to point B in your work life is very dependent on your work output. You have to find the impetus to get the tasks you have assigned to you daily so that you can move one step closer to your daily goals. Continue to crush daily goals and you end up fulfilling life goals.

“My focus is laser set on the future, I’m not looking back. All I see are bigger scarier mountains that I will climb and stop at nothing to get to the top of. I didn’t start daily blogging to grow my Youtube channel. I did it as a way to kill all of those excuses I used that kept me from making more movies. Because at every single reflection point in my life, doing the work has always been the thing, has always been the catalyst that took me from where I am to where I wanted to be.” Casey Neistat

Truck Driver Dies a Hero After Spending His Last Breath Rescuing Kids From School Bus Crash

By Elias Marat | Creative Commons | TheMindUnleashed.com

(TMU) – A Florida man is being hailed as a hero after colliding in a rental truck with a Georgia school bus and spending the last of his energy saving children before finally collapsing and dying.

Johnathon Grayer, a 25-year-old from Jacksonville, Florida, was driving a Ryder box truck down Georgia highway 4 on Wednesday afternoon just outside the city of Alma in Bacon County, Georgia, when the vehicle crashed into the rear of a school bus that was stopping to unload the children, according to the preliminary findings of an investigation by Georgia State Patrol (GSP).

The bus was carrying ten students at the time of the crash, authorities say.

As soon as the crash occurred, both Grayer and the bus driver quickly acted to begin helping children to get off the bus, George State Trooper Shane Copeland explained to WSAV.

After doing all that he could, Grayer eventually collapsed and later died.

“He must’ve been running on adrenaline, and his body gave out,” GSP Cpl. Shane Copeland told CNN“He was pretty much done by that point.”

Footage from the surveillance camera on the bus also captured scenes of Grayer trying his utmost to lift seats up to help free children who were trapped within the gnarled wreckage of the bus, which crumpled like an aluminum can after it was rear-ended.

A photo published by WSAB showed the yellow bus with its back end crashed and the rear emergency exit door caved in. The rear bumper was also badly mangled and the vehicle could be seen standing upright on the grass.

Authorities claim that the bus was going at a speed of between 50 and 60 mph at the time of the collision.

Two helicopters were called to the scene to evacuate the students, according to Bacon County Emergency Management Agency Director Danny Turner.

Three of the students were taken to Shands Jacksonville Medical Center while three others were taken to the nearby Bacon County Hospital. The bus driver, Jerry Sweat, also was taken to Bacon County.

According to local reports, the students ranged from elementary to high school age. Fortunately, none of them suffered life-threatening injuries.

Georgia’s governor responded quickly to news of the crash.

“Terrible news out of Alma,” Gov. Brian Kemp tweeted Wednesday night. He added that his family was praying for the wellbeing of students and the Grayer’s bereaved family

A team of Georgia State Troopers specializing in the reconstruction of collisions will investigate the events, according to a GSP spokesperson.

Copeland told WTOC that the crash was a high impact and would be investigated by troopers as if loved ones were involved in the crash.

“We try to do the standard procedures on every crash and treat all crashes equally. However emotionally, you can’t help but to think I’ve got three children and you can’t help but think of your three children on their bus back home and it does make it personal if that makes sense,” Copeland said.

Morning Inspiration: How To Think About Your Dreams and Envision The Future (Motivational Video)

Source: Mulligan Brothers MOTIVATION

Everybody has some dream that they would like to pursue. The common thread for most of us is that we live our lives wanting to do better than our current circumstance. The path to making them active is by writing down goals related to the dreams and working towards it.

“What I’d like for you to do right now, I want you to think about your dream because I’m in a room full of dreamers. Think about your dream right now, I want you to think about it and envision it.” Les Brown

“Dreams without goals are just dreams.” Denzel Washington

The Hidden Truth in Christianity and Monotheistic Religions

The Christian church, teaches just enough truth to ignite. In my experience, the missing ingredient was self-development. Emphasis was placed on a mediator between humans and God. To know the full gospel, the good news, is to allow self-development which has many paths and myriads of manifestations. We are all unique and our path will be unique. Judgement has no place where freedom to develop the self is taught. Choices, illness, even mistakes are some of the greatest teachers.

Grasp this and be set free. We are here to live our best life and not the one that looks acceptable to someone else. The missing, the mystery is that we are all powerful creators, miracle makers, way showers and NO mediator is needed. We are built with DNA to have a healthy body, sound mind and a life that exudes joy, (even in difficult circumstances). Jesus Christ came to live and show the way, not be the way.  We are NOT born in sin, the only sin (which means to “miss the mark”) is when we fail to KNOW and live this supreme truth. We are all part of God, we all are part of Source, the creative energy from which all begins and continues.

