SpaceX and NASA send Falcon 9 to the ISS [video]

The Falcon 9, a rocket-powered aircraft made by SpaceX, successfully blasted off over the weekend to begin its first of 12 missions the company will conduct in a newly established relationship with NASA. The ship will send cargo to the International Space Station, but it might not be as costly as it could be: the public-private partnership between NASA and SpaceX is expected to save taxpayers money.
