Expanding Your Consciousness

Good afternoon Beloved Ones how are you today? I am Adama and I walked with each one of you on this path until this place – this very place today, this afternoon. Me and my brothers and sisters of Telos are always with you, each minute and each day of this journey, underline three times:  each minute and each day of this journey.  We are helping you, each one of you, in all the ways possible; when you think, when you dream, when you walk, when you eat – anytime. This fills up our hearts with so much joy … so much bliss … that you are here all together on our land, in our energy – basking in our energies in the Kingdom that we have prepared for the human race. If you feel around you, there’s sweetness in the air in this place, it’s the emanation of the Healing Temple that is above you in the etheric world. This Temple is powerful. Not everybody knows about that Temple. You are some of the few that are now aware about this magnificent healing energy that is being poured down on this land from this Temple … all around here.

When you, how would you use the expression … suffer in silence … because some of you do suffer in silence – isn’t it?  When you suffer in silence come here, bring your heart in this place … surround you with the sound of the music here; the stream, surround you with the light of the trees, of this forest and bask yourself in these energy until peace come back to you … until the suffering is gone away.

We do know and we do understand what you are going through in your dimension; it’s not always easy, it’s not always pleasant and enjoyable because often you’re alone in your island believing in the life and in the love … in the real life that you hold – that your heart is holding inside you. Let me tell you something, your truth is the truth, the mighty one, the real one. For which you have lived so many lifetimes … and in this lifetime everything is possible for you … with all of the assistance we give each one of you – the impossible is possible.

Remember this, when you’re suffering in silence – remember these words, the impossible is really possible in this lifetime. It is not something that is out of your reach. No, in fact it’s coming towards you with all of that you are.

Everything is based on Love. Love is the most powerful magnet that ever existed and will ever exist in this dimension…in all of the Creation.  Try each day to understand one more facet about this Love topic, this Love energy, this Love consciousness.  A good trick, a good hint would be: try to understand this Love from your point of view – your own experience, your own life.   You don’t have to go far to understand and touch Love.  Start from your own self – yourself.

If you are in front of a paper, a sheet of paper, and you start to write down all that comes to you, you will notice that you are divinely guided, that your intuition is a teacher that helps you make the choices that you have to make – helps you to take the decisions that [are] in front of you.

This intuition of yours is a magnificent shining bridge between your daily consciousness and the ‘I’ Presence that you are, that shining eternal Being of Light that you are in reality. This intuition is one of the most powerful bridge that is so near of you – you could use it much more, you could listen to it much more because at the end of this bridge is the almighty Being that knows everything about you from the beginning of your Creation from the point of Creation when you were created from the Light of the Creator.

I know, it’s not the first time that you hear these words but I would like today that you hear these words with a new opening of the heart.  A new vision, a new angle; the angle that everything is possible – that the impossible is possible, the angle where magic is reality for you  … that it can open all the doors of knowledge … all the doors of understanding about you; why you react such a way when you hear such words, why you react such a way when you see a situation – when you’re part of a specific situation with some specific  people. You are the universe that you have to explore. In the old times when Columbus went through the Atlantic to discover the new world, he was very courageous because nobody knew what was at the end of this ocean.

I’m telling you, you are the new continent to discover. You don’t know yet what is this continent. I’m asking you today, to dare to take the boat of your intuition and explore and go and explore this new world inside you – this universe. You are a Being that has traveled billions of planets, billions of lifetimes. You have a knowledge that you cannot imagine. I am inviting you today to go and take and become the adventurer, the explorer of yourself – of this universe inside you.

If you take, each day, 15 minutes, to just ask yourself questions about life, about who you are, about your mission, about choices that you have to make.  Just sit in front of a white piece of paper and write everything that comes through you  … with no sensor, accepting the ‘yes’ and the ‘no’ and the shameful thoughts and the non-shameful thoughts – everything that pops out in your mind.

You will open a door, the door to yourself to allow yourself to be yourself, to allow yourselves to recognize – you – as a whole being with qualities, with experiences, with a profound wisdom … 15 minutes a day can transform your life, in a very short way – short time.

Will you dare to become these explorers …exploring this universe of yours? Exploring this new land to have and develop a new vision about yourself.  As you will discover this new land of yours, as you will identify with this I AM Presence in your heart … in all of your emotions, all of your thinking, your thoughts, your actions … the world will open to you.

Your consciousness will expand. Your consciousness will grasp all and understand, communicate, create bridge with all of the consciousness around you … to do this you have to acknowledge yourself, you have to accept unconditionally who you are at all levels – uniting all of these children consciousness inside you – all of what you are, of who you are in all consciousness levels. This requires courage and determination and perseverance and constancy.

