On the July 6 “Rachel Maddow Show,” Rachel explained that even though Mitt Romney’s nomination by the Republican Party is considered a lock, Ron Paul still has a chance to qualify for nomination if he wins the majority of delegates at the Nebraska Republican State Convention that is being held on July 13-14.
