4 Essential Tips to Survive a Relationship Breakup

How to survive the breakup of a relationship – especially when YOU did not wish this breakup and only the other person did…

Ouch!!! Painful. Waves and waves of grief and sadness flowing sometimes for days. Normal my friends… I experienced this myself AND survived!

Here are the practices I did to support myself:

(1) The most important thing is not to resist those emotions. It is to fully allow those emotions to flow, have them! Feel them!

(2) At a certain point as you feel the charge decreasing, begin to ask yourself do I want to stay here swimming in the sadness? Or am I ready to move on?  Choose to move on.

(3) Practice the subtle triangle bond cutting exercise: Imagine in your mind a triangle. At the top of the triangle place Divine Source or your version. On the bottom left point of the triangle place your ex-partner. On the bottom right point of the triangle, place yourself. Now take imaginary scissors and begun begin cutting the lines, bonds, cords, and/or chains connecting the two of you. Take the loose ends after you have cut them with the scissors and plug them independently directly back up into Divine Source. This way you end the energetic connection between you and support each other’s growth in consciousness.

(4) Begin practicing what I call “The Relationship Prayer” which I adapted from the Hawaiian Ho’oponopono practice:

I forgive you.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

These four simple practices helped me raise again my frequency level after it had dropped significantly on the day of the break up. It also allowed me to once again open my heart that felt slammed shut never to open up again especially in the first day or two after the breakup.

My sweet friends if any of you find yourself in this place, I hope that these practices help you like they helped me. Know that each of you are beautiful Infinite Divine Beings in a body on the planet having a human experience.

You are not broken! You are not wrong! We are here to gather and have experiences. Some of them are pleasant, some of them are unpleasant. But NONE of them are bad!

I am wrapping my arms around each of you and sending you a burst of frequency in this moment. May you receive it and experience it!