This requires that you believe in you, that you believe in the Light that you are. If you don’t believe about you, you lose time. I recommend that you don’t even try this exercise. First, you have to believe that you are a mighty like Being, that you are an eternal like Being, that you are a piece of God … that has taken some flesh to play in this third dimension world on this planet to learn about your potential, to learn about who you are really. What makes you so unique and different among all of the children of the Light?

This lifetime is an opportunity for each one of you to discover, to taste who you are, to explore who you are and to manifest who you are on this planet among your brothers and sisters of this mankind. Will you dare to say, ‘Yes’ to this invitation? Will you dare to say, ‘Yes’ to yourself, to the path of life that is in front of you?

This time is precious. This body of yours is precious. Your life is precious. Recognize it. Recognize the beauty of the perfection that is inside you and around you. Life brought you to this point – in your life –each one of your life … and know that where you are now is the perfect place for your evolution. It’s the perfect place that your Higher Self has chosen for you to manifest the glory of who you are in this dimension.

You are at the perfect place, perfect moment to discover who you are. Each person in your life presently is a teacher. Each situation in your life is a teacher. Everything about you presently in this lifetime is a teacher about yourself, about who you are … to help you identify, what are those beliefs, what are those emotions that are requesting healing … that are requesting acceptance and welcome and forgiveness?

Each energy consciousness in your bodies -all of your bodies, is a portion of you that you cannot deny, that you cannot reject, that you cannot forgot about.  These emotions, these wounds, these thoughts, these beliefs are requesting that you reunite with them … that you stop denying, rejecting, ignoring.  It’s part of who you are, what you have experienced. It’s part of all the experience and lifetimes you have chosen to develop your uniqueness … to recognize your uniqueness in this Creation.

A magnificent adventure is waiting for you in front of you – the discovery of your universe – of who you are. I hope that for each one of you, you will answer a big “yes” to this new adventure, to this continuing adventure of yourself, of discovering who you are and accepting and loving unconditionally all of the aspects of you. Each time you will reconnect with one of your aspects and you will recognize that aspect and embrace that aspect … each time you will remove a layer of that veil … that separates your daily consciousness to the mighty Being that you are in eternity.

Think about this, ‘Why do you refuse to meet with you, to go in front of you, to embrace who you are, to get acknowledged with who you are  … at a deep level? Why do you always postpone that meeting – that rendezvous?’ [long pause]

We bless you with all the Love of our hearts. We bless you with all the Light of our Telosian city and Telosian energy. I know that some of you have questions, which question … who has a question for me?

Question from Participant: I wanted to know about [cannot hear the person]

Adama:  The fourth dimension is a dimension where some of you are already in. The fourth dimension is a dimension where you materialize your desire, your creation. When you wish for something and that something appears in front of you … from a way you cannot even imagine, you are in the fourth dimension where the universe obeys to the God ‘I AM’ Presence inside you.

There are no boundaries, there is no fear, there’s no doubt, there is nothing – no energy – that will stop the universe to create – to answer to your desire … to manifest and create your dream. This is a fourth dimension attribute.  Creation in this dimension; that means heart to heart link – that means when your heart is pure and full of Love, the heart of all of the Creation will recognize this Love and this Light and it will answer in the fastest way possible to manifest and create your creation, your dream, your wishing. Do you understand this?

Some of you are already in the fourth dimension; where the time and the space have no impact on your creation. When there are delays between the time of your dream of your wish and the manifestation of this wish … it could also be that your Higher Self has decided to delay the manifestation of this wish for you, because it will not help you on your evolutionary path. Fourth dimension is a dimension intermediate between the third and the fifth. The fourth dimension is a training school when you go from the third to the fifth dimension because in the fifth dimension everything is instantaneous … it’s a dimension where there is no veil, where the consciousness is One among all consciousness energy of all Kingdoms; which means that the fifth dimension is a dimension of pure Love, peace respect, and harmony.

To come in the fifth dimension one heart must be clean, pure, purified. One heart must be unified to all of you – all that you are. When you make unity with all the components of your being at all levels, all the energy consciousness, you create a unified consciousness inside you, you allow for consciousness to expand and create a One consciousness.

When all of your consciousness are unified as One consciousness, it’s the trigger – it’s the message that you send to the universe saying, ‘I am part of this universe and I accept my position in this universe and I accept the position of all of my sisters and brothers of all Kingdoms in this world, in this consciousness and we are One.’  You function at the Love level. Do you understand?