The truth of who we are and the truth at the core for every human: we are supreme love. If we are separated from this truth in our mind, loss of connection with ourself and others occurs. Our core, LOVE creates beauty, the way and the ultimate life. Our thought life is one of our most prized possessions. It is the key to unlocking truth and harvesting our personal power. Disciplined and fine tune thinking can assist us to live in the present moment. With this comes, no regrets or worries for the future.  We are limitless beings with incredible potential for walking bravely in this new world.  Choose to live your best life.  Protect your mind, grow it, feed it, nurture it and raise your vibration as you do so.  Be at peace my friends.  Love, Julia

Join NOW Over 10 MILLION Meditating For Peace and Healing All with Covid-19

Important Editor’s Note: The Ekam World Peace Festival has concluded. It was beautiful, powerful, uplifting, transformative and so much more. I highly recommend that you watch all of the replays HERE. If you have time for only one, make sure that you watch the replay of Day 7 in its entirety (the one at 6pm IST). It includes an incredibly powerful limitless field meditation for peace on Earth and an absolutely brilliant conversation with Gregg Braden, which you can watch here:

“The universe does not exist ‘out there,’ independent of us. We are inescapably involved in bringing about that which appears to be happening. We are not only observers. We are participators. In some strange sense, this is a participatory universe.” – John Archibald Wheeler, theoretical physicist

Beginning today, Ekam is hosting the 3rd annual Ekam World Peace Festival. Last year – they had over 3 million participate in the Peace Meditations.

This year it is even bigger. They will collectively have over 10 million meditators from over 100 countries join to meditate for world peace. You are invited to participate from Aug 9th to Aug 15th and contribute to peace in the world and healing all people with Covid-19. Two separate meditations are held: one for peace, one for healing.

World Peace is much more than conflict resolution. Peace is a state of consciousness that humanity as a whole has to enter in order to create a better world. This would be our next evolutionary leap. Without a peaceful consciousness, every form of advancement would eventually lead us to greater separation, division and conflict. A peaceful human being is a gift to his/her family, a powerful force for good in the world.

More than a hundred thousand people have been nurturing a state of peace through meditation to prepare themselves to participate in this festival. Ekam’s intention is to nurture the peace quotient in human consciousness by engaging over 10 million people from India and various parts of the world through meditation.

This online meditation event is for 7 days, 68 mins each day starting from August 9th to August 15th.

☮️ Day 1 would be a collective journey in wisdom and meditation for the ending of wars in the world and to enhance harmony between nations.

☮️ Day 2 would be a collective journey in wisdom and meditation for ending of violence towards children and within young people and to nurture joy in their hearts.

☮️ Day 3 would a collective journey in wisdom and meditation for ending religious and racial divide and to nurture amity between them.

☮️ Day 4 would be a collective journey in wisdom and meditation for ending violence towards nature and animals and to nurture a sense of oneness with all life.

☮️ Day 5 would be a collective journey in wisdom and meditation for ending domestic violence and to nurture love and connection in families.

☮️ Day 6 would be a collective journey in wisdom and meditation for ending economic insufficiency and to nurture dignity towards all people.

☮️ Day 7 would be for a collective awakening in human consciousness towards peace for a better today and tomorrow.

Oneness in consciousness as the ground from which solutions for all world problems can emerge.

We invite you to join the meditation in our breathing room app. This is a free event and we suggest you join as a family and share it with your friends.

These meditations are streamed 2 times a day at 10.00 am IST (12:30 am ET, 9:30 pm PT) and 06.00 pm IST (8:30 am ET, 5:30 am PT). Click the links below to know time at your location:

How To Embrace The (Unexpected) Changes in Your Life

Accepting Change – Still I RiseThe Only Constant…

Perhaps you’ve heard the phrase, “the only constant is change”. But if not, it would serve us all well to take a moment to grasp the truth of this simple, yet powerful statement. Change really IS the only thing we can count on time after time, as nothing is permanent.

Sometimes when unexpected change comes up in our lives, it can feel like the rug was pulled out from under us because let’s face it; we all get comfortable in our daily routines. If we go into work one day to be told that our hours have been cut or on the flip-side that we must work long overtime hours, this unexpected change may cause us stress or anxiety.

But the worst thing we can do to ourselves is to worry. To worry about the situation is to literally create stories in your mind of the worst possible outcomes and to put all of your focus on THAT! Most of us know by now that everything is energy, right? Well, how do you think the energy is leaning when we worry about the unexpected things that happen to us in our lives? I’d have to say slightly more to the negative side and I’d think most of you would agree.

