    Thought provoking. Makes good sense and I believe worth whatever effort us needed to implement. I do however believe using a few less “perfect” models would be more appropriate and lend more credence to the heart of the matter.

    He’s right about the emotional aspect of our lives, it’s important to address your emotional issues first.
    Being bored is also a factor of over eating!!
    As for walking its easy to do if the temperature is not at 50 degree Celsius!!!
    Way up be awesome, go to sleep, wake up be awesome!!!!
