Mushrooms: The Natural World’s Superheros

After taking a natural history class at UC Santa Cruz (the Mecca of fungi), I became more interested in the wonders of mycelium and how it affects the world. Mushrooms are much more than just a source of food. This must see video from a TED Talk in 2008 features mycologist Paul Stamets educating us on 6 ways that mycelium fungi can help save the universe.
