This morning we shall speak about the energies which are being ramped up once again during this new moon.  Already you are feeling the effects as this moment approaches.  Your ability to utilize these frequencies is, and will be, increasing, both for your consciousness and your physical well-being.

You may want to employ images of feeding these energies to your cells and your DNA to aid them in using these frequencies in their rejuvenation and regeneration.  Perhaps you may want to envision repairing your DNA itself.  You may wish to feel it flowing to all parts of your consciousness, as well.  If, in your mind’s eye, you see a color, such as violet, blue, rose, or gold, allow it to infuse everything.  Expand its reach as far as possible.  Whatever color you may see, if any at all, is being sent in order to fill a particular function for you at the time.

Now would be an ideal time for you to envision expanding and improving your awareness as much as possible.  This is in alignment with the purpose of the moment.  The galactic alignment which is coming into play has a purpose of awakening awareness for all creation in this ‘neighborhood’.  We hope you will avail yourselves as fully as you are able of the opportunity.  Understand that these changes will be made, in any case.  But you are able to greatly increase their rapid effect if you so choose.

We would suggest breathing the feelings and the colors into every corner of your being and then allowing them to expand far out beyond what you think of as yourselves, especially down into your dear mother, Earth.  Meet each breath with gratitude and love.  If you are intending any changes, or releasing anything, now is a good time to do that, as well.  Allow the flow to clear, change, and strengthen you.  Reinforce all of your dreams for your new selves.  Then you may want to envision all of the changes you dream for the world of the coming age and let the energy build and reinforce them also.

Allow your being to reach out and join with all others to bring this about.  Envelope your dear planet in the brilliant light and love that is expanding from the many, many of you who are now waking and intending these changes.  Perhaps intend that they occur with love and ease, smoothly, with harm to no one.  Intend the same for all creatures who ride this beautiful blue spaceship with you.  All are being uplifted with you.  The effects of your efforts thus far have been amazing.  We applaud you with all our hearts.  But, as you say often, “You ain’t seen nothin’ yet.”  As the incoming energy increases in purity and volume, the effectiveness of your awakened ones increases also.  The rapidity of humanity’s awakening increases.  Each person who progresses brings the conscious change to that many more.  For those who understand the image, you are about ninety-seven monkeys along the path, maybe ninety-eight.

Our hope now is that you simply continue as keep yourselves centered and grounded.  You will likely find that you need to do that a bit more often in these next few days.  Each of these successive waves now will be a bit more of a jump for you.  But you are showing yourselves to be master surfers.  We have much more confidence in you than you sometimes have in yourselves.

The founding fathers wanted to create a government of distributed power. While their hope was that under a system of distributed power no one individual could destroy liberty, it also means no one individual can restore liberty.

Ron Paul is our best messenger of liberty but the message of liberty implies the responsibility of the individual. It is not about heroes or saviors, it’s about you standing up for YOUR liberties and effecting politics at a local level that simmers up to the federal level. If you’re feeling disappointment with the Ron Paul campaign you may have lost sight of this fact and it may be time to take a step back to reassess what you see as your path to restoring liberty in America.

Lisa Harrison interviewed Bill and Eva on 5-9-12. Okay, I’ve already posted the 5-14-12 showof Bill and Eva, so why post this one?

First, Lisa asks some excellent questions from her perspective. And her perspective is that she has NOT been an Obama supporter, for one thing, and for her, “the ship is still out” on him. So I felt her questions and viewpoint may help many who are also NOT Obama supporters. So, sorry, O-lovers, don’t expect her to say anything like “Obama is sweetness and Light and everything Right.”

Second, the repetition of what is occurring around the US country and around the world coming from Bill Wood-Brockbrader, I feel is extremely important. Repetition. Again and again. Into the world consciousness. Positive changes are happening. Here’s the data. Sort it for yourself. But here’s the data.

One statement stood out, from 24:30 of Part 2, where Bill says,

“I cannot BS people on the momentum shift that everybody is sensing right now. There has been a very palpable shift in world wide consciousness.”

That is exactly what I felt after listening to the first few minutes of his video of 5-5-12. It felt like (to me), “That’s it. That’s it!!! We’re there. It’s happening.”

“Let’s have a thought experiment, shall we? … Let’s assume that I just appointed you my terror czar.  And, I don’t mean preventing terror, I mean exacting it, and causing it, and directing it towards an enemy. I want you to think like a terrorist.  What would you concentrate on?  As far as me, that’s easy.  Put me in control of the weather.  Do you have any idea of what I could do to a city, a state, or even a country if I could control its weather?  Since time, immemorial, man has wanted to figure a way how to control his own weather.  And, what could I use to attempt that, huh?

“HAARP.  Mention HAARP to the right people and they’ll know exactly what you’re referring to.  HAARP is an acronym for High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Program.  Google it!  What an incredible concept. Look what then defense secretary said in 1997 about the history of weather control.  And, I’m not talking cloud seeding.  Go ahead, Google it?  Do some research.

