Massive, Sophisticated Bosnian Pyramids Hold Ancient Mysteries

In a recent interview on Coast to Coast AM, archaeologist Semir Osmanagic discussed his work as the primary investigator of the “Bosnian Valley of the Pyramids”, a vast complex of unique and sophisticated pyramids which he initially discovered in April of 2005.

According to Osmanagic, the Bosnian pyramids are “the most sophisticated and the most complex structures ever built on this planet,” and were only discovered in recent years because they were previously hidden beneath 2-3 feet of 12,000 year old soil.

Since 2005, Osmanagic and dozens of full time employees, consultants and volunteers from all over the world have spent about 340,000 man-hours excavating, sample testing, and radio carbon dating what they can of the sites. Throughout the excavation and investigation process, many intriguing and record-setting discoveries have been made.

The Bosnian pyramid complex consists of five main structures, known individually as the Pyramid of the Sun, the Moon, the Earth, the Dragon, and Love. After investigating the placement of each pyramid, researchers discovered that the position of the Sun, Moon, and Dragon pyramids are each about 1.5 miles away from one another, geographically forming a perfect equilateral triangle. Furthermore, each of the five pyramids are also connected by what is now known as the world’s most extensive underground tunnel network.

The most massive pyramid in the complex, the Pyramid of the Sun, is measured at approximately 700 feet high, which is significantly taller than the Great Pyramid in Egypt, making it the largest pyramid ever discovered on Earth. After dating the soil which still covers much of the Pyramid of the Sun, experts believe that the building itself is at least 12,000 years old, establishing it as the oldest pyramid structure in Europe, and possibly the world. Investigators were also surprised to find that the concrete blocks, which the outer layer of the pyramid was built with, is stronger than ancient Roman concrete, demonstrating that the Bosnian pyramid builders possessed building techniques which surpassed Roman technology, before Rome ever existed.

Within the tunnel system that connects the pyramids, water wells, and other significant structures, researchers have found giant megalithic blocks, some weighing up to 8 tons. Upon further testing, the blocks were found to be ceramic, created in two layers, with mysterious oval, egg-like objects embedded inside them. Plans have been made to drill small holes in the blocks to find out what these oval objects are. Ancient symbols were also found carved on the ceramic blocks. According to Osmanagic, these symbols match many Runic writings, the oldest european writing, dating back over 5000 years.

During standard safety radiation testing in the underground tunnels of the complex, Osmanagic and his team found that the level of radiation was within safe limits, but would mysteriously fluctuate up and down in a continuous cycle, indicating that some energy source was constantly influencing the levels of radioactivity.

Amazingly, it was also discovered that the very top of the Pyramid of the Sun emits a continuous energy beam at a frequency of 28 kilohertz (ultrasonic frequency) in a radius of 13 feet. What’s even more astonishing is that tests showed that the intensity of the focused energy beam gets stronger at higher elevations above the top of the pyramid, and as Osmanagic pointed out in his interview, this seemingly contradicts our physical laws which state that the energy should be stronger closer to the source. Given this scientific data, Osmanagic theorizes that either the energy is demonstrating an unknown non-Hertzian energetic phenomenon (something he alleges Nikola Tesla talked about), or the energy source is coming from somewhere above the pyramid, and not within it. Like the other mysterious phenomena within the pyramid complex, the reason for this abnormal energetic activity still remains a mystery.

Pyramids have been found on every continent of the Earth, and with the apparent sophistication and enormous scale of these ancient monuments, researchers like Osmanagic maintain that pyramids, and other ancient edifices, display an advanced knowledge which modern man is just now discovering and attempting to relearn by studying the structures left behind by these past civilizations.

According to Osmanagic, “The 21st century will finally prove that almost everything they teach us in school about the ancient history is wrong.”
