If you log into Instagram, you won’t have to look too hard to find filtered photos of people trying to get the perfect pose to hide their tummy fat or make their butt look bigger. However, body positive Finish blogger Sara Puhto wants to tell the world that everyone should love themselves as they are.

Using hashtags about body positivity, Sara wants to share the message that beauty starts with self-love, and that mainstream medias’ ideas of beauty are seriously skewed.
