3 Questions That Will Help You Unleash Your Authentic Sexiness (Video)

Source: Rachael Jayne Groover

In this AwakenTV video, Rachael Jayne Groover invites you to look at the shadow quality of your sexiness. Our culture has some real issues with authentic sexiness, and this has resulted in a multi-billion dollar porn industry and a whole lot of premature sexual activity by teens.

If each one of us can look at how we push away our sexiness, and learn to embrace it in a healthy way, we can individually add to the collective sexual healing.

Here are the 3 big questions that will help you authentically integrate your sexiness:

1) What resistance do you have to being sexy?

If you had to stand before a large audience and tell them you were sexy, how would you feel about that?

2) When have you felt sexy?

Recall the times in your life when you’ve felt sexy. You have access to this quality through your memories at any time.

3) What is the gift of embracing sexy?

Since so many of us have trouble finding the gift of being sexy, Rachael offers these : sexy is magnetic — meaning it is literally attractive. People are drawn to you when you allow your sexiness to flow. Also, sexy is fun and very alive. You bring others up when you fully express your sexiness.

You feel good when you’re allowing yourself to feel sexy, and other’s feel good around you. It’s definitely a win-win, which is a great reason to go over these shadow questions until you feel more able to access, embrace and express your authentically sexy self.

I could write a book on the art of being. Sexy and feeling sexy and now it Is Affecting American culture. We only have to look across the border into Canada to see the difference in our xexual cultures. Canada is light years different than America and is much more advanced and open in attitudes about our bodies and sexuality. This also applies to Europe, South America , Australia, etc., Americans are “sexy” ignorant compared to most of the world. And it shows in our illegetimate birth rate, our high divorce rate, etc.
It is so much healthier, sexually, to understand our bodies, our sexual emotions and desires….that enables us to make better decisions about our sexual and personal decisions.
That being said , I know from experience that sexual curosity in my earlier years got me in trouble….I was not prepared for a satisfing sexual life in marriage, nor was my mate, who left me out of curosity of what sex would be like with anotjer man…..and discovered it was more satifying than with me, due to my ignorance. Proof of not acting sexy, giving sex its proper attention in a relationship and ended up losing the o one I truely loved. That was 45 years ago and still am not happy without her in my life.
