This is undoubtedly the most sought government job exam in India as it received more than one crore applications. The cut-offs for this exam are going to be soaring high due to the tough competition. The RRB  Non-Technical Popular Categories (NTPC) Exam is a Computer Based Test (CBT). Those candidates who will qualify the preliminary will be eligible to take the main exam. The final stage of the selection process will be document verification.

The exam dates have been delayed several times which has left the aspirants confused. RRB NTPC Exam dates are yet to be announced, so the aspirants still have time to prepare for the same. So, the aspirants are advised to utilize this opportunity and boost their preparations. RRB NTPC released a notification stating that the exam has been postponed till further notice. The revised exam dates will soon be released by the Board. Candidates are advised to stay connected with us for any updates.

Factors that are affecting the conduction of the RRB NTPC Exam

Syllabus for RRB NTPC

Syllabus for Computer-Based Test-I

  • General Awareness(40 questions)
  • Mathematics(30 questions)
  • General Intelligence and Logical Reasoning(30 questions)

Candidates will get 90 minutes to solve the paper. The duration for PwD candidates will be 120 minutes. There will not be any section-wise duration. Negative marking will be done for any wrong answers marked by the candidates.

  • General Awareness(50 questions)
  • Mathematics(35 questions)
  • General Intelligence and Logical Reasoning(35 questions)

RRB NTPC Admit Card

RRB NTPC Admit Card will be made available for download before a few days of commencement of the examination. Since, the delay in the release of the exam dates, there is an automatic delay in RRB NTPC Admit Cards.

The admit card/Hall Ticket of the examination carries the basic details of the candidates like Name, Roll No, Photograph, etc. Candidates will not be allowed to take the exam if they are unable to produce admit cards during the time of examination. Candidates are also advised to preserve their admit cards for future reference. They should keep it intact until the final results are announced.

The Admit Cards are to be downloaded from the official website of RRB after the announcement of the results. The Board will provide you with a link to do the same.

Follow the below steps to download RRB NTPC Admit Card

  • The admit cards will be published region-wise so candidates have to open their region-wise official website to download their admit cards.
  • After opening the website, enter your Registration Number and Date of Birth.
  • After providing your login credentials, click on the submit button.
  • Your admit card will open up.
  • Check whether all the details provided on your admit card are correct or not.
  • In case of any discrepancies, contact the Board and get it rectified ASAP.
  • Download the admit card and bring a printed copy of the same for examination.
