  1. I’m sorry, I do not usually do this, however: This article does not technically provide the proper method of breathing deeply. The proper way is not “expanding your chest” because you do not get a full breathe that way-as your chest cavity is limited in space and can only expand to a certain point. It is expanding your DIAPHRAGM, which entails your STOMACH expanding and contracting in order to have your lungs expand and contract fully(which is where you will feel it towards the end on the inhale). Try it- A deeper breathe is accomplished with this method. Hope this helps all!