When creating the lives we want for ourselves, we need to keep envisioning in our hearts and our minds what we DO want, not putting the focus on that which we do NOT want. Again, it’s all about energy, and where our attention goes is where things will grow in our lives. Where we put the most attention is where we will see our manifestations literally come to life!

Different Types of Change

There are of course different types of change; that which we can control and that which we cannot. Now, the “no worrying!” suggestion still applies here, but for that which we CAN control in our lives, it helps if we learn how to best manage if not even invoke change in our own lives. This is to say we hold the reigns and direct the way our lives go, and we are okay with taking responsibility when things within our control go “wrong”. This is how we learn and grow and is part of the process we call “life”. If we don’t make mistakes, we are not living our lives fully enough!

For that which we cannot change, it is best to surrender and to trust. To quote the amazing Bruce Lee, “Be water, my friend”. When things outside of our control happen, and we trust that there is more to it, we will be gifted with the knowledge that it is for our greatest good and that we will come out of it stronger, wiser and with a better vision of where your life is headed and why this particular change happened in the first place.

Embracing Change

And this is how we begin to embrace all change in our lives; both that which we do have control over and that which we do not. Both have their lessons and their opportunities for growth and life experience in their own unique ways.

When we can always keep the bigger picture in mind, that this is all for the expansion of our consciousness; for our soul’s growth, it allows us to keep a lighter attitude about life in general and we don’t tend to view the world from a place of fear as often. Because we are coming from a place of trust, we can resonate with love and feel confident in the choices we are able to make and feel confident in trusting that all will work itself out as it should for that which we cannot control. Accepting Change In Your Business | angel art | angels art | angel ...

And when we begin to see how we really are creating our own lives, we become even more cosmically intertwined with the creative process of the divine Universe. As we act as co-creators, we literally leave our marks on the fabric of space-time!

I cannot think of anything more freeing and more empowering at the same time. This alone will act to open your heart and when your self-confidence begins to grow and you begin to see what magic you are capable of, there’s no telling what you can do! 🙂

Morning Inspiration: Don’t Waste The Years Of Your Life (Motivational Video)

Source: Mulligan Brothers MOTIVATION

Life is a continuous cycle of life and death but it’s the fact of our own mortality that is sometimes striking. It is at this point of recognition that we realize the meaning of not wasting the years of our lives

“Now most of us do our best to not think about death, but there’s always a part of our mind that knows this can’t go on forever. Part of us always knows that we’re just a doctor’s visit away or just a phone call away of being starkly reminded with the fact of our own mortality.”

Super Bowl-Winning Athlete Opts Out of 2020 NFL Season So He Can Continue Working on COVID-19 Frontlines

By McKinley Corbley | Good News Network

It has not even been one year since Laurent Duvernay-Tardif, the offensive lineman for the Kansas City Chiefs, was celebrating the team’s Super Bowl victory over the San Francisco 49ers—but now, the football star is opting out of the upcoming NFL season.

Since Duvernay-Tardif is a medical school graduate from McGill University in Montréal, he has been working on the frontlines of the COVID-19 outbreaks at a long-term care facility in Canada.

Rather than returning to “play the sport he loves,” Duvernay-Tardif says he will continue assisting as an orderly until the novel coronavirus is controlled.

The 29-year-old athlete published an open letter to his social media followers last week announcing his absence from the 2020 football season.

“Given the worldwide sanitary crisis we are currently experiencing, the NFL and NFLPA have agreed to significant health and safety protocols to protect the players,” wrote Duvernay-Tardif. “There is no doubt in my mind the Chiefs’ medical staff have put together a strong plan to minimize the health risks associated with COVID-19, but some risks will remain.

“This is one of the most difficult decisions I have had to make in my life, but I must follow my convictions and do what I believe is right for me personally,” he continued. “That is why I have decided to take the Opt-Out Option negotiated by the League and the NFLPA and officially opt out of the 2020 NFL season.”

It’s good to have some direction in your life. The journey to arrive at  your next goal becomes an essential component of your every day life. The thing is you have to learn to enjoy the process of reaching to the next phase in your life.

“Many people have this idea that I want to achieve something great, or be somebody great and they neglect the step that leads to greatness, they don’t honor this step and this moment because they have this idea of some future moment when they are going to be great.”

“Put your head down and work with pride on whatever is in front of you. You never know where you might end up. Just be aware the next worthy pursuit will probably appear in your periphery.”