Question from Participant: I want to know  [can’t hear the person – something about animals]

Adama: Animals are a Kingdom full of Love. In the fifth dimension each Kingdom is respected, fully with regularity, fully respected and recognized as a consciousness of the Creator exploring a different form. You cannot hurt an animal in the fifth dimension.  You would hurt yourself because you recognize the divine grace of the forms in the fifth dimension. The Kingdom of the animals in the fifth dimension are really and truly your brothers and sisters … experiencing another form life, another form of beauty. In the fifth dimension everything is based on Love and respect as I told you. Do you understand?

Question from Participant: … we need to love them because they have a Soul too …

Adama: Animals are Light Beings that are coming from other universes, Light Beings, very powerful, almighty Light Beings that you cannot even suspect their beauty, the level of their consciousness, of their Love.  Animals are just but one expression, small portion of the light of their hearts coming in this dimension to experience life in the third dimension. But, also one of their purpose is to help humanity grow in their own consciousness by this way I mean … look at the dogs and the cats. Often they are in the same house with your sisters and brothers. They share the same place, they live with different forms but the Love between each other is as strong – if not even more – than the love between two human beings.

This love that these animals bring to your brothers and sisters is as pure and powerful, it’s the love of life, love of the Creator. These Light Beings experiencing through the body of the animals are powerful beings that bring Love in our dimension to help us recognize the love in our hearts. The love and the life … precious gift that is given to each person, each consciousness alive in this dimension. By taking this form and not speaking English, talking English, it’s not important. The important fact is that Love is circulating … bringing love in the heart of each other … building, implementing the vibrational level of this planet all together: love creates love, love attracts love.

The form is so not important. It’s almost nothing – what I mean is irrelevant. The form of the animal or the form of the human being it’s just a form, it’s a tool to experience, to live, to exchange, to communicate. That is a lesson that our brothers and sisters of the planet have to learn.  Is there another question?

Question from Participant: I want to know about Seven Flames [cannot understand what is said]

Adama: Why do you ask me that question, when you know in your heart the answer?

You are the sole creator of your life. If you decide that you want to work on the Flame for one year – just do it. If you want to work on all of the Flames all at once in the same hour – just do it.  The alter ego, the mental ego of the human race wants to place and to put everything in a small box. Even if we were giving you the Golden Rule, the Rule of the Rule, the unique rule to help you awaken in one instant … you would still try to put it in a little box; like to master it, to lock it, to be sure it will not move – not expand …you will be able to grasp it.

Universal Law, Universal Love is not something that you put in a little box. It’s an ever expanding consciousness energy. The Flames are just but a tool for you to use. We have given you these tools to help you. Do not make these Flames a tool of torture for yourself. Use these tools as a tool to bring you happiness, fun, freedom. To give you wings. To help you understand who you are.  Do not limit yourself. Is this answer clear enough?

Question from Participant: How can we know we mastered a Flame, I mean [cannot understand] …

Adama: Good question. Good question. You don’t have to know – you will feel it. You will live it. The day that you mastered all of the Seven Flames, well I don’t know if you remembered there are five more [laughter and kidding from participants] … There’s five more that will present to you. Those five magnificent Flames will be other tools for you to Master. When you will have Mastered these Twelve Flames, these magnificent flames, you will be called to the Ascension Hall and that is upon specific invitation only. When you receive the invitation you will know about it. There is no doubt.

When you mastered the Twelve Flames you see all the dimensions. You see all of your sisters and brothers of the higher dimensions. There is no doubt. You hear all the dimensions. You feel all the dimensions. You are all the dimensions all at once. It is your ego that is asking these questions. Your ego is afraid and doubtful. Just take your ego and cradle it a little bit … say to your ego, ‘Everything is perfect and perfect and perfect,’ and that’s you’re divinely guided … [participant interrupts with question, ‘when will you let us know about five more?’]

[Denise chuckles] A good question and the good answer is, when the consciousness of our children will have mastered the first Seven Flames, the Five next ones will be presented to you. There will be another book coming.  That book will be published in time … for the consciousness of our children to be aware of those Flames.

Those ones that are more advanced will receive these Flames from the inside of their heart. [participant asks question that cannot be understood]  Yeah, everything is perfect … as Denise said [Denise is chuckling while saying that].

The plan is perfect and you are divinely guided, each one of you. Don’t doubt about this. Whenever a doubt is coming to you, just put it in your little pocket there and forget about it.

Question from Participant: [cannot understand what she is saying]

Adama: Good question. You have good question. Lord Maitreya consciousness is over all the planet. It’s embracing all of this dimension my child. It’s not somebody, somewhere at one specific moment. It knows all about what is going on in this dimension for the whole planet. It can materialize whenever he wants, anyplace he wants, and multiple places at the same time on this dimension to his disciple that know him and have worked closely with him. That should not stop you from working and discovering who you are, the magnificent Being that you are. It’s just a nice to know.

