How to Communicate with the Spiritual Realm

My name is Adama.  I am coming in this now moment to speak to your soul, to speak to this heart of yours that is beating inside of you.  You are asking how to communicate with the light realms, the light dimensions.  This question, my beloved one, is very easy to answer.

You are part of the light worlds.  This dimension that you are living in, this third dimension, is part of the light worlds.  It is condensed light.  You are living in a world of light and you do not realize it.

First, this vision inside of you has to be modified. You have to make a habit of looking around you and inside you and consider that this is part of the light world.

Yes, this planet is going back to the 5^th dimension consciousness.   This planet presently is upgrading its vibration level.  What does this mean?  It means that the light will be more present.  This planet will be less heavy, more light, more filled with light.

And so you will be at the same time.  This humanity does not have a choice.  It will be uplifted to another level of light vibration to follow Mother Earth.

To communicate with the light world – it’s easy.  Each one of you has special talents and special gifts inside of you.   Each one of you can express yourself in beauty, with beauty, in a special domain.  Some people will be through music, and some people will be through words.  Some people will be with painting, or sculpting, or building nice houses.

When you express yourself in this dimension with beauty, with love, with the talents and gifts that are inside you, you are communicating with the spiritual world because you express beauty.  You externalize the beauty of your soul outside of you.

So, every time that you do something magnificent in this dimension, even if it’s just to prepare a nice meal, you are communicating with the spiritual world. You are participating in uplifting the vibration of this planet, uplifting your vibration, and uplifting the vibration of all of the consciousness of this planet.

So, whenever you are doing something that is requiring you to express your creativity, you are expressing your spirituality.  You are expressing your soul, who you are, in this dimension.

To communicate with the spiritual world, is to change your vision, my children.  Change your vision and stop saying that this is spiritual and this is not spiritual.  This painting is not spiritual, and this painting is spiritual.  This action of mine is not spiritual, but this other action is spiritual.

You are a spiritual being.  You are the vision of this world.  So, change your vision upon yourself, upon this world, and you will manifest, and communicate, and be this spiritual being that you are.  You do not need to be in any other world to manifest your spirituality, to be spiritual.  You are spiritual.  The only thing the separates you from the spiritual world, as you say, is your vision.

Even a small piece of rock on the Earth, in the dirt, is spiritual.  You can, with your heart, take this little stone with your hand, bring it to your heart, and bless it.  Just by doing this simple action of blessing this little rock, you uplift the vibration of that piece of rock.  In your hand, you uplift the life inside that little piece of stone.  By doing this, you uplift your own vibration. So, just by doing this simple action, you are spiritual.

You can be spiritual all of the time, all day long, creating, manifesting your own spirituality.  To communicate with the spiritual world is creation of your mental body.

To keep you from being separate from the spiritual world that you think you are separate from, just change your mind, change your vision, because ALL IS SPIRITUAL.
