6 Quick Ways to Bring More Meaning Into Your Life (Video)

Ralph Smart of Infinite Waters Diving Deep found that earlier on his personal journey, he would get burned out and ask himself, “Is there any point to all of this?” If you’re feeling that way now, don’t worry, Ralph can help. In this video he shares 6 ways you can find the meaning of life — in about five minutes.

The main key to finding meaning in life is to define things in your own terms.

Here are 6 ways you can do that:

1) Ask yourself what personally brings me happiness?

2) Go back to a time in your childhood when you were filled with wonder. Get a piece of paper and write down how you felt at that time. Go deep with it and fill up lots of pages. Feeling is meaning, so this exercise will put you more in touch with what really matters to you.

3) Life doesn’t have to have a particular meaning. Different people give it different forms of expression. What did you come here to do? Do that. That’s all that matters.

4) Hang out with people who deeply matter to you. Don’t put off time with your loved ones because you’re “busy.” They immediately gives your life meaning and value.

5) Tap into your inner weirdness. Own your weirdness. It’s the secret of having more meaning in your life. Do what turns you on and try fun expressions like “wooo” “ahhhhh” and “oooooo.”

6) Get out into nature. It connects you with the essence of life and creates immediate meaning.

Be well. Peace.
