Happiness & Humor

If we’re unaware of core beliefs, we may even convince ourselves that we just are not destined to be happy. Sadly many people accept this belief and thus manifest it into their destiny. But what if we are made aware of those core beliefs and we know that they can be healed? As long as we are open to the idea that they are not just “who we are”, there is not one core belief that cannot be overcome, healed and integrated so that you can live a happier, healthier life.

When we see happiness as something to be obtained, or a state that we’ll eventually reach once certain other things fall into place, we put ourselves in a place of constant distance from it. When we are always in a state of chasing happiness, we fail to realize that happiness is always right here in this moment, just waiting for us to simply tune into it.

We can name off all of our favorite things, all of the things that might get on our nerves and everything in between, but do our likes and dislikes really define us? How about all of the material possessions we’ve worked so hard to accumulate over the years? Where does “out there” (as in the world around us) end and “in here” (as within ourselves) begin?

In letting go on my need for judgment, I created a space for acceptance that wasn’t there before. And with that came the ability to not feel the fear that exists with not knowing how things will turn out, but still being able to face the day and do the things you need to do with your head up, regardless of the fear you’re feeling. It’s not the repression or denial of fear, but the using of it as a tool for learning and growth. When we can accept was IS, we allow what will be…

In a reality where the “free” world has been slowly dismantled and taken over by tyranny, it seemed appropriate to write about none other than “freedom”. Now, freedom is a concept that can mean many different things to many different people. One might consider freedom only in the context of nations, war, government, and politics. Others might narrow it down a bit further to a personal level and say that freedom is in fact a state of mind and that true freedom involves taking full responsibility for the choices you make in your life.

Being in tune with your intuition and knowing how to read and decipher the signals and signs it sends to you is vital to working with The CCC Practice, or “Creating Congruent Conditions” in your life that
will naturally draw in the experiences that desire. This falls over all categories of our lives from work to love to family and education, etc. In fact, living a truly congruent life actually means having all parts of your life existing wholly as they are; in balance and harmony being an extension of you via your own creative expression you bring to these various areas of your life.

Believe it or not, the “spiritual” community is heavily weighed with so-called “gurus” who lead from ego rather than heart, and whom tend to have mastered the art of taking money from people with low self-esteem. While this isn’t the norm of course, there are many whom are profiting off people’s weaknesses and rather than helping people actually learn, grow and expand, they are monetizing these weakness to keep people living small.

Quantum Prayer is simply the act of empowered receiving. While we are intending to connect with the Divine to receive guidance, we do so knowing we are already complete, already whole and already One with the All. We allow, we make welcome, we trust, we surrender to the flow. We do not simply “ask” and then lay in bed wide awake all night stressing out and worrying if it will come, happen, change, etc. That is the opposite of #Quantum Prayer.
