I just LOVE Louise Hay affirmations. Maybe you do (or will) too!

Louise Hay is a well-revered motivational author and the founder of Hay House (a mecca for motivational and life-improving publications).

She is best known as an author for her 1984 book “You Can Heal Your Life” and she has a fantastic message of positive thinking and personal responsibility.

Here are some of my favorite Louise Hay affirmations. I hope you enjoy them!

  1. “The point of power is always in the present moment.”

  2. “If I want to believe that life is lonely and that nobody loves me, then that is what I will find in my world.”

  3. “We are each responsible for all of our experiences.”

  4. “Remember, in the vast infinity of life, all is perfect, whole, and complete… and so are you.”

  5. “If your mother did not know how to love herself, or your father did not know how to love himself, then it would be impossible for them to teach you to love yourself. They were doing the best they could with what they had been taught as children.”

  6. “If we are willing to do the mental work, almost anything can be healed.”

  7. “It is essential that we stop worrying about money and stop resenting our bills.”

  8. “Love is the great miracle cure. Loving ourselves works miracles in our lives.”

  9. “Every thought we think is creating our future.”

  10. “I am in the right place, at the right time, doing the right thing.”

  11. “I do not fix problems. I fix my thinking. Then problems fix themselves.”

  12. “You’ve been criticising yourself for years and it hasn’t worked. Try approving of yourself and see what happens.”

  13. “You are the only person who thinks in your mind! You are the power and authority in your world.”

  14. “It is true if you believe it to be true.”

  15. “When we create peace and harmony and balance in our minds, we will find it in our lives.”

  16. “Self-approval and self-acceptance in the now are the main keys to positive changes in every area of our lives.”

  17. “Responsibility is our ability to respond to a situation. We always have a choice.”

  18. “If I want to be accepted as I am, then I need to be willing to accept others as they are.”

  19. “Humor and joy contribute to my total well-being.”

  20. “The more we love ourselves, the less we project our pain onto the world.”

  21. “If you experience a health challenge, Life is inviting you to love yourself. In other words, no matter what your problem is, there is only one answer: loving yourself.”

  22. “What we think about ourselves becomes the truth for us.”