“Then in 2010, a Russian political scientist accused the U.S. directly of climate change. And, it’s all there: the studies, the accusations, reports, articles.  They’ve been on the internet for years, right before your very eyes.  And, thousands of folks have researched it for years.  But, the … puppet media haven’t been given the green light by the Fed to utter a word about it.  And, you haven’t heard anything, have you?  Remember, they’re repeaters, not reporters…”

Other spiritual teachers have their own lists of symptoms, which may include headaches and other body aches and pains, emotional rollercoaster rides, angry outbursts, sweating, changes in energy levels, sleep patterns, jobs, and relationships, and gaining or losing weight. All of this doesn’t sound like a whole lot of fun.

James Tyberonn channels,

“We have told you that the world remakes itself now and whether or not humanity in micro or macro is supportive of expansive change or against it, whether it is understood by mankind en masse or not, it is truly a moot point as the inertia of transition speeds into reality more quickly today than it did yesterday on the linear and Omni-Earth….Each advancing energy will require physical, emotional and mental adjustment to the higher frequencies downloaded.”– Archangel Metatron channeled through James Tyberonn.

In other words, we will need to respond to and adjust to each event or challenge that comes up in our life. (This is how I feel about the state of my life right now: I am making an effort to respond to each challenge that comes up, despite the challenges showing up one right after the other.)

Archangel Metatron encourages,

“Do not despair, for the symptoms will pass quickly, and the benefits are a stronger ‘you’.”– Archangel Metatron channeled through James Tyberonn.

I do agree that those symptoms actually catalyze our personal growth–because when you’re experiencing unpleasant symptoms, you are more motivated to take action and to follow your inner guidance. However, the symptoms will not pass by quickly all on their own. You absolutely will need to be proactive about each one of your symptoms.

Sometimes I see people on Facebook asking about their Ascension symptoms–e.g. “Should I do something about this ache and that pain or are they Ascension symptoms?” (As if one or the other condition were true, but not both.) But following your inner guidance and being proactive is the best way to deal with any of your awakening symptoms, be they spiritual or physical.

An example: You may find that your mysterious aches, pains and skin issues disappear when you eliminate gluten and dairy from your diet. A colleague of mine named Shasta Tierra (a licensed acupuncturist in San Jose, CA) is teaching Natural Health Makeover classes that have her clients totally eliminate gluten, dairy and GMO foods from their diet, for a period of 6 weeks. (GMO foods should be eliminated completely.)

People who have taken this class have had pains in their arms, swelling in their feet, skin irritations and back pains disappear within several days of following the healthy diet she recommends. One lady who could not sit for more than 45 minutes without experiencing excruciating back pain found herself sitting at work all morning without having to get up and stretch! But when she went back to her normal diet, her back pain came back in a couple of days! (Gluten and dairy cause inflammation in the body and GMOs damage the liver and kidneys–important organs of detoxification. And remember that what affects your body also affects your mind…)

We are not supposed to ignore these so-called Awakening Symptoms. Rather, when we take the steps to be proactive and follow our inner guidance with regard to our symptoms, that’s when we have our Awakenings!

Anyway, I have my own list of what I understand to be essential and relevant signs and symptoms of spiritual awakening. The following is a list of nine “symptoms” I experienced during my process of awakening:

1.Painful life changes you can’t explain or know how you’ll get through. (This helps motivate you to look deep within for the answers. Because that’s where the guidance that will actually place you squarely on the path of your awakening is.)

2.Synchronicities that are meaningful to you. (These help point you in the right direction on your path or help spark an important new insight.)

3.Intense inner contemplation including questioning and/or reexamining of beliefs and events, especially at 3 or 4 in the morning. (This is often triggered by happenings or events you can’t explain using your current belief system or knowledge.)

4.Receiving “secret messages” from people who may or may not be aware that they’re relaying special messages to you. (Spirit works in interesting ways.)

5.Having the same thing (especially something that’s unusual) happen to you 2 or 3 times in a relatively short period of time, like, say, 24 hours. (This assures that you actually notice what your higher self wants you to notice.)

6.Waking up in the middle of the night feeling intense confusion. (This means your beliefs and the foundation they are based on are being adjusted. Before you become clear and solid in your new awakened state, you will no doubt find yourself mucking through a period of deep confusion.)

7.Intense, vivid dreams that seem to point you in a certain direction. (The further along in the process you are, the clearer your dreams will be and the more your dreams will help guide you in your daily life. The dreams will be in metaphor form, often in metaphors that make sense to you.)

8.Favorable synchronicities that happen regularly. (You can expect these to occur after you regularly follow through with your inner guidance.)

9.Finding yourself laughing more often. (Sometimes you will wake up in the middle of the night, in pops a new, freeing insight about one of your beliefs or an event from your past, and then you laugh your head off. Don’t worry about this. It just shows that your higher self has a good sense of humor.)

Experiencing any (or all) of these signs means that you are deep into your spiritual awakening and ascension process.

Remember, the fast track to spiritual awakening does not depend on how much fame or fortune you possess, or on how many advanced degrees you have, but on whether you’re willing to (temporarily) forgo your comfort zones for the noble purpose of personal and spiritual growth.

Your individual growth is of utmost importance right now, and the signs and symptoms you experience aren’t just signs or symptoms. They are actually catalysts designed to assist you in your spiritual awakening process.

They all hung around for about two days before making their way back into the bush.”Elephants have long been known to mourn their dead. In India, baby elephants often are raised with a boy who will be their lifelong “mahout.” The pair develop legendary bonds – and it is not uncommon for one to waste away without a will to live after the death of the other.
