How To Achieve BLISS in Three Short Steps!

Achieving bliss is easier than you think according to a leading edge heart-brain researcher

Though HeartMath is known for its scientifically based, cutting edge research into the intelligence of the heart, some of which may appear daunting to the lay person, they’ve also been able to procure some really easy techniques to achieve a state of bliss using their research into heart intelligence.

I spoke to HeartMath’s Howard Martin to see what he had to share as to how we can achieve a state of bliss through what he calls “total heart-brain coherence,” and the steps were surprisingly easy…


  • Take your complete focus to your heart (mentally align with the physical area of your heart and focus your attention there).


  • Imagine you are breathing from that heart-center: instead of the customary “in through the nose-out through the mouth” approach – imagine the breath coming in and out of the heart…fyi – it really works!


  • Feel your emotion from the heart. Don’t “think” about your feelings. Simply feel them – coming from the heart.

Note: Clearing your mind of any clutter is key to the effectiveness of this technique, but based on my own practice with this simple process, it works!
