It’s essential for you to realize that your level of self-esteem will eventually determine the quality of your life and the level of growth and success that will be present in your life. By taking these five steps you will be able to boost your confidence, build your self-esteem and improve the quality of your life.

“You are the most valuable project of your life.” Sifu Florin Szondi
For years I would have disagreed with that statement. I would have asserted that it was never about the ‘project’ of me… it was about justice, and righting wrongs, and serving the higher good, and about the truth coming to light. Now comes the realization that there is a single end result of all projects. Every effort I made, everything I was involved in, served, ultimately, to improve me. The kingdom is within, as we all know, or ought to know, since we’ve been told in oh so many ways. All projects have to do with the kingdom.

Regularly thinking about what you would do if money were no object can be a hugely helpful activity. It allows you to put all the practicalities to one side and work out what’s really and truly important to you so you can begin to take action and turn that dream into a reality. If you’re feeling stuck and don’t know which way to turn, this exercise is the perfect starting place for gaining some clarity and figuring out which direction to head in.

So many people go around saying that they want to change their lives and that they want to live more meaningful and happier lives but because they perceive change as something that’s out there in the future, far away from where they are, they start feeling overwhelmed and eventually give up. Well, since our life is made up of days and since we can change the quality of our lives by changing the quality of our days, today’s post is meant to help you change your life without feeling overwhelmed. Whether you have been perusing the self-help or personal development section of the book store, been around people who are looking for personal success or whether you are part of or know of people in spiritual circles, The Secret or Law of Attraction is a big topic and has been for years. Some of us know a lot about it, some a little, for some of us it works and for some it “doesn’t,” either way, this article will explore a bit about The Secret or Law of Attraction and will touch on some key factors we are often not told about it.

How do you deal with those negative people that keep showing up in your life? I have come to believe that nothing in this world happens by accident and that there is a lesson to learn from everything and everyone. Well, apparently I don’t always walk the talk. I have to confess to you that I have times when I feel like I can’t take it anymore. There are people who know exactly what buttons to push, how to push them and when to push them. I am not perfect. When it happens it’s like I can’t think clear anymore and I forget everything I stand for, everything I believe in. It lasts for a while but then I go back to who I really am and what I really want my life to look like.

One sure-fire way of knowing if we are energetically out of sync with our lives is to observe whether we are feeling inspired and energized. If we are not, on some level we are choosing fear and are being held captive by it. Through the stance of inner listening and through acknowledging, identifying and embracing unconscious beliefs and behavior patterns hidden beneath a reluctance to change, we are able to access an expanded vision for our lives. And when we align with renewed vision and purpose, we become more authentic. We are able to engage with ourselves and with the world in a way that reflects passion and integrity.

Of all the magic potions, secret formulas and arcane wisdom of the ages, when it comes to getting out of my sh*t, the quickest way to shift the imbalance and come back into my open and empowered Heartspace is to get into Gratitude. Nothing works like Gratitude. Nothing. It’s a simple matter of physics or science or something progressively sensible… In that whatever we focus upon and put our attention towards, gets more … of itself.

Whenever you are in a deep sorrow, you feel more hungry. Whenever you are happy, flowing, cheerful and loving, and love is showering on you, who bothers to eat much? Even a small amount of food is enough nourishment then, because love is giving so much nourishment. People who can’t love will always become misers: possessive, accumulators of things.

In life, people will try to convince you that what you feel in your heart is not what you should apply in your life and that to dream is to be naive. That you should look for safety and stability, always “behaving” and doing what everyone else is doing and it’s so important to stop for a little while, take a few steps back and ask yourself: “What do I want? How do I want my life to unfold?”

The weekend is almost here again. And soon, all over the world, people will make a very common mistake and get lost in a destructive habit. They will get lost in the grey zone. They will go into a weekend that they want to spend with a good book and the family, maybe with friends down at the pub or with going out for a hike or a picnic in the sunshine. And then they will get lost in thoughts about work.
