I’ve learned so much from holding on, but even more from letting go. And today I would like to share with you 23 powerful lesson in letting go, lessons that will most probably inspire you to let go of anything that no longer serves you, grows you, or makes you happy so that you can start living the wonderful and meaningful life you deserve to live.

1. By letting it go it all gets done.

2. Letting go frees you from unnecessary stress.

“Letting go helps us to to live in a more peaceful state of mind and helps restore our balance. It allows others to be responsible for themselves and for us to take our hands off situations that do not belong to us. This frees us from unnecessary stress.” ~ Melody Beattie

3. Letting go is a sign of great strength.

4. Letting go doesn’t mean that you don’t care about someone anymore.

    love the quotes in this article but the title is way off base. These are Not 25 lessons to help you let go. It’s 25 reasons to let go. There isn’t zip in this article that helps people learn how to let go.
