The ‘for hire’ security firm formerly known as Blackwater (now called XE Services) has primed itself to do intelligence work for Monsanto to subvert any groups that challenge Monsanto’s interests. The New York Times reported that Xe Services formed over 30 shell companies in order to obtain funds from U.S. Government contracts. The Nation obtained documents which give a rare view into the dealings of the occult world of Blackwater. Essentially they can train foreign nationals to do their dirty work with built in deniability. Monsanto won’t admit they used one of the shell companies of the firm to actually spy on animal rights groups as wolves in sheeps clothing but rather provided Monsanto with reports about potential threats by individuals or groups. Total Intelligence is owned by Blackwater and also was used by Deutsche Bank in China. Most firms fear Chinese counterintelligence which includes monitoring hotel rooms and eateries visually and audibly, cellphones used on Chinese networks could have their phone activated for sound and be repurposed as a bug unbeknownst to the owner. China also uses attractive female agents as seductresses to gather intelligence. In 2009 Deutsche Bank spent $70K for the TI services.
