(CSPAN) – Secretary of Treasury Tim Geithner is forced to admit under oath that he did NOT inform the Department Of Justice (DOJ) even though he was aware of specific cases of fraud.

Representative Brad Miller (D-NC) questions Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner about the Libor rate-rigging scandal at a House Financial Services hearing.
