Bullying and name-calling are frowned upon in most primary schools, but apparently not in the current American presidential race. Republican candidate, Donald Trump, continues to make increasingly immature comments about his opponents without the slightest hint of backlash. What does his popularity say about us, the voting public?

Russell, was a friend of Amy’s and is a self-proclaimed former addict. In this video, he courageously examines some deep questions as to whether the talented young Londoner could have been saved. Openly admitting that he probably could have done more for her himself, Russell also questions the potentially lethal role our media-voracious culture may have played in Amy’s demise.

“I am honored to mark my 18th birthday with the brave and inspiring girls of Syria. I am here on behalf of the 28 million children who are kept from the classroom because of armed conflict. Their courage and dedication to continue their schooling in difficult conditions inspires people around the world and it is our duty to stand by them,” Malala said. “On this day, I have a message for the leaders of this country, this region and the world — you are failing the Syrian people, especially Syria’s children. This is a heartbreaking tragedy — the world’s worst refugee crisis in decades.”

Just a few years ago, Jenna Spesard and Guillaume Dutilh of Tiny House BIG Journey had a pretty common lifestyle. They both had regular jobs and resided in pretty typical homes. Jenna lived in a 2500 square foot home with roommates and Guillaume lived in a 1000 square foot apartment that he had all to himself. So it’s an understatement to say that their lifestyle changed radically when they both quit their jobs to build a tiny home on wheels and tour the U.S.

A German woman who made news when she gave birth to her 13th child tens years ago at age 55 is pregnant again, this time with quadruplets. Annegret Raunigk, now 65-year-old, is a schoolteacher from Berlin. She decided to try to get pregnant again when her 9-year old daughter requested a sibling. She underwent artificial insemination using both donated sperm and eggs, and is now in the 21st week of a healthy pregnancy.

Two inventive Engineering Seniors from George Mason University, Viet Tran and Seth Robertson have created a fire extinguisher that uses low-frequency sound waves to douse a blaze. They believe the technology will be good in normal households to put out a small kitchen fire and with development, may also be effective on a larger scale with swarm robotics fighting fires that could be extremely dangerous to human fire fighters.

If life coaching were an Olympic sport, Rhonda would have won the gold for this one. She crushed it; hit it way out of the park. And 9/11 is no small topic. As an empath, I still feel shaky collective energy every 9/11 anniversary. If you need to get over that tragedy or anything else (or if you just want to watch amazing, transformational television), view all three videos and walk through a trifecta of powerful exercises with Rhonda and Jessica. Be sure to have your kleenex near by.

Every woman has a glow; a radiance at her core. But our culture is so indoctrinated in the external and the “masculine” – focusing for instance on thinking, competing, and completing “to do” lists – that we often forget the value of all that feminine energy has to offer — joy, play, lightness and spirit. Because of this, and the fact that we typically work full-time jobs and fun households, we woman, gradually learn to dim our natural radiance.

Have you recently suffered some kind of loss? Do you have trouble just going with the flow of your life? Do you find that when something “bad” happens, you want to “move on,” but you don’t really know how? If you answered yes to any (or all) of these questions, you won’t want to miss my LIVE interview with Farhana Dhalla this Tuesday, January 13 at 5 pm PST on the Conscious Life Awakened Speaker Series (CLASS).