The ego likes to know everything to put a little shelf…. Maitreya is there – ok … Seven Flames is there. But, it’s not … you know, global consciousness is not something that is sequential it’s all at once. When you have obtained global consciousness you are in a specific body but at the same time you feel the trees, you feel the stream, you feel the air, you feel all around you as part of you. There is no separation. There is no cataloguing. There is no sorting of anything.  You know globally, instantaneously, you know it. That’s how the global consciousness works.

One of the big steps in front of the human being is to skip from the sequential mind to the global mind and that cannot be done overnight – it’s impossible. Your nervous system must be straightened, expanded. Your lines of light must be reconstructed to realign perfectly for you to be able to adjust to the global consciousness; otherwise, it will burn your circuits.

So, there’s a nice adventure in front of each one of you; an ever expanding nice adventure … if you believe these words – for sure.

Question from Participant: I have one last question. How about those Telos people … what do they eat … do they eat animal meat?

Adama: Nope. They will never ever, ever eat meat, because it’s like … would you eat the meat of your children or your son? You respect the life so much, plus at Telos we do speak  – communicate – speak with our animals …  it’s like our friends, our best friends. They teach us and we teach them, we all work together. We rise the vibration of Love in our city for this whole planet.

Whenever one of our sisters and brothers of Telos is talking , communicating with an animal in our dimension … it creates a wave of Love that expands on all the directions throughout all the planet and it brings a piece of that Love to the heart of each animal on your dimension. That pure act of Love, we do it consciously because we nurture the hearts of all the animals on the surface of your planet, of this planet because we know that you, as our little brothers and sisters, do not recognize yet the divinity and the sacredness of the life of these animals.

By doing this, it’s like we outpour a portion of our Love into the heart of each animal in your dimension to help them, to bring them hope, to bring them joy, bring them Love and Light. They do receive this Love and this Light. That’s why some of the animals around in your dimension are still staying there because they appreciate that pure seed of love that they receive and this gives them courage to continue their life and offer their life as a service to this humanity.

If we were not there, like many of the others of the atrocities on the planet, sustaining the Love … shining the Light in each one of these hearts, there would be half of the animals at the surface of this planet – half would have gone already, leaving you with almost nothing.

We nurture the love of these animals as our brothers and sisters. They are so precious to us. Soon the human being will learn to do the same. You will take care of the animals.  You will respect them. You will honor who they are and what they bring as balance of energy on this planet … in this magnificent planet of Earth, all the Kingdoms are equally important and nurturing each other. They are equally important. Remember. And respected.

Each Kingdom has a specific role to bring to sustain the life in your dimension.  If one of these Kingdoms is missing, life will not be sustainable for a long time. It has been created with a perfect harmony, a balancing … balancing state that brings harmony and sustains the life of all forms on this planet. That is one of the most important major consciousness that must rise from the heart of the human being: that each Kingdom is equally important; even if they don’t speak English.

Question from Participant: If you eat only vegetables how can you eat vegetables in such a way that you honor the sacredness of the plant kingdom? Because at the moment we are still needing to eat.

Adama: You do not, how can I say that … you do not dishonor the life of the vegetables and the fruits so anything you want, you can eat now. It’s the Love and the offering of your heart that recognize that honor, the service of that consciousness to sustain your life. It’s part of the great plan that all of the vegetables and fruits and cereals that were created to sustain the life of the human form that was not recognizing its link with the Creator.

The human being has chosen to experiment a life, ignoring the pure Love and the Pure Light of the Creator of the Great Central Sun. The human race came to a point where it was dying because it could not feed anymore upon this Light and this Love that is all around you. Part of the plan was to create these fruits, these plants to sustain your life until the consciousness of the human being rise again to a point where it can connect and nourish and feed directly from the heart of the Creator.  Presently, the human race is in transition, it will be in transition for many more years still to come but at one point human being will not need to feed himself again from vegetables and fruit. You will feed directly from the Light and the Love of the heart of the Creator.

That is coming sooner than what you can think, you can think.  Meanwhile, just bless everything that you eat. Honor that life, that form, that energy … that gives its’ own energy to sustain your energy.  Just bless it and enjoy. There is nothing to get guilty about.  All of the food that you absorb now is part of the great plan to sustain your life. All of that food offers with great Love its’ service to sustain your life because your life is the life of the Creator, playing in this dimension. Its with full of … with lots of Love and Grace that all the food that you eat is giving its’ energy to you with much respect – honoring your sacredness … that is important to remember also.

For now, keep your questions for another time. We have answered enough for today. We bless you with all the Love of our hearts. We bless you for who you are, walking in this dimension using these Temples of yours.  Honor who you are. Honor your intuition. Honor the blessing of your life…on this planet.
