Renowned Intutive, Alicia Power shares 5 ways you can move into a state true happiness. These are:

1) Still your mind — through meditation or other techniques, get your mind to an open, receptive place where it’s not controlling or pushing you.

2) Experience variety — delight in your personal desires and explore your soul through finding out what things you really like and want. Talk to different people and do different types of activities. Make sure you don’t get stuck in a limited routine.

3)  Be self-determining — initiative what you want to create in your life. As humans, we get so much joy from exercising our own person choice and creating what we came here to create.

4) Exercise — When you move the body your bio-chemistry sends out positive endorphins. Exercise is one of the fastest ways to shift into a genuinely happy state.

5) Relax fully — get horizontal. When we lie down, all sorts of good bio-chemistry gets triggered, so make sure you get horizontal often enough.
