It’s the holiday season! If that sentence has you panicking about prepping keto options, don’t stress — today, I’m bringing you an assortment of delicious keto holiday recipes.

The holidays should be a time of celebration, spent surrounding yourself with the ones you love, but if you’ve found yourself losing sleep at night trying to figure out how to please everyone’s palate while minding your macros, agonizing over the hours you’ll spend stuck in the kitchen, it doesn’t exactly send visions of sugar plums dancing through your head.

If you’re cooking for your non-keto family and the idea of a carb overload has already got you feeling foggy, let me help — I’ve got a Keto Holiday Cookbook with four separate dinner party meal plans, complete with appetizers, starters, sides, entrees, desserts, and condiments, all keto, all delicious, all user-friendly! The shopping lists are included, and I’ve even added low-FODMAP, nut-, egg-, and nightshade-free options with standard and metric measurements. That’s cause for celebration, haul out the holly!

To get you inspired, I’ve included a few of my favorite recipes from my Keto Holiday Cookbook, as well as some delicious dishes from around the internet. This holiday season, you can have your bacon and eat it, too.

Let’s dig in!
