    Well when you are in a controllers environment it’s very easy to eat healthy and exercise. Out in the real world who is pushing you to go gym daily and watch your portions every day. The result is weight gain.

    Diets don’t work! This is nothing to do with genes. The only way to lose weight and keep it off is to permanently change your lifestyle, which includes eating habits.

    Ohhh Dan Emerson this is exactly why i fight the fight within every day.. makes me a little bit of a pain to eat with but its worked for over 20 yeArs now gratefully….
